Vivanta Ernakulam is a beautiful hotel set in natural surroundings right near the sea. The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The staff are highly professional and experienced. Compared to other hotels, everything here is much faster—whether it’s room service, check-in, or check-out. The laundry attendant, Raj, even reminded me about the collection timings when I had completely forgotten to ask. The food is delicious with an excellent variety of options. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect place to enjoy Kerala’s natural beauty ***** with lovely city views.

The Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were delicious, and the staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately, I didn't receive a detailed statement of my credit card payment at checkout.
Despite multiple email requests since returning home, I haven't received a detailed statement of the total amount, so I'm confused about what was charged to my room and how much.Could you please attach it to an email as soon as possible?

어제 홀리데이 인에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 정말 편안한 분위기를 자아냈습니다. 특히 사니카 씨는 제가 머무는 동안 고객 친화적이고 세심하게 배려해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그녀의 전문성과 따뜻한 응대 덕분에 더욱 만족스러운 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 모든 것이 순조롭게 진행될 수 있도록 호텔 측에서 후속 조치를 잘 취해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 전반적으로 정말 즐겁고 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply....
Hotel was good and reception staff also good,
Needs to improve in the future...
I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel.
Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start.
Too much renovation ongoing including painting too
Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Afsal은 제가 가장 좋아하는 미녀 Kutty인 Devika와 Amuritha를 비롯한 놀라운 직원들로, 재치 있고 수다스럽고 배려심이 깊습니다. 저희 음식을 정말 신경 써 주셨고, 채식주의자분들을 위해 채식 메뉴도 제공해 주셨습니다.
***n 셰프는 정말 친절하고 배려심이 깊은 분입니다. 저희 이야기를 잘 들어주셨고, 남편은 24일 동안 아유르베다 치료를 받았기 때문에 당분간 약과 카샴을 계속 복용해야 합니다. Aurn 셰프가 이 모든 것을 처리해 주셨고, Mahesh 셰프도 이를 처리하여 저희 방으로 보내주셨습니다. Aurn 셰프의 적극적인 배려 덕분에 남편은 약을 빠짐없이 복용할 수 있었습니다. 모든 셰프가 친절했고, 저희를 정말 편안하게 해주었습니다.
룸서비스는 생수부터 생필품 제공, 망가진 금고 교체까지 정말 훌륭했습니다. 6층 하우스키핑 직원(이름은 기억나지 않지만 날씬하고 곱슬머리에 성격이 아주 좋으신 분)은 정말 훌륭했고, 저희의 필요를 잘 챙겨주셨습니다.
남편은 마치 이상한 나라에 온 것 같았습니다. 마치 램프 속의 잔느처럼, 무언가를 요청하면 필요한 것을 채워주셨습니다. 직원들은 매우 시의적절하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공했습니다.
마지막으로, 힐튼 가든 호텔 경영진이 팀과 직원을 잘 단장하고 고객 만족을 위해 고객 서비스를 강화해 주신 것에 진심으로 감사드립니다.
프런트 카운터 직원, 경비원, 경비원을 포함한 모든 분들께 최고의 서비스와 고객 중심적인 환경에서 행복한 일만 가득하시길 기원합니다.

리리뷰어Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

PPANCHALThe hotel is centrally located , it is near to railway station, bus terminus and all major temples. It has spacious parking, The staff are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The food in the restaurant is good & tasty. It is a good place for a family to stay. 설정은 절대적으로 아슬 아슬하며 리조트의 전체 분위기는 평화롭고 편안합니다. 긴장을 풀고 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소입니다.
객실은 사랑스럽고 넓고 흠이 없으며 완벽한 휴식을 위해 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있어 정말 편안했습니다. 음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 모든 식사는 맛있고 아름답게 표현되었으며 풍미가 가득했습니다. 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스로 식사 경험을 더욱 기억에 남게 만들었지만 모든 레스토랑 직원은 훌륭했고 모든 식사를 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 또한 너무 사랑스럽고 다시 매우 세심한 Anju는 모든 직원이 너무 즐거웠기 때문에 우리의 체류를 예외적으로 만들었습니다.
이 보석 같은 장소를 충분히 추천할 수 없습니다. 우리는 이미 다음 방문을 계획하고 있습니다!

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

리리뷰어The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!
