이번에 노르웨이에 갔을 때 오스카에서 하룻밤을 묵었고, CENTRAL STARION 건너편에 있는 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 저는 항상 다른 브랜드에만 머물렀고, 이 브랜드에는 거의 머물지 않았습니다. 뭔가 좀 새로운 느낌이 들긴 했지만, 그래도 꽤 좋았어요. 하드웨어든, 소프트웨어든, 아침 식사든, 모든 것에는 특별한 것이 있습니다.
위치는 산 꼭대기에 있으며 교통이 불편하며 시내 중심 버스 정류장까지 약 13 분이 소요되며 기차역까지 택시가 필요합니다. 오슬로 택시는 비쌉니다. 또한 대부분의 호텔은 새롭게 개조되었으며 시설과 일일 필수품은 아직 완비되어 있습니다. 전화가 없습니다. 방은 작지 않고 침대 옆 탁자와 테이블은 작고 방의 크기는 작지 않으며 욕실은 크지 만 샤워 실의 유리 문 디자인은 좋지 않으며 물은 여전히 잠겨 있습니다. 장점은 전망이 좋고 아침 식사가 좋으며 아침 식사 공간이 귀엽다는 것입니다. 전반적인 서비스는 일반적이며 전문적이지 않으며 끌리지 않습니다.
교통이 편리합니다. 호텔은 명승지에서 도보로 단 몇 분 거리에 있으며 관광 버스 정류장도 있습니다. 근처에 레스토랑과 바가 많아 매우 편리합니다. 그냥 시내 중심가로 걸어가서 쇼핑을 해보세요. 중앙역에서 도보로 10분정도밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓도 있어 번잡함 속에서도 조용한 곳입니다.
중앙역에서 Karl Johans Gate 표지판을 따라 역 출구로 나가면 맞은편 건물에 호텔의 빨간색 표지판이 보입니다. 호텔 문은 중앙역을 향하고 있지 않으며 길을 건너 앞으로 걸어가야 합니다. 약 100미터 동안.
호텔의 장식은 아주 새롭고 아침 식사의 종류도 괜찮습니다.
호텔부터 오페라 하우스, 박물관 및 기타 명소까지 모든 것이 기본적으로 도보 거리 내에 있습니다.
이 호텔은 훌륭해요! 위치가 매우 좋고, 주차도 편리하며, 왕궁, 뭉크미술관 등 시내 중심까지 불과 4~5km 거리에 있어 차로 10분이면 갈 수 있습니다.
핵심은 저렴하고 스타일리시하며 새롭다는 것입니다. 아침 식사도 매우 풍부하고 선택의 여지가 없습니다. 적극 권장합니다
Really great and solid hotel.
Lovely atmosphere in the lobby. Check in was slightly long and baggage room was full prior to room being ready so had to walk around with my bag for a bit.
Room was lovely, warm, homely.
Shower gel in shower was slightly annoying to use but very good quality Ritual soaps!!
Bed was very comfortable. Double size.
Very large breakfast (queue to enter due to a lot of guests) but food was good quality and LOTS of it.
Spa area was decent, not the best I've ever seen.
LOCATION: fantastic! 2 minute walk from exiting the main station with trains directly to the airport. Centre of Oslo, with 2 different tram stops right outside, lots of restaurants and activities around.
Kind reception staff allowed us to have late check out so we could shower before our flight.
Would highly recommend and stay again.

SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit.
My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in.
Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go.
We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel.
I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!
WWaikiIt’s a very stylish hotel, centrally located and specious. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lighting of the room which is not enough.
BBillNot a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff.
The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints?
Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while.
Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign.
The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies.
The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings.
Wouldn’t stay there again.

- 깨끗하고 넓은 객실, 2층, 창문에서 도로가 내려다보입니다(방음도 잘 되어 있습니다)...
- 욕실은 작지만 난방이 잘 됩니다.
- 오슬로 기차역에서 도보 6분, 오페라 하우스에서 도보 5분 거리에 있습니다.
리리뷰어This is an exceptional hotel for quality and service. We were able to check in early to a spacious room with all the extras, hair dryer, mini bar, snacks, iron facilities and drinks tray. Great comfy beds and bathroom facilities.
The car park is underground accessible from the rear of the hotel and is secure with a lift to directly within the hotel
The breakfast is vast and great quality with the chefs regularly doing quality control of the food and dining staff efficiently clearing tables.
We ate in the restaurant and it was good quality. I must mention the young man who served us as his customer service was exceptional not to mention his cocktail mixing skills! Nothing was too much trouble.
The reception staff were really helpful in helping us with the public transport and although the hotel is located on the perimeter of the city both tram and bus stops were located within minutes of the hotel and we’re easy to navigate with the routers app.
All the staff we came into contact with were both helpful and professional and were all good ambassadors for the hotel group.
I would not hesitate in a heart beat to recommend this hotel, thank you for the service.
리리뷰어이 호텔을 예약 할 때 모든 사람의 평가를 읽었습니다. 특히 극단적이었습니다. 칭찬도 나쁜 리뷰입니다! 체크인 할 때 왜 그런지 이해했습니다. 전체 여행은 표준 객실로 예약되었지만 체크인은 두 시간으로 나니다. 일요일 오전 9시에 처음 도착했을 때 일찍 체크인 할 수 없다고 생각했는데 4 개의 방이있을 것으로 기대하지 않았습니다. 장거리 비행 후 우리에게는 정말 적시에 비가 내립니다. 이틀 밤 동안 방 크기는 넓고 커피 머신이 있습니다! 일부 컵이 깨끗하지 않고 난방이 충분하지 않은 것 외에는 문제가 없습니다! 그러나 두 번째로 체크인했을 때 주어진 방은 비교적 작았고 커피 머신은 없었지만 우리는 하룻밤을 지 냈습니다. 유일한 문제는 샤워 실의 샤워가 좋지 않고 물이 매우 느리고 물이 쌓이기 쉽습니다! 난방은 여전히 없습니다 ~ 또한 호텔의 위치는 지하철 4.5 라인과 인접하여 말할 필요가 없습니다! 23:00까지 영업하는 쿨 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다.
