노르웨이 오슬로 카운티 소재 4성급 호텔

숙박하기에 완벽한 호텔이었어요. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 도움이 많았어요. 체크아웃 후 야간 버스를 타야 했는데, 직원들이 친절하게 헬스장 샤워실도 이용할 수 있게 해줘서 정말 기뻤어요. 덕분에 활력을 되찾을 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 직원들이 집처럼 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 배려해 주셔서 정말 즐거웠어요. 조식도 훌륭했고, 무료 저녁 식사도 매일 다른 메뉴로 나와서 좋았어요. 오후에는 간단한 간식과 커피를 즐길 수 있는 피카(Fika) 시간도 마련되어 있었어요. 모든 고객을 위한 서비스와 헌신에 감탄했습니다.

위치가 정말 편리해서 여행지로 이 호텔을 선택하기에 딱 맞는 선택입니다! 오슬로 중앙역 출구로 연결되는 고가도로 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있어 쇼핑과 여행에 매우 편리하고 시간도 많이 절약됩니다! 조식은 다양하고 풍성해서 비즈니스 호텔 수준의 조식을 제공합니다. 음식은 금방 채워지기 때문에 사람이 너무 많아도 부족할 걱정이 없습니다. 단점은 침대가 너무 푹신하다는 것입니다. 며칠 자고 나니 허리가 정말 부러질 것 같습니다. 이 외에는 다른 단점이 없습니다.

유명한 노르웨이 호텔 체인입니다. 가장 큰 장점은 중앙역과 가깝다는 것입니다. 객실은 크고 편안하지만 호텔 전체 시설은 최신식은 아닙니다. 장점: 풍성한 아침 식사. 로비에 무료 과일과 커피 머신이 있습니다. 따뜻한 차를 제공합니다. 추운 북유럽 기후에 대한 이점입니다. 역과 가까운 것이 가장 큰 이점입니다. 단점: 엘리베이터가 많지 않고, 설비가 오래되었지만, 객실은 기본적으로 새것입니다.

Very practical and central location with easy access to trains, parks, and places to visit in Oslo. The room was beautifully decorated with a kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and great quality of produce. There were a couple of old stains on the bench in front of the bed and something like ink on the bed sheet. But the room was overall clean.

The gym facility of this hotel was terrific. Also, the buffet breakfast was one of the best!

객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었으며 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 호텔은 중앙 기차역 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있어 이동이 편리하고 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있는 주변 명소들을 둘러보기에 좋았습니다. 객실 청소 직원분들도 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 아침 식사는 푸짐하고 맛있었으며 영양가도 풍부했습니다. 이번 북유럽 여행의 첫 숙소였는데, 이 호텔 덕분에 정말 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다! 🌷🌷🌷

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

The location was excellent....close to downtown plus there was an interesting restaurant area behind the hotel that bordered the Akerselva (?) River. However, many of these restaurants were large and did not appeal to me for this reason (see below). It was also an easy walk to Oslo Central Station. The hotel itself was appealing - with a nicely decorated lobby. I was disappointed with the service from the Front Desk staff, who were busy with ”reception related” tasks and had little time to discuss areas of interest in the City. Often there was no one at the front desk. Also, the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel did not open until the evening, and while there were restaurants close by, many of these were large open spaces and not ”warm”

스칸딕 헬***어는 공항(플라이부센)에서 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며, 시내 중심가(노선 버스 및/또는 지하철)에서도 불과 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 헬스피르 T역은 도보로 10분 이내에 도착할 수 있으며, 두 개의 주요 버스 정류장도 도보로 10분 이내에 도착할 수 있습니다. 우리는 8층에서 아주 멋지고 조용하며 리모델링된 방을 얻었습니다. 객실에는 잘 갖춰져 있었고(금고, 냉장고 등), 욕실 크기도 적당했습니다. 지하에 있는 체육관은 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 아침 식사 뷔페는 선택의 폭이 넓어서 정말 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원은 모두 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 저희는 이 호텔을 강력히 추천하며 언제든지 다시 예약하고 싶습니다!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Beschäftigten unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen, besonders das Frühstück, bietet eine Vielfalt, die beachtlich ist und das Besondere - es schmeckt auch noch sehr, sehr gut. Der Preis ist angemessen bzw. eher als günstig einzustufen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Zimmer wurden während der dreit Tage kein einziges mal gereinigt. Vielleicht haben wir das bei der Buchung auch übersehen und hätten es extra beauftragen müssen. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel wieder buchen.  Noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag (der unsere Bewertung nicht beeinflusst): Von den Sesseln hängen Fransen, die teilweise ab- bzw.  ausgerissen sind. Es wäre eine optische Aufwertung, wenn die Fransen komplett entfernt werden.
