인도 텔랑가나 소재 4성급 호텔

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

Staff is polite , at check in wrong room/ already allocated to other guest same room allocated but later they corrected & during checkout politely said sorry for inconvenience.. this is great 👍

We had a short stay in this hotel. Excellent location in Banjara Hills. Staff are quite helpful - special assistance received from Ms Payal in the reception and Mr Robin in the restaurant. Small things make a difference and this hotel certainly did not disappoint. Price per day is a tad bit on the higher side.

Polite and kind staff. I was unwell due to change in weather and they supported me with the doctor and even took care of my dietary requirement. Special thanks to the manager on duty.

공항에서 거리가 멀지는 않습니다. 다만 저는 인도 친구분이 차를 태워줘서 우버나 택시로는 이동하지 않았습니다. 호텔은 청결하고 방도 넓었습니다. 호텔 앞 2차선 도로 확장공사가 있어서 조금 시끄러웠지만 공사가 끝나고 도로가 넓어지면 사용하기에 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

호텔 시설 빼고 다 좋습니다. 방에 5개 또는 6개의 플러그가 있으며 하나만 사용할 수 있고 다른 하나는 고장나려고 하고 에어컨도 고장나고 스위치가 고장났으며 첫 번째, 두 번째에는 가장 큰 세 번째 기어만 사용할 수 있습니다. 그리고 세 번째 기어. WIFI가 있는 것은 없는 것과 동일하며 하나의 프레임만 허용됩니다. 방은 고풍스럽고 작은 바퀴벌레가 발견되었습니다. 호텔은 고급스러워 보이고 서비스도 좋고 레스토랑 조식도 아주 좋습니다.

Hotel prices in Hyderabad during the high season are shockingly expensive. I chose this place for its proximity to work, but at this price, the small lobby, a limited selection of soft drinks in the shop, and the busy road making it impossible to cross to the Starbucks across the street were disappointing. Still, it’s an option when other hotels are unaffordable during the high season.

하이데라바드 국제공항과 가까운 최근에 지어진 호텔로 매우 편리했습니다. 나는 Shamshabad에서 비즈니스 회의를 가졌기 때문에 아침과 저녁에 여행하는 데 많은 시간을 절약했습니다. 체크인 및 체크 아웃이 빠르며 호텔 직원은 손님에게 매우 친절합니다. 좋은 음식은 호텔 레스토랑에서 제공됩니다.

Reception people are nice. Room service not good; requests needed reminders to be done. Buffet breakfast is not good as items are not filled up & there not enough cups & glasses around. Front transport service depends on cash payments with no receipt or cash available to pay balance. Eftpos machines at reception did not work forcing me to pay cash.

하이데라바드 출장에서 솔직히 지금까지 묵어본 호텔 중 가장 편안했습니다. 시설도 모던하고 객실도 깨끗합니다. 국내 스타 호텔과 거의 동일합니다. 오래된 호텔이 아닙니다. 훌륭합니다. 나는 앞으로 종종이 호텔에 머물 것입니다. 호텔 뷔페 저녁 식사가 499루피라는 것도 중요합니다. 맛있습니다. 매운 치킨은 중국인의 위장에 아주 적합합니다. 지금까지 이 호텔의 인도 음식은 수용 가능하며 모두에게 적극 권장됩니다. 두 개의 방에서 밤낮으로 촬영! 제가 사는 이그제큐티브룸은 8층에서 하이데라바드가 보입니다!
