바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 인도 케랄라주 호텔

이 호텔과 친절한 직원들 덕분에 정말 멋지고 놀라운 경험을 했습니다. 저와 남편은 2024년 6월 7일부터 6월 11일까지 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 훌륭한 직원들의 세심한 배려를 받았습니다. Afsal은 제가 가장 좋아하는 미녀 Kutty인 Devika와 Amuritha를 비롯한 놀라운 직원들로, 재치 있고 수다스럽고 배려심이 깊습니다. 저희 음식을 정말 신경 써 주셨고, 채식주의자분들을 위해 채식 메뉴도 제공해 주셨습니다. ***n 셰프는 정말 친절하고 배려심이 깊은 분입니다. 저희 이야기를 잘 들어주셨고, 남편은 24일 동안 아유르베다 치료를 받았기 때문에 당분간 약과 카샴을 계속 복용해야 합니다. Aurn 셰프가 이 모든 것을 처리해 주셨고, Mahesh 셰프도 이를 처리하여 저희 방으로 보내주셨습니다. Aurn 셰프의 적극적인 배려 덕분에 남편은 약을 빠짐없이 복용할 수 있었습니다. 모든 셰프가 친절했고, 저희를 정말 편안하게 해주었습니다. 룸서비스는 생수부터 생필품 제공, 망가진 금고 교체까지 정말 훌륭했습니다. 6층 하우스키핑 직원(이름은 기억나지 않지만 날씬하고 곱슬머리에 성격이 아주 좋으신 분)은 정말 훌륭했고, 저희의 필요를 잘 챙겨주셨습니다. 남편은 마치 이상한 나라에 온 것 같았습니다. 마치 램프 속의 잔느처럼, 무언가를 요청하면 필요한 것을 채워주셨습니다. 직원들은 매우 시의적절하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공했습니다. 마지막으로, 힐튼 가든 호텔 경영진이 팀과 직원을 잘 단장하고 고객 만족을 위해 고객 서비스를 강화해 주신 것에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 프런트 카운터 직원, 경비원, 경비원을 포함한 모든 분들께 최고의 서비스와 고객 중심적인 환경에서 행복한 일만 가득하시길 기원합니다.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat. Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

Stay was perfect from even before i started, they contacted me prior to my stay to arrange pick up from the airport which was ready by the time i got out, service was fantastic, food was delicious and the room was great as well, would definitely recommend!

A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours. A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike. Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city.

Housekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed. The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar. In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !

Located 2km form kovalom beach but can walk there Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.
