미국 오하이오 소재 4성급 호텔

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

저는 중국 유학생입니다. 체크인을 했을 때 흑인 여성이 나를 맞이했습니다. 저는 약간 차별을 받았다고 느꼈습니다. 저는 혼자 묵었는데 트윈룸을 배정받았습니다. 도시 전망은 평범했고 객실 시설은 괜찮았습니다.

I have stayed at the hotel for 6 days , during my stay only the bathroom cleaned every day but the room not cleaned at all. The trash not taken and bed sheets were not changed. I was disappointed with that. The cleaning was the only one that was disappointing me.

호텔의 위치는 좋습니다. 로비는 화려합니다. 하지만 객실 뷰가 좋지 않습니다 👎 클리블랜드 시내의 호텔은 정말 바닥에 있습니다. 다른 집들에 비해 프론트데스크가 넉넉하지 않고, 물 한병도 한병에 4천원입니다. 객실 시설은 현대적입니다.

귀여운 장식. 주요 위치이지만 기본적으로 편의 시설은 없습니다. 체육관과 세탁실은 마이크로 룸과 같으며 사람들이 거기에 사는 것처럼 느껴집니다. 호텔은 이상한 향기가 나고 간호사 집처럼 냄새가납니다. 또한 룸 서비스, 객실 내 물병 및 스낵이나 음료를위한 자동 판매기가 없습니다. 한밤중에 배가 고프거나 목이 마른 경우 혼자 있습니다.

Closed to the airport. Clean room and supportive staff. Breakfast is pretty good

매우 만족스러운 호텔, 매우 아름다운 호수 전망, 편리한 여행, 반대편에 주차, 조금 떨어져 있지만 주차는 매우 편리합니다.

入住環境和服務都很好，對於商務出行就是價格有點貴。

酒店裝修很漂亮，爵士老錢風，喜歡藝術壁紙和銅頂燈，房間乾淨衞生，酒店地處克里夫蘭downtown 中心，出行便利，前台工作人員服務態度很好，給的第一個房間靠近車庫有很大的機器噪音，提岀來後立即給我換了一個很滿意的安靜房間

나는이 숙박에 매우 만족하지 못했습니다. 나는 훨씬 더 싼 곳에서 머물렀다. 자판기는 없었습니다. 구내 레스토랑은 수용 인원이 매우 제한되어 있습니다. 주차 끔찍. 우리 차가 부서졌습니다. 위치는 시내와 가깝지만 하얏트는 인상적이지 않았습니다. 객실은 매우 작았습니다. :(
