어제 홀리데이 인에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 정말 편안한 분위기를 자아냈습니다. 특히 사니카 씨는 제가 머무는 동안 고객 친화적이고 세심하게 배려해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그녀의 전문성과 따뜻한 응대 덕분에 더욱 만족스러운 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 모든 것이 순조롭게 진행될 수 있도록 호텔 측에서 후속 조치를 잘 취해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 전반적으로 정말 즐겁고 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

I am very impressed with the hotel. Everything was really really good. Very friendly staff who were ever willing to help . I enjoyed the food like never before . to be honest how ever hard i try to find a fault with the food i would be a failure.

I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

Very good experience when we stayed here during our Cochin trip. Staff are friendly and prompt in their assistance. Special thanks to Naina, Ranjeeth and Sharlotte who made sure to help us in making our stay comfortable. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is good with enough choices. Would recommend people to consider this hotel for their stay.

A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours.
A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike.
Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city.

Housekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed.
The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar.
In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !

Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

나는이 호텔을 모두에게 추천합니다. 모든 것이 매우 깨끗하고 매우 맛있고 매우 영적입니다. 모든 직원은 행복하고 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 우리는 아우르베드 클리닉에 한 달 동안 머물고 하루 동안 여기에 있었습니다. 그래서 우리는 아침과 점심과 저녁을 모두 먹었습니다. 남편은 체육관에 갔고 나는 얼굴 마사지를 받았습니다. 스포츠맨은 크지만 최소한의 것이 필요합니다. 수영장은 깊지는 않지만 깨끗합니다. lyejakov는 작지만 모두 무료입니다. 레스토랑에서 모든 것이 맛있고 손님을 돌 보았습니다. SPA에서 물고기 ...의 부족에 놀랐습니다. 좋은 마사지와 화장품은 훌륭합니다. 칭찬 햄 프로세스 전에. SPA 사무실의 드레스를 정말 이해해서 사고 싶어요. 내년에 우리는 인도로 돌아와 2 박 동안 여기에 머물 것입니다. 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 호텔 매니저는 훌륭한 청년, 훌륭한 팀입니다!

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

객실은 사랑스럽고 넓고 흠이 없으며 완벽한 휴식을 위해 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있어 정말 편안했습니다. 음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 모든 식사는 맛있고 아름답게 표현되었으며 풍미가 가득했습니다. 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스로 식사 경험을 더욱 기억에 남게 만들었지만 모든 레스토랑 직원은 훌륭했고 모든 식사를 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 또한 너무 사랑스럽고 다시 매우 세심한 Anju는 모든 직원이 너무 즐거웠기 때문에 우리의 체류를 예외적으로 만들었습니다.
이 보석 같은 장소를 충분히 추천할 수 없습니다. 우리는 이미 다음 방문을 계획하고 있습니다!

리리뷰어Really good hotel and centrally located for Elamkulam. Breakfast was good selection but not enough space or servers. It was chaos trying to get a table as people were standing in the way eating. The lifts are also incredibly slow. Stopping on every floor. The rooftop pool is nice but has no view as the walls are too high.

리리뷰어The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!
