Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Afsal은 제가 가장 좋아하는 미녀 Kutty인 Devika와 Amuritha를 비롯한 놀라운 직원들로, 재치 있고 수다스럽고 배려심이 깊습니다. 저희 음식을 정말 신경 써 주셨고, 채식주의자분들을 위해 채식 메뉴도 제공해 주셨습니다. ***n 셰프는 정말 친절하고 배려심이 깊은 분입니다. 저희 이야기를 잘 들어주셨고, 남편은 24일 동안 아유르베다 치료를 받았기 때문에 당분간 약과 카샴을 계속 복용해야 합니다. Aurn 셰프가 이 모든 것을 처리해 주셨고, Mahesh 셰프도 이를 처리하여 저희 방으로 보내주셨습니다. Aurn 셰프의 적극적인 배려 덕분에 남편은 약을 빠짐없이 복용할 수 있었습니다. 모든 셰프가 친절했고, 저희를 정말 편안하게 해주었습니다. 룸서비스는 생수부터 생필품 제공, 망가진 금고 교체까지 정말 훌륭했습니다. 6층 하우스키핑 직원(이름은 기억나지 않지만 날씬하고 곱슬머리에 성격이 아주 좋으신 분)은 정말 훌륭했고, 저희의 필요를 잘 챙겨주셨습니다. 남편은 마치 이상한 나라에 온 것 같았습니다. 마치 램프 속의 잔느처럼, 무언가를 요청하면 필요한 것을 채워주셨습니다. 직원들은 매우 시의적절하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공했습니다. 마지막으로, 힐튼 가든 호텔 경영진이 팀과 직원을 잘 단장하고 고객 만족을 위해 고객 서비스를 강화해 주신 것에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 프런트 카운터 직원, 경비원, 경비원을 포함한 모든 분들께 최고의 서비스와 고객 중심적인 환경에서 행복한 일만 가득하시길 기원합니다.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel is centrally located , it is near to railway station, bus terminus and all major temples. It has spacious parking, The staff are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The food in the restaurant is good & tasty. It is a good place for a family to stay. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the resort. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views. There are swings for both kids and adults, ***** with a dedicated kids' play area, making it a great choice for families. We booked a Garden View Cottage with a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was good. For lunch and dinner, we ordered à la carte. The overall service was excellent, and the staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. A special thanks to Mr. Nalin from the F&B team. He provided exceptional service and took great care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience memorable. A few suggestions for improvement: The open swimming pool has a minimum depth of 3 feet. A 2-foot shallow section would be much safer and more enjoyable for small children. The other two swimming pools were under renovation during our stay, so I couldn't comment on them. Adding more North Indian food options to the menu would be appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this resort to families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

멋진 위치에서 잊지 못할 숙박! 우리는 이 아름다운 호수 리조트에서 가장 멋진 3박을 했습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 직원들은 우리를 환영하고 친절하고 도움이되며 진정으로 수용 적입니다. 설정은 절대적으로 아슬 아슬하며 리조트의 전체 분위기는 평화롭고 편안합니다. 긴장을 풀고 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소입니다. 객실은 사랑스럽고 넓고 흠이 없으며 완벽한 휴식을 위해 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있어 정말 편안했습니다. 음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 모든 식사는 맛있고 아름답게 표현되었으며 풍미가 가득했습니다. 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스로 식사 경험을 더욱 기억에 남게 만들었지만 모든 레스토랑 직원은 훌륭했고 모든 식사를 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 또한 너무 사랑스럽고 다시 매우 세심한 Anju는 모든 직원이 너무 즐거웠기 때문에 우리의 체류를 예외적으로 만들었습니다. 이 보석 같은 장소를 충분히 추천할 수 없습니다. 우리는 이미 다음 방문을 계획하고 있습니다!

Excellent hotel service and welcome was very nice. The room.and its comforts superb. I wished I had a extra day at the hotel. Deffo would stay there again.highly recommend it. And the breakfast was great variety
