This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day.
This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.

ビジネスで宿泊しました。
一階に日本食レストランがあり、たくさんの種類の日本食がありとても美味しい。朝ごはんも日本食でありがたい。地下に温泉もあり、非常に満足しました。

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

I had a great stay at this property, which is conveniently located right in the heart of the city. It’s just a short walk to a wide variety of food options, bars, and shopping spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay — definitely good value for the money.

Everything was perfect fir our stay and the location was very appealing, close to all central attractions. The room was super comfy and well equipped to a luxurious standard. The pool was fantastic and we made full use of. The restaurant had a generous offering and food was up to a high standard. Thanks to the staff for all their help and making our stay such a treat. Cant wait to visit again.

Great hotel. Good service. Good food. The window for my room faced another building just a metre or two away. The only downside.
Location is convenient for the airport but not for walking anywhere. You’ll need taxis.
They offer a morning and evening basic yoga class for free. Nice 👍

I was in the room nearest the lifts (319) and could hear the lift music at night (go to sleep and rise early). Unless you fix this, if I ever return (which may happen in a few months) I will ask for a room far from the lift area. Apart from this everything was excellent.

Bimal Das- Kitchen at Level 10 was excellent in his service at the Breasfast Table everyday. His professionalism is contagious. Keep up the good work and we come to Marriot soon for our next travel to BLR.

As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

리리뷰어The hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.

AAnand the GlobetrotterMy initial experience was a bad one. The rooms are small especially the toilet and albeit the upgrade, superior and deluxe are exactly the same. The TV didn't work, toilet seat was broken and the the so called city view is miserable.
After complaining to the Mallik the duty manager, he thoroughly understood the problem and offered to change my room. Duty manager for evening shift Siva Kumar called me numerous times as I was out in the city to confirm the typr of room and waited till I got back late evening to ensure it was done. Kudos to both of them!!!
My new deluxe room with a proper city view felt bigger and more spacious albeit the same type of bathroom but all was functional. Location wise it is next to the 1MG Mall and lots of restaurants literally 1-2mins walk away. Perfect location. Breakfast is decent with international and local dishes. All the staff are very helpful as well. One amazing perk is that they have a pillow list to choose from including hot chocolate or spiced teas before bed.
I would suggest this hotel if you're doing short trips or on a mid-tier budget. Many hotels are around such as Conrad, Taj, and Oberoi on the same street with bigger rooms and slightly more only.

리리뷰어The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

리리뷰어I recently traveled from Japan to Bangalore and stayed at this wonderful hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained both the hotel and the rooms were. Everything was spotless, creating a truly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel offers excellent value for money, making my stay even more enjoyable. Initially, I had planned to stay for just two nights, but I loved it so much that I decided to extend my stay and take my time to unwind.
One of the highlights was the fantastic amenities—there’s a well-equipped gym and even yoga mats available, making it easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle while traveling.
If you’re visiting Bangalore, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
