Excelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

역에서 7분, 우후츠이 미술관까지 10분, 매우 입지 좋은 위치에 있지만, 호텔 간판이 없기 때문에 찾기가 어려웠습니다! 10m 옆에 서 있지만, 오가고도 모르지만, 근처 호텔 남자에게 물으면 ”바로 거기야”라고 지적 된 끝에 작은 문. 인터폰을 누르고 열어달라고 3층으로 올라가 드디어 체크인. 방은 귀엽고 아침 일찍 출발이라고 하면 ”아침 가게에 만들어 전날 배달을 요청할 수 있습니다”라고 변덕스러운 대응. 샤워도 있고 냉장고도 있고 침대병 물도 준비되어 있습니다. 방을 나와 한 위로 올라가면 공용 고도 지붕의 풍경을 볼 수 있는 테라스가 있습니다. 체크인이 원활하게 진행되면 아주 좋은 숙소.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know. First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe. The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome. However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting. When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was. In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound. To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations. A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages. Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

모든 것이 아주 훌륭하고 편안했어요. 기차역과 주요 관광지에서 가까운 위치가 좋았고요. 역 근처라 밤에 소음이 좀 있었지만, 예상했던 부분이고 감수할 만했습니다. 아침 식사는 얼핏 보면 단출해 보였지만, 늘 맛있었고 제 입맛에는 충분했어요 (설탕에 절인 과일이 들어간 요거트, 통곡물 크루아상, 스크램블 에그, 커피, 과일 등). 모든 것이 신선하고 좋았습니다. 객실은 새것은 아니었지만, 어디든 깨끗했다는 점이 저에게는 더 중요했고 청소도 잘 되어 있었어요. 직원분들은 친절했고, 대화할 준비가 되어 있었으며 (심지어 제 모국어로 대화할 수 있었는데, 이건 정말 드문 일이죠!) 때로는 방해하지 않으면서 손님의 기분을 섬세하게 알아차려 주셨습니다. 훌륭한 서비스에 감사드립니다!

이 호텔 객실은 정말 예쁘고 깨끗했어요! 일회용 슬리퍼와 바디로션을 포함해 다양한 일회용품이 제공되었는데, 유럽 호텔에서는 보기 드문 경우였어요. 저희가 묵었던 방에는 작은 발코니가 있었는데, 아래 수영장과 주변 숲이 보이는 전망이 정말 멋졌습니다. 아침 식사는 제 입맛에는 좀 안 맞았지만, 종류가 매우 다양했고 심지어 벌집 꿀까지 있었어요. 프런트 데스크에서 무료로 짐을 보관해 주셨습니다. 호텔에는 무료로 빌릴 수 있는 장우산이 있었는데, 마침 그날 비가 와서 정말 유용하고 세심한 배려라고 생각했습니다. 유일한 단점이라면 피렌체 역과 직선거리는 가깝지만, 실제로 역에서 호텔까지 걸어가는 데 꽤 긴 시간이 걸린다는 점이었어요. 특히 피렌체 역은 출구에 계단이 있어서 큰 짐을 가지고 이동하기가 정말 불편했습니다. 큰 짐을 끌고 호텔까지 가는 길은 더욱 멀게 느껴졌고, 갈림길도 있어서 신호가 안 좋을 때는 지도가 잘 보이지 않아 길을 잃기 쉬웠어요. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다. 호텔 내부 환경 관리가 매우 잘 되어 있고, 프런트 데스크 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 예의 바르셨어요. 다음에 피렌체에 갈 기회가 생긴다면 또 이 호텔을 선택할 거예요. 이 가격에 이 정도면 정말 훌륭합니다!

호텔이 기차역 바로 옆이라 걸어서 금방 도착했어요. 정말 편리했습니다. 24시간 프런트 데스크가 있어서 아주 안전하게 느껴졌습니다. 방은 작지만 충분했고, 시설도 완비되어 있었어요. 매우 깨끗했고, 청소도 제때 해주셨습니다. 프런트 직원이 아침 식사, 객실 카드, 주요 관광지 가는 길 등 다양한 세부 정보를 친절하게 알려주셔서 정말 감사했습니다! 아침 식사가 정말 훌륭했어요! 조식 팀의 예쁜 직원분들이 밝게 인사해주시고, 커피도 만들어주시고, 분주하게 움직이면서도 모든 것을 깔끔하게 처리해주셔서 감탄했습니다! 마지막 날에는 짐을 호텔에 맡겨두고 오후에 찾아 기차를 타러 갔습니다. 짐을 찾을 때 프런트의 직원분이 아주 친절하게 아래층에 화장실이 있다고 알려주셨어요. 밖에선 화장실 찾기가 정말 어렵잖아요? 친절한 직원 우스만(Ousman)님이 제 경험을 다른 사람들과 공유해보는 게 어떻겠냐고, 느낀 대로 쓰라고 말씀하셨는데, 그 말이 맞는 것 같아요. 다른 사람들도 실제 경험에 대한 정보가 필요할 테니까요. 오기 전에 호텔을 고르느라 시간이 좀 걸렸는데, 제대로 고른 것 같네요. 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 이번 여행 정말 즐거웠습니다!😀😀

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Continental per una notte il 16 agosto e ho trovato la mia esperienza mista. Sebbene sia un hotel a 4 stelle, ho notato alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di una ristrutturazione. Posizione e servizi: La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente un punto a favore, essendo direttamente sul mare e dotato di una grande piscina. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un inconveniente riguardo al servizio in spiaggia. Non mi era stato comunicato che era disponibile solo fino alle 12:00 del giorno seguente. Questo dettaglio è stato svelato dalla bagnina, che mi ha informato che avrei dovuto pagare per una mezza giornata se avessi voluto rimanere in spiaggia fino alle 16:00, quando ho dovuto lasciare la struttura. Camera e pulizia: La camera era piuttosto piccola e ho notato che i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi, il che non ha contribuito a una buona impressione al mio arrivo. Colazione: La colazione era nella media e, sebbene non avessi molte alternative disponibili, l'ho trovata abbastanza buona per iniziare la giornata. Prezzo: Infine, il prezzo che ho pagato per una sola notte mi è sembrato piuttosto elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti, soprattutto considerando che stavo cercando un soggiorno più accessibile. In conclusione, l’Hotel Continental ha un buon potenziale grazie alla sua posizione, ma ci sono aspetti che necessitano di miglioramenti significativi per giustificare il prezzo e le aspettative di un hotel a 4 stelle. 프런트 직원을 비롯한 모든 직원이 친절하고 전문적이었습니다. 호텔은 자연으로 둘러싸인 조용한 곳에 위치해 있으며, 시내와의 교통 연결도 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했으며, 욕실은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했습니다. 객실이 매우 조용해서 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 모든 취향을 만족시킬 수 있도록 정성껏 준비된 달콤하고 짭짤한 다양한 음식을 제공합니다. 피트니스 공간도 마련되어 있습니다. 호텔 앞 광장에 무료 주차장이 있습니다. 정말 훌륭한 호텔을 발견했습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area.
