주차장 바로 건너편에 퍼블릭스 슈퍼마켓이 있어(도보 2분) 간단한 생필품이나 간식을 구매하기에 좋은 위치입니다. 브리켈 시내 중심가와도 매우 가깝습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 전망이 좋습니다. 루프탑 수영장도 좋지만, 사람이 많을 때는 혼잡할 수 있으니 피크 타임은 피하는 것이 좋습니다. 헬스장은 넓고 도시 스카이라인이 한눈에 들어오는 멋진 전망을 자랑합니다. 이 호텔이 너무 마음에 들어서 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요!

From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer.
WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away. There is a restaurants nearby.
South beach is UBER drive away under 10 minutes and cost about $10 US.. overall this is suitable for everyone and saves u money on transportation

디즈니 월드와 디즈니 스프링스를 방문하기에 완벽한 위치입니다. 호텔 정원은 잘 관리되어 있고, 디즈니 테마 장식으로 가득 차 있어 인상적입니다. 모든 올스타 테마 호텔의 수영장도 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 저희는 1박만 묵었지만 이틀 모두 무료 주차가 가능했습니다. 그런데 체크인할 때까지 호텔에서 워터파크 무료 입장권을 제공한다는 사실을 몰랐습니다. Trip.com 웹사이트에 그렇게 적혀 있었다면, 하루 더 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

페스타나에 머무는 동안 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 객실은 넓었으며, 프런트 데스크에서 딸아이를 위해 커피와 쿠키를 제공해 주었습니다. 디즈니월드는 우버를 이용했는데, 더 유연한 선택인 것 같습니다. 셔틀버스가 제 시간에 돌아오지 않을 것 같아서 숙박 기간 동안 셔틀버스를 이용할 수 없었습니다.
위치가 이상적이었고, 디즈니 스프링과 바인랜드 아울렛 몰이 가까워서 디즈니를 즐긴 후 쇼핑도 하고 쉬기에 좋았습니다.
딸아이가 쉬고 싶어 했기에 객실 업그레이드와 늦은 체크아웃을 제공해 주셔서 특별 할인을 해주신 미하엘라 매니저님께 정말 감사드립니다.
숙박 기간 동안 모든 걱정을 해결해 주신 프레셔스 씨께 진심으로 감사드립니다.
꼭 다시 묵을 예정이며, 주차 옵션도 이용할 예정입니다.

전반적인 느낌이 매우 좋고, 객실도 매우 깨끗하고, 위치도 훌륭해요!
우리는 수영장이 보이는 더블룸에 머물렀는데 정말 좋았습니다.
24번가에서 해변에서 도보로 단 3-5분 거리에 있습니다.

위치는 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 도보나 수상 택시를 타고 쉽게 공원에 갈 수 있습니다. 서비스는 매우 성숙하고 전문적이며 체크인, 체크아웃, 가방 보관이 모두 몇 분 안에 완료됩니다. 익스프레스 패스는 특히 강력합니다. 객실도 칫솔과 슬리퍼가 부족한 것 빼고는 꽤 편안했는데, 이는 북미 호텔의 일반적인 모습입니다. 기회가 있으면 다시 머물겠습니다

호텔은 꽤 오래되었습니다. 전통적인 도시 지역도 아니고, 관광객이 몰리는 곳도 아닙니다. 주변 주택들이 비교적 높은 아파트들이 많아 고급 주택가처럼 보입니다. 하지만 생활 편의성은 여전히 훌륭하고 동네는 매우 조용합니다. 해변 공원, 녹지, 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다. 단기간 투숙하시는 분들에게는 강력 추천합니다. 객실도 비교적 넓고 기본적인 구성이지만, 시설은 다소 오래되었습니다. 다행히 성급 호텔입니다.

리리뷰어We love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

MMama CheetahWe ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean.
Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable.
My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped.
Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days.
I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

리리뷰어우리는 충분하지 않은 2 박 동안 머물 렀습니다! 호텔 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 현대적이며 해먹 해변이 보입니다. Calusa에서 맛있는 뷔페 아침 식사... 우리는 Dry Rocks에서 점심을 먹었습니다... 맛있는 신선한 샐러드, 타코 등. 직원들은 매우 수용적이었습니다.
우리는 두 해변을 모두 좋아했습니다. 코코넛 해변에는 일광욕용 침대와 그늘이 많았고 바다는 사랑스럽고 따뜻했습니다. 우리는 패들 보드, 카약을했고 그것을 좋아했습니다! !
커플, 가족 등에게 적합...
훌륭한 호텔. 돌아갈 때까지 기다릴 수 없습니다.

CChalsey LBoulan South Beach – Honest Review
I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks.
Positives:
The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out.
Negatives:
That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience.
Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear.
Final Thoughts:
Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.
