Not bad it could be better, customer service was not too great but in general ok

나는 라고스에 올 때마다 여기에 살고 있습니다. 방은 크고 깨끗하며 아침, 점심, 저녁 세 끼를 포함합니다. 이것은 매우 편리하므로 음식을 찾기 위해 외출 할 필요가 없습니다. 원 스톱 집사 서비스, 안심하고 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 벽 균열 권장 😃

首先這是一個酒店，其次這才是一個飯店。嗯，但我感覺沒有分清主次吧。 酒店的軟件沒問題，硬件沒跟上。 裝修的有點潦草。應該衹是做了一個簡單的翻新。之前的一些硬裝，被簡單的壓在下面了。看是看不到我，但是可以聞到，因為有一股發黴的潮氣在房間裏面散不出去。 隔音基本等於沒有。都不用大聲喧嘩，就是樓道里走人的話，都會特別清晰的聲音傳到房間裡頭來。 作為飯店的話，味道是沒問題，菜量的話也沒問題。但不能理解的是 有幾條狗，會在出餐的位置來回晃蕩。抖弄毛髮。

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

He was always present with a smiling face and went above and beyond by personally checking in on me and offering custom dishes outside of the standard buffet menu. Hotel is immaculate. Staff is extremely friendly and respectful. All inclusive hotel with 3 meals a day and free bottled water. Restaurant has amazing food if you want that instead of the free Buffett. Rooms are extremely clean. Halls and reception is extremely clean. Water view outside restaurant is beautiful. Pool is a plus. Only thing I would change is the 2 steps off the elevator. Very easy to slip and fall on.

호텔의 위치는 여행에 매우 편리했으며 시설과 편의 시설은 좋은 수준을 충족했습니다. 직원 (일부는 태도 문제가 있지만)도 머무는 동안 정중하고 환영했습니다. 그러나 고객(특히 비국적)은 가격이 부풀려지고 일관성이 없으며 메뉴에 규정된 것보다 훨씬 높기 때문에 서비스를 요청하거나 음식을 주문할 때 신중해야 합니다. 과충전을 피하기 위해 구매하기 전에 메뉴를 신중하게 확인하고 인근 호텔이나 서비스 제공업체와 가격을 비교하는 것이 좋습니다. 이것은 호텔 외부에서도 적용됩니다.

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered . flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance
