I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great.

I recently stayed at Mount View with my family and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed — from fresh towels to a comfy bed. What stood out was the view from the balcony, the room service and housekeeping was really quick. Location-wise, it was super convenient — close to Sector 17. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chandigarh and looking for a stay full of leisure and I’d definitely stay here again without a second thought.

Being an older property, it does show signs of wear and would certainly benefit from some maintenance and upgrades. However, the courteous and helpful staff make the stay pleasant. Overall, a decent budget-friendly choice if you need a simple, centrally-located place for a quick visit.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my satisfaction with my experience. The stay was very comfortable, and the quality of food was excellent. The variety and taste made my dining experience enjoyable throughout my visit. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient. Being near ISBT Chandigarh made travel easy, and the proximity to popular attractions like the Rock Garden and Sukhna Lake (just 5-7 kms away) was a huge plus for sightseeing. 위치는 좋은 잠을 잘 수 있는 꽤 이웃이지만 모든 것이 있는 쇼핑몰까지 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 꽤 깨끗한 객실과 좋은 서비스. 한 가지 개선해야 할 점은 시설인데 온수가 24시간 나오지 않는 것 같아요.

Excellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.
