I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

Very good experience when we stayed here during our Cochin trip. Staff are friendly and prompt in their assistance. Special thanks to Naina, Ranjeeth and Sharlotte who made sure to help us in making our stay comfortable. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is good with enough choices. Would recommend people to consider this hotel for their stay.

Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply....
Hotel was good and reception staff also good,
Needs to improve in the future...
I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel.
Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start.
Too much renovation ongoing including painting too
Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

리리뷰어Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

PPANCHALThe hotel is centrally located , it is near to railway station, bus terminus and all major temples. It has spacious parking, The staff are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The food in the restaurant is good & tasty. It is a good place for a family to stay. 객실은 사랑스럽고 넓고 흠이 없으며 완벽한 휴식을 위해 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있어 정말 편안했습니다. 음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 모든 식사는 맛있고 아름답게 표현되었으며 풍미가 가득했습니다. 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스로 식사 경험을 더욱 기억에 남게 만들었지만 모든 레스토랑 직원은 훌륭했고 모든 식사를 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 또한 너무 사랑스럽고 다시 매우 세심한 Anju는 모든 직원이 너무 즐거웠기 때문에 우리의 체류를 예외적으로 만들었습니다.
이 보석 같은 장소를 충분히 추천할 수 없습니다. 우리는 이미 다음 방문을 계획하고 있습니다!

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
