호텔 베스트 카프 살로우(Hotel Best Cap Salou)

El hotel esta bastante bien, las habitaciones son bastante grandes, las camas comodas y el balcon tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. Pero hay algunas cosas que mejorar en cuanto a la limpieza, sobretodo del baño, ya que por ejemplo, la puerta no cerraba. Además donde se ponia el jabon estaba bastante oxidado. En cuanto a todo lo demás muy bien. Destacaria las piscinas, para los niños son muy divertidas ya que hay diversos toboganes, ademas de una piscina grande para los adultos.

El hotel está bien, pero la masificación en las zonas comunes hace que sea horrible bajar al comedor,es excesivo. El baño perdía agua y un ruido constante. Por lo demás está bien ubicado y calidad precio es buena.

It was absolutely gorgeous the hotel was calm staff were nice FOOD WASN'T THE BEST .The bathrooms were a good amount room the bedrooms are a little bit squashed the private beach was good BUT THE KIDS ARE NOT ALOUD FLOATS IDK FOR THAT REASON .But besides that amazing

Great hotel lovely staff and right next to the private beach and for the younger ones a super water park. Help yourself to beer wine and soft drinks. Entertainment wasn’t the best but when you’re all inclusive who cares rooms were clean and tidy all in all a great holiday will definitely consider using this hotel again

Have been here 3 time now . Very nice hotel. We went half board . Food was ok . Had the show cooked food in the evening was very nice. Rooms where very pleasant. House cleaning every day. Fridge in room for cold drinks. Not much in the way of entertainment at night for adults manly for kids. But your on holiday. Staff where brilliant nothing was to much trouble. Lovely views from the room .as a wheelchair user couldn't fault it we will be back next year

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the so called manager as my son sliced his ankle open the drainage grid around the indoor swimming pool, he had no remorse, smirked the whole time an basically told us to just contact love holidays, this happend on the 3rd morning of our holiday my son had to make 3 medical appointments while being there along with 4 stitches. No entertainment for children, we couldn’t wait to leave! Do not recommend here at all! Stay away!

Still in the hotel just come back to the room to fins 100€ robbed out of my purse safe did not work and came up to the room to my money stolen from my purse!!!! Be very careful with your belongings I'm your room!!!!

We stayed here couple of years ago when it was quiet, relaxing, clean. Just got back Wednesday after 7 days of crap ! Never went close to the Pools as both filthy and murky! Have full board but after first morning of breakfast never went back in the dining area, packed out with screaming kids (thought this was out of kids holidays) apparently not here ! Food looked uneatable, other normal decent guests told us people had food poisoning and sickness with the screaming dib dabs so glad we didn’t eat there ! Hotel stank of smoke 24 hours a day we couldn’t even open our balcony door at night with the smell and smoke ! Room was ok shower was good, front of desk staff seemed tired and not very helpful. Cleaner was nice and efficient. Sadly the clientele has gone down the pan, drunken degenerates with kids running wild screaming and shouting most of the night into early hours, no respect or care for anyone other than themselves. Yes you would say it is a cheap hotel / holiday but doesn’t mean it has be a slum filled with the UK’s low life. Noisy dirty really disappointed. We stayed out most days either at La Pineda, Salou and the lovely beached coves where as last time the poolside was like a magnet ! (This time a magnet for drunks and filth). We met a few very nice guests and ate and drank in the same very little choice restaurants exchanging our experience (all the same on how bad the best cap Salou was) which were slightly better than having to go back to the hotel that early. Never go again or recommend ! Didn’t have a rep to advise as we booked direct.

Where to start. On arrival was told we only had one room booked but I had booked two after about half hour and me proving I had booked two rooms they finally found our booking to then be told the rooms won’t be ready for four hours was told we could have snacks and drinks from bar but wasn’t told where to go was given a sheet with the all inclusive pools bars snack bars but no times so was a guessing game. Pools main pool and area was disgusting dirty and smelly plastic cups paper plated food drink everywhere floor tables even the indoor pool was a murky colour the chlorine was that strong it stung ur eyes and made you cough so we never went to it again the whole holiday. Food was vile so believe the reviews. restaurant over crowded understaffed food vile cold undercooked and not a lot of choice no kid’s options other than chips same food every day and some days ran out so you went hungry unless like us you went out to eat and u had to wait for waiters/waitresses to get your drinks sometimes this didn’t happen til after you had finished your meal I’ve never been to an all inclusive where u don’t have self serve drinks. My daughter 5 was sick the second night all over the bed went down in morning to ask for bed change and was told don’t worry it happens all the time after that Beds were only made and not changed the rooms where a ok size bathroom got flooded every time we had a shower not cleaned once in seven days but towels replaced. Balcony small couldn’t fit a family on 3 on it and larger gap on edge of balcony where my child could easily loose her footing and legs could go through kept losing toys pieces of clothing ect. There was a horrid smell all day every day like sewage Will not recommend and will not return
