이번에는 103호실을 배정받았는데, 테라스가 있는 더블 침대 객실로, 밖으로 나가서 앉아서 차를 마실 수도 있습니다. 저 멀리 바다도 보이네요. 우리는 정말 운이 좋았어요. 객실은 전반적으로 매우 좋았습니다. 욕실 세면용품은 이탈리아의 틈새 브랜드인 CULTI 제품입니다. 영국의 전 총리 처칠도 이 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 저는 개인적으로 이 호텔을 정말 좋아합니다.

이곳은 라구사의 핵심 지역에 위치하고 있으며 발코니를 열면 특히 야경이 아름답습니다. 기본적으로 사진을 찍을 수 있는 가장 아름다운 곳이며 이곳에서 가장 아름다운 장면 중 하나입니다. 그리고 프론트 데스크에 있는 젊은 아가씨의 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. 알겠습니다, 어, 호텔 근처에 무료 주차장이 있습니다. ztl 지역과 매우 가깝습니다.

Nanni는 타이밍을 의사 소통하고 스위치백으로 인해 약간 어려운 주차를 도와주는 데 매우 도움이되었습니다. 우리가 도착하자 터널, 정원 및 도시 중심부로 가는 계단을 통해 놀라운 전망과 지름길을 걸었습니다. 음식은 훌륭했다. 그리고 그가 제안했던 레스토랑은 광장과 레스토랑 Osteria Imperfecta에서 ”primo”이었다 ‼️ 나는 당신이 꽤 좋은 ‼️ 이후 몇 밤을 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.

A stylish hotel, in a fabulous location! We could see Mt Etna from this gorgeous hotel.
Parking was free.
From the time we arrived until the time we left, we could not fault it.

ZTL 근접한곳에 있어서 하마터면 운전해서 들어갈 뻔 했어요.
주차장은 따로 없는 듯 합니다. 도로에 주차하였습니다.
호텔입구도 크게 없어요. 조그만 간판을 보고 들어가시면 됩니다. 5층으로 나가면 두오모성당이 가깝습니다.
추천해주신 식당 너무 맛있었습니다.
방도 깔끔하고 적당한 크기였습니다.
방음은 조금 안되는것 같았어요.
조식은 디저트도 많고 있을것은 다 있었습니다.

바다 옆 호텔. 바위와 바다의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있는 가제보 스타일의 야외 아침 식사실입니다. 아침 식사가 매우 맛있습니다. 1층 객실에서 접근할 수 있는 바위로 이어지는 내부 정원입니다.
객실에는 주전자가 구비되어 있으므로 객실 내에서 차나 커피를 만들 수 없습니다. 이는 이러한 구조의 단점입니다.

고객 서비스는 좋았습니다. 객실 내 수영장 누수로 인해 직원들이 최선을 다해 준비했습니다. 마침내 우리는 이탈리아 광장 맞은편에 있는 바다 전망 객실에 묵었습니다. 식당의 오징어 국수는 맛있고 서비스도 좋습니다. 도로와 가까운 객실은 방음에 문제가 있습니다.

淡季的陶爾米納可以選擇的酒店很少，我們最後選擇了這裏，本來沒有態度的預期，但入住之後給了我們很不錯的體驗。這裏的風景確實很棒，在房間和餐廳都能直接看到火山。酒店的管家也很nice，幫忙協調出租車，讓我們選擇公共交通出行的一家，方便了不少。

자가용을 이용하신다면 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 건물은 역사적인 건축물이며, 객실은 아름답게 꾸며져 있고, 안뜰은 멋지고, 야외 레스토랑은 저녁 식사를 즐기기에 더할 나위 없이 좋은 곳입니다. 어디를 둘러봐도 사진 찍기 좋은 풍경이 펼쳐집니다. 차가 있다면 사원과 터키 계단까지도 멀지 않아 편리합니다.

We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.)
Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need.
Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows.
To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy.
Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani.
First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes.
As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant.
The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room.
To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention.
In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

CClaire MLa Chicca Palace Hotel was a wonderful experience!
We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰
It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with.
Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3.
The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳
And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋
We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ...
After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️
We are quite positive that we will return ...

이 호텔은 아직 초창기라 손님 맞을 준비가 안 된 방이 일곱 개밖에 없었지만, 정말 좋았어요! 아주 매력적인 입구, 멋진 아침 식사 공간, 편안한 객실, 실용적인 욕실까지... 모든 게 새것처럼 깨끗하고 수건에서 좋은 냄새가 났어요... 안뜰에 주차 공간도 있었어요 (죄송해요, 또 사진 찍는 걸 깜빡했네요 🙃) 심지어 냉장고에는 톡톡 터지는 샴페인 미니 병🍾이, 테이블에는 샴페인 잔 두 개🥂가 준비되어 있었어요! 하지만 가장 좋았던 건 주인 알베르토였어요!!! 정말 놀라웠어요! 정말 친절하고 따뜻하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요... 정말 믿을 수 없을 정도였어요! 그는 WhatsApp으로 그 지역의 주요 볼거리, 가는 방법, 식사 장소, 차가 필요할 경우 주차할 곳(다음 날 신전의 계곡을 탐험하러 갔을 때 정말 유용했어요) 목록을 보내줬어요... 목록은 정말 잘 정리되어 있었고, 모든 것이 꼼꼼하게 고려되어 있어서 바로 저녁 식사 장소와 아이스크림을 먹을 곳을 골랐어요 🍨... Alberto는 손님들이 즐길 수 있도록 87시간 이상의 음악이 담긴 Spotify 목록까지 준비해 줬어요! 정말 멋진 아이디어였어요! 음악 취향도 좋았어요... 🎶 다음 날 아침, 숨이 멎을 듯한 아침 식사가 나왔어요. 온갖 종류의 시칠리아 특선 요리가 아름답고 정성스럽게 차려져 있었어요(사진 찍는 것도 잊지 않았어요!) 정말 맛있었고, 더 많은 음식을 먹을 공간이 있었으면 좋았을 텐데 하는 아쉬움이 남았어요... 😂 이 호텔을 진심으로 추천합니다! 정말이에요! 꼭 다시 올 거예요!!! ❤️

리리뷰어Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

호텔은 우리에게 명확하지 않았습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 길 반대편에 주차하기 전에 표지판을 찾기 위해 약 10분 동안 운전하여 안내를 요청해야 했습니다. 호텔이 그날 일찍 우리에게 연락을 시도했지만 전화를 받을 신호가 없었기 때문에 그것은 우리 잘못이었습니다. 우리가 올바른 장소로 안내를 받은 후에는 Gianluca가 원격으로 우리에게 신호를 보내고 신분증을 확인한 후 우리를 숙소와 침실로 안내해 주었기 때문에 매우 간단했습니다. 건물의 엘리베이터는 매우 멋졌습니다. 이 경험만으로도 이 호텔에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다. 방은 매력적이었습니다. 이전 호텔은 스위트룸이라 조금 작은 느낌이 들었지만, 그래도 집처럼 아늑했어요. 작은 단점은 방이 너무 따뜻하다는 것이었습니다. 창문을 열어두면 에어컨이 작동하지 않지만 그다지 강하지도 않았습니다. 밤에는 신선한 공기를 마시기 위해 창문을 열어 두는 것을 선호했습니다. 포스터 침대는 방에 고풍스럽고 낭만적인 느낌을 더해 주었고, 우리는 깜짝 선물로 프로세코 한 병을 받고 정말 기분이 좋아졌습니다! 물론, 이 곳 전체의 하이라이트는 욕실에 있는 자쿠지였습니다. 우리 둘 다 약간의 일을 해야 했고 자동차 여행으로 지쳤기 때문에 이 모든 작은 손길 덕분에 이 호텔에서의 숙박은 우리에게 믿을 수 없을 만큼 럭셔리했습니다. 낭만적인 휴가나 신혼여행을 위해 이곳을 정말 추천합니다.
