호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 좋은 편의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 객실과 공용 공간은 깔끔하게 유지되었으며 재산을 유지하기 위해 노력한 것에 감사드립니다. 그러나 가장 큰 걱정은 Wi-Fi 연결이었습니다. 나는 일주일 동안 머물렀고 머무는 동안 연결 문제를 경험했습니다. 인터넷에 의존하는 사람으로서 저는 Wi-Fi가 신뢰할 수 없었기 때문에 대부분의 시간을 모바일 데이터를 사용하게 되었습니다. 나는 또한 식사 공간의 일부 직원이별로 환영하지 않는다는 것을 알았습니다. 모두가 불친절한 것은 아니지만 몇몇 승무원들은 무시하는 것처럼 보였고 손님과 상호 작용할 때 태도를 보였습니다. 고객 서비스는 호텔 경험의 중요한 부분이며 경영진이 모든 손님이 환영 받고 가치 있다고 느낄 수 있도록 추가 교육을 제공 할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 좋은 시설과 청결 기준을 가지고 있지만 Wi-Fi 문제와 일관성이없는 고객 서비스가 내 경험에 영향을 미쳤습니다.

We had a fantastic stay at Hue Resort and were lucky enough to be among the first guests before the official grand opening. The resort is beautifully designed, with stunning views perfectly framed from almost every angle. It's an excellent choice for families. The soft play area is clean, well supervised and kept our children happily entertained, while the range of facilities makes it suitable for guests of all ages. Breakfast was delicious, generous and set us up well for each day of surfing and island exploring. The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to help. The gym is well equipped with great views, and the sauna and cold plunge will be a fantastic addition once they're operational. There were a couple of minor issues. The air conditioning struggled with four people in one room, and during the last few days there was an unpleasant drainage smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, these were small points in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We would happily recommend Hue Resort for anyone looking for a luxurious base for surfing, exploring the island, or enjoying a relaxing family holiday.

사실 방은 정말 마음에 들었어요. 아름다웠고, 특히 베란다에서 시간을 보내는 게 제일 좋았어요. 리조트에서 유일하게 아쉬운 점은 직원들이었어요. 손님 응대 방법에 대한 제대로 된 교육이 필요해 보였어요. 특히 한 직원은 항상 인상을 찌푸리고 있더라고요. 객실 청소를 요청했을 때도 프런트 데스크에 4~5번이나 전화하고 직접 찾아가야 했어요. 전반적으로 리조트와 객실은 훌륭했지만, 직원들은 정말 실망스러웠습니다.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! 🌴❤️🔥 We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is truly luxurious — beautifully designed, pristine, and so comfortable. What made our stay even more unforgettable was the warm, kind, and always attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant was a definite highlight — absolutely delicious food that we looked forward to every meal. And the views… wow! The scenery took our breath away and truly touched our hearts. It felt like paradise in every direction 🌅 Thanks to this wonderful hotel, our impression of Siargao as a whole is nothing short of amazing. It’s a place we already dream about returning to — we can’t wait to come back again and again! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Siargao 💞

호텔 자체는 아름다웠지만, 신축 호텔이라 그런지 운영이 체계적이지 못하고 많은 편의시설이 아직 완공되지 않았습니다. 회의실 예약도 할 수 없었습니다. 객실 인터넷은 자주 끊기고 비즈니스 미팅을 하기에 너무 불안정해서 리셉션 근처에서 팀 통화를 해야 했습니다. 정말 불편했습니다! 세 번이나 다른 방에 묵었는데, 두 번 이상은 샤워할 온수가 나오지 않았습니다. 고객 객실 준비 상태를 제대로 관리하는 시스템이 미흡해 보였습니다. 음식은 현지인들에게는 맛있을지 몰라도 서양인에게는 맞지 않았습니다. 광고에 나온 메뉴 중 실제로는 없는 경우가 많았습니다. 수영장은 좋았지만 야외 바가 없었고, 수영장 구역에서 음료를 마시는 것도 허용되지 않았습니다. 저는 2025년에도 부투안에 자주 출장을 갈 예정이라 다양한 음식과 안정적인 인터넷을 갖춘 괜찮은 호텔을 찾고 있었는데, 이 호텔은 그런 조건을 충족하지 못했습니다.

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

5-Star Customer Service: The staff were exceptional, promptly addressing all of our requests and concerns. A special thanks to Raquel for her assistance during an accident, as well as to MJ for welcoming us and organizing our tours. Vanessa deserves recognition for preparing delicious meals and perfecting our coffees. The hotel’s location is peaceful, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds, yet it's conveniently close to restaurants and busy areas, easily accessible by motorbike. I would suggest offering more activities for guests and expanding breakfast options.

위치는 괜찮고 직원들은 매우 정중합니다. 안타깝게도 장소는 별로이고 가격에 비해 너무 비싼 편입니다. 괜찮은 경험이었지만 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다.

Place was okay for a family stay. It's not a private villa anymore since there's a restobar inside. I love the staff though, friendly and always smiling and accommodating. Place is also near establishments and you can just walk around. Cloud 9 is like less than 10 mins away. There are dogs inside which I didn't like because they could just have pooped and peed anywhere. Not ideal for kids to play on the sand. There are also pearl sellers and as much as I feel bad, it just ruins your peace and quiet as they dont stop bothering you until you buy. Overall still thinking of going back here in case there's another trip in place. :)

Overall a pleasant place to stay, not super central but always a short scooter drive away. Room was comfortable, although sound insulation was poor and there was morning construction going on from 8:00 which was very disruptive. The cafe / restaurant was very pleasant with jungle view and by the pool, yet had limited choices - adding fresh fruit juices (not concentrated ones) and appropriate coffee (not solvable one) would be appreciated. No gym available. Staff were pleasant but often slow to react or understand simple requests.
