좋은 점: 주소 위치, 어디든 갈 수 있고 안뜰이 매우 아름답습니다. 나쁜 점: 내 방에 외부 창문이 없습니다(Ctrip 소개 페이지: 침대가 있음), 밀폐되어 있으며 원래 높은 반응이 있습니다. 밀폐되어 밤에 잠을 잘 때 매우 고통스럽습니다. 마지막으로 문을 열고 잠을 자십시오. 밀폐되어 있고 자연광이 없습니다. 너무 고통스럽습니다... 씨트립에서도 ”창문이 있다”라는 표현은 오해의 소지가 없지만 내부 창이라고 하면 내 계획에 더 도움이 될 것입니다(대체로 나는 여기에 살지 않을 것입니다)

The hotel is located on one of the steep, upward-sloping streets in the old town of Cusco, within walking distance of many attractions. In terms of room amenities and design, it resembles a ”basic” European three-star hotel. On the positive side, we found no dirt or debris, and all the appliances in the room were in working order. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi. We were unpleasantly surprised by a staff member at the front desk: when we asked her to check the cost of a taxi to an animal rescue shelter, she quoted an exorbitant price of 250 Peruvian soles. We declined and instead arranged a ride with a regular street taxi for 120. Overall, the hotel is perfectly acceptable and a suitable place to stay near the historic center of Cusco.

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

Ha sido, sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que he estado. El trato recibido fue excepcional, con un personal muy amable y siempre pendiente de cada detalle. El alojamiento es precioso y todo en el hotel está cuidado con muchísimo mimo. Lo recomendaré a todo el mundo. Inmejorable experiencia.

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay. From the warm welcome and the welcome drinks to the permanent tea and cookie setup in the reception area, everything made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were spacious for two people and very quiet at night, which ensured a great night’s sleep. We had a street-view room with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, and we especially appreciated that breakfast is available as early as 3 a.m.

マチュピチュの駅からも歩いてすぐで食事買い物にも便が良い。外の喧騒とは異なりホテルのホールに入った時から落ち着いた感じで安心できる。チェックインもスムーズ、食事の案内なども分かりやすく短時間にしっかりと必要な事を伝えてくれて、慣れた感じの印象で安心できる。部屋も清潔で十分な備品もあり快適。次にマチュピチュに来る時にも必ずこのホテルを予約すると思う。

Excellent service great location was ideal not too busy but close enough. Spacious room and great staff. Amazing spread for breakfast. Will come back
