We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the ferry terminal and airport, with ample free parking. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, offering us a late check-out, which we appreciated. Our room was very quiet, with a lovely ocean view, far from the restaurant and conference halls. However, the room itself was quite dated, different from the photos shown on the website, and the bathroom was cramped, with little legroom when using the toilet. The room was also very hot in late September. No fan in the room. We had to leave the window open overnight. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with decent variety. Despite the excellent location, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the room’s discomfort.

Het hotel is heel goed gelegen voor onze treinreis naar Stavanger. Het is dichtbij het centrum en doordat je gebruik kunt maken van de roltrap in het winkelcentrum zijn de steile trappen en straatjes niet zo'n probleem. De service is echt top, de medewerkers zijn super aardig en niks is ze teveel. De kamers zijn niet heel groot en er kan hier en daar wel wat onderhoud gepleegd worden, maar het functioneert allemaal en het is schoon. De bedden zijn heel goed. Maar gezellig is het niet, veel beton en donkere kleuren, de verlichting was ook niet echt praktisch geplaatst, waardoor je donkere stukken had. Helaas geen mooi uitzicht over Stavanger. Het ontbijt is heel goed, lekkere dingen. We konden op de dag van vertrek al om 05:00 terecht voor een early bird ontbijt, dat is echt super handig.

Lovely historic hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in one of their larger suites - it was spacious, had great harbour views and was generally comfortable. Good breakfast in a nice dining room. However, do note that the hotel has no AC (which should be fine most of the time), which can be a challenge on a rare hot day. The bathtub in our room also wasn't ideally set up - it easily leaked water when showering.

This is the better hotel among the hotels I have stayed during my trip to Norway. It's value for money. The booking comes with an impressive buffet breakfast. The room is cozy and clean. They provide a bath mat in the bathroom and they clean your room everyday. Location is good. A few minutes to the train and bus station in Stavanger. Close to the Stavanger centrum. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

The stay was really comfortable. My family enjoyed the hotel space and facilities. The hotel location was convenient as well.

I stayed in a single room, which was too small in size, but very cozy.Very comfortable bed! High level of cleanliness. Excellent buffet for breakfast with many options. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Service at the restaurant didn't match the level of the cousine. Overall my experienced was positive 👍👍
