호텔 정원이 정말 넓고 디즈니 공식 호텔이라 좋았어요. 프런트 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셨고요. 체크아웃할 때 카드키를 기념으로 가져갈 수 있는데, 나중에 자동으로 기능이 사라진다고 하더라고요. 다만 방이 너무 작았어요. '원 베드 테이블'이 무슨 뜻인지 이제야 알겠더라고요. 평소에는 안 쓰다가 필요할 때 테이블을 접으면 침대가 나오는 방식이었어요. 식당과 게임룸도 있었지만, 며칠 머물 계획이라 결국 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 좀 더 넓은 공간이 필요했거든요.

From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer.
WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away. There is a restaurants nearby.
South beach is UBER drive away under 10 minutes and cost about $10 US.. overall this is suitable for everyone and saves u money on transportation

호텔은 디즈니랜드에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 매일 셔틀버스가 운행되는데, 4박 동안 일찍 도착할 때마다 이용하지는 못했습니다. 우버는 약 15달러입니다. 프런트 데스크의 쿠키는 맛있습니다. 객실은 매일 청소되고 생수 두 병이 제공됩니다. 객실에 전자레인지도 있습니다. 걸어서 15분 거리에 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 냉동식품을 사서 데워 먹을 수 있습니다! 슈퍼마켓 근처에도 다양한 먹거리가 있습니다.

첫날 일찍 체크인하려고 추가 요금을 지불했는데, 불행히도 에어컨이 고장난 방을 배정받았습니다. 전날 밤 디즈니랜드에서 돌아와서 너무 피곤했던 터라 에어컨이 고장났는데도 푹 잤습니다. 에어컨을 고쳐줄 사람을 만난 건 다음 날이었습니다.
방은 다음 날 청소되었고, 비교적 깨끗했습니다.
하지만 주변 자연환경에 작은 개미들이 많았습니다.
가장 좋았던 곳은 수영장이었습니다.

그래도 취소 될거 같아서 안심하고 체크 아웃했는데 ..

일주일 지나고 보니 400달러 넘는돈이 카드결제에 넘어와있음
너무 황당함 😡😡에픽유니버셜에서 먹고 논거 바로 결게하고 호텔에서 0원도 쓴고 없는데 !!!!!트립닷컴에서 적극적으로 대응해주고 있어서 기다리고 있어요 ㅠ

체크인 절차도 간단했고 프론트 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 실제로 제가 만난 직원들은 모두 매우 친절했습니다. 위치는 디즈니 스프링스에 매우 편리했고 모든 디즈니 공원까지 무료 셔틀을 제공했습니다. 나는 그곳에서 식사를 하지 않았거나 수영장을 이용하지 않았으므로 그것에 대해 말할 수 없습니다.

The amenities for this hotel are great. The pool was great and the sun beds were dotted around.
The rooms are such a disappointment after entering a bright airy lobby. The furniture is old and the rooms generally feel dirty and need some attention.
Our floor was filthy. I used a towel to mop up some water I spilt and it was so dirty we asked them to come in to wash the floors.
We were only staying for one night - if it was longer I would have asked to move rooms or hotels.

리리뷰어We love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

MMama CheetahWe ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean.
Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable.
My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped.
Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days.
I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

CChalsey LBoulan South Beach – Honest Review
I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks.
Positives:
The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out.
Negatives:
That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience.
Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear.
Final Thoughts:
Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.

리리뷰어저희는 키웨스트에 살고 있으며 2~3개월에 한 번씩 마이애미에 옵니다. 지난 5년 동안 이 호텔, 폰텐블루, 또는 킴튼 호텔 두 곳 중 한 곳에 묵었는데, 이번 여행 전까지는 항상 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 이번 여행은 정말 최악이었습니다. 체크인부터 문제가 시작됐습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원 ”카를로스”는 처음부터 불친절했습니다. 모든 일에 대해 잘난 척하는 태도를 보였습니다. 아내의 생일 여행이었는데, 시작부터 좋지 않았습니다. 방은 너무 더웠고 수건도 부족했습니다. 저녁 식사 예약도 되어 있었고 안드레아 보첼리 콘서트도 보러 갈 예정이었습니다. 돌아와 보니 방은 여전히 더웠지만, 하루 종일 돌아다녀 피곤해서 그냥 잤습니다. 그런데 새벽 6시에 너무 더워서 잠에서 깼습니다. 아내가 프런트 데스크에 갔더니 아주 친절한 엘로이사라는 직원이 있었고, 아내를 도와주었습니다. 직원을 보내서 5분 만에 에어컨이 작동하기 시작했습니다. 제가 뭐가 문제였냐고 물었더니 ”바람에 기포가 생겼어요”라고만 하고는 영어를 전혀 못하는 척했습니다. 온도 조절기는 시원하게 60도로 설정되어 있었지만, 오전 6시에도 방 온도는 74도 아래로 내려가지 않았습니다. 아내가 더블트리 쿠키를 달라고 했더니 더 이상 더블트리 호텔이 아니라고 하더군요. 저희가 이 호텔에 묵은 가장 큰 이유 중 하나가 더블트리 쿠키였는데, 확실히 많이 바뀌었습니다. 도착했을 때 마이애미 돌핀스 경기가 있었는데, 멋진 바에 있는 모든 TV가 꺼져 있었습니다. ”카를로스”라는 직원에게 경기를 틀어달라고 했더니 리모델링 중이라고 했지만, 공사 흔적은 전혀 없었고, 설령 공사 중이라 하더라도 로비 TV와는 아무 상관이 없었습니다. 전체적인 분위기가 예전에 묵었을 때와는 완전히 달랐습니다. 위치는 정말 좋고, 온수 욕조가 있는 몇 안 되는 호텔 중 하나이긴 하지만 ”제대로 작동하는 때도 절반밖에 안 된다”는 게 아쉽습니다. 게다가 직원은 수영장 타월 카드 정책에 대해서도 엄청나게 까다롭게 굴면서, 재사용된 카드를 반납하지 않으면 수영장에서 타월을 빌리는 데 카드 한 장당 25달러를 내야 한다고 협박했습니다. 만약 그곳에 묵기로 결정했는데 프런트에 20대 스페인 남자가 있다면, 휴가의 평화를 위해 나중에 다시 오세요.

리리뷰어다음 날 이른 비행기를 타야 해서 공항과 가깝고 가격도 적당한 호텔을 찾고 있었습니다. 크루즈 여행에서 막 돌아온 터라 오후 4시에 체크인할 수 있었는데, 상황을 설명하니 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 배려해 주셨습니다. 추가 요금이 있었지만 괜찮았습니다. 크루즈가 오전 8시쯤 도착해서 편히 쉴 수 있는 방을 얻게 되어 기뻤습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원, 바텐더, 청소 직원 모두 친절하고 전문적이었습니다. 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

반려견 친화적인 측면 외에도 호텔 자체도 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장은 멋진 음악과 함께 상쾌한 휴식을 선사했습니다.
객실은 항상 깨끗했고, 호텔 곳곳에 은은하게 퍼지는 은은한 향기는 따뜻하고 아늑한 분위기를 조성했습니다. 직원들이 모든 투숙객에게 편안하고 즐거운 경험을 제공하기 위해 세심한 주의를 기울인다는 것이 분명했습니다.

리리뷰어This is a beautiful property (even with the renovation of the pool that many reviewers have mentioned), but it seems not be a hotel. Rather, it seems owners of units have hired a management company to admit guests who have rented units, kind of like a time share. That's why there is but one concierge and several parking valets. There is no restaurant/room service and no staff, but our unit had everything we needed for its kitchen. (Pro tip: the last grocery store is a Wynn Dixie near the bridge as you come into the island. The good news is that we had a wonderful view and our room was especially comfortable. It was however showing the beginning signs of wear and tear - small stains on a chair, some darkening grout in the bathroom, stain around drain in the sink, etc. The TV's software did not allow for Iphone mirroring, and the archaic internet browser warned that there was no connection with the Google dinosaur! No Netflix, or Amazon Prime...We had to watch an important baseball game on or phones. When I went to the lobby, the concierge could only give me the reservations phone number, but did offer to send a valet to have a look at the TV! Guests do have beach privileges along with towels, chairs, etc. In spite of the small short comings, it was perfect for our 4th of July celebration; watching the fireworks from the comfort of our 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The proximity to local restaurants is especially convenient.
If you understand that this property offers service like a time share rather than a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed, especially if it is competitively priced. (You can compare the Hilton next door.) It also has adjoining rooms if you want to bring friends/family.
