This hotel is amazing, the theming as you walk in wows you. Attentive staff and great amenities in the rooms and the best thing is literally walking down to the lobby and seeing the park out the window, it’s so easy to get in and out of the park and make the most of your hotel stay. Great shops onsite and definitely worth the money for a more enjoyable vacation. Park days in August are hot and you can easily nip back to room, rest and be good to go again with minimal effort.

To get it out of the way upfront, this is an expensive accommodation. With that being said, it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, with one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in, which also happened to be very large forJapan. The excellent theming and attention to detail that is on display in Disneysea, is carried over here as well, from the lobby all the way to the rooms. Staff were helpful and efficient at the front desk when it came to checking in and transferring luggage to other Disney hotels. Of course, one of the most obvious reasons to stay here, tou can exit the hotel directly into disneysea, a huge convenience. This also meant many of the rooms had an excellent view of the park as well. Like most establishments in Tokyo and the surrounding prefectures, everything was also extremely clean.

Excellent hotel, our first time in a Disney property. Elegant decor in public areas, and in room. Loads of amenities provided, and restocked daily. Well worth the time and effort it took to book (hotel sold out in minutes). You can get 1-day park tickets from Front Desk or the Welcome Centre (they will also deliver your bags if arriving by train to Maihama station), but half day tickets you'd need to buy online. Get the Tokyo Disney app, you'll need it when visiting either park. Friendly staff, including at the Bell desk - they walked us to our room, carried our bags, and showed us all the features of the Superior room. Two double beds, you might be able to squeeze a couple into one. The room itself is large by Japanese (and even European!) standards. Decor is tasteful, especially if you're a Disney fan. View overlooking Venice side, but not sure we stayed long enough in the room to appreciate the view? Obvious, and best, benefit of this hotel: proximity to Disneysea. 15 minute Happy Entry, and a private entrance to/from park - excellent on rainy days. Given the cost and sheer distance to travel, this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Was it worth it? Probably not the 4000 yen pool/spa charge, but if you're splurging on a room here and planning to visit Disneysea (otherwise, why would you even consider staying here?) then I'd say it is. Just be warned: wandering the Venetian canals at night will make you want to visit the real thing in Italy!

Stayed here for two nights in a Porto Paradiso Harbour View Room. The room was great, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the view was the best part. We watched the nighttime show from the room which was great and a nice chance to escape the crowds. Don’t forget to ‘wave’ to everyone leaving the park with your phone torch, everyone was loving it. Breakfast was ok, lots of options but neither the breakfast at here of the Disneyland Hotel blew us away. The food options for the day we didn’t have breakfast included were limited compared to The Ambassador and Disneyland Hotels. We could only find sweet options, nothing onigiri etc. The location to DisneySea is obviously the perk here and was super handy for both the morning and when you’ve got tired feet in the evening!

We stayed here for one night primarily to get the "Unlimited" Vacation Package offered by Disney. We did unnecessarily splurge to get a Speciale Harbour View room, which offered lounge access and included breakfast in the Bella Vista Lounge. Since we only stayed for one night and we wanted to spend the most time in the parks, we were limited in our time in the hotel as check in is around 4 PM and we checked out around 8 AM to take advantage of Happy Entry into the park. As we were "speciale" guests, we were personally escorted to the Lounge on the 5th floor. There was a slight language barrier, but we were told to wait in the lounge with the very limited snacks and drinks until we could check in with one of the cast members. After about a half hour, we were given the keys to our room. The view was the best part. The room itself, although pretty was not great. One item missing was a USB outlet. We watched the nighttime show at DisneySea, but as you could only open the window a fraction of an inch, we could not enjoy it. When we tried to order dinner via room service, we were told it was "full" and would not be available to us. The shop in the lobby had minimal food items as compared to shops in the other hotels - we ended up going to Ikspiari for dinner there. I would not return to this hotel and would find a better hotel for much less money.
