The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

호텔은 해변에 위치해 있지만 버스 터미널, 공항 버스 정류장, 고고학 박물관, 성 및 가장 분주한 8월 25일 거리에서 모두 도보 거리 내에 있으며 우리는 이 여행을 선택했습니다. 호텔은 35평방미터에 달하는 공간을 제공하며 장식이 잘 되어 있고 아침 식사가 풍부하고 맛있습니다. 오래된 지역에 위치하여 주변 환경이 비교적 좁고 지저분하며, 비수기이기 때문에 호텔 최상층에서는 레스토랑이 아직 오픈되지 않았습니다. 같은 지역, 같은 그룹에 속한 그린이랑 리즈시도 다음에 오면 꼭 먹어보고 싶어요.

호텔은 구시가지 중심에 위치하여 베네치아 광장 및 교회와 매우 가깝습니다. 식사, 쇼핑, 해변으로 이동이 편리합니다. 이라클리온 공항에서 택시로 약 15분 정도 소요되며, 택시로 15분 정도 소요됩니다. 가격은 15유로 차를 빌리면 중앙주차장에 주차할 수 있어요 밤에는 7유로이고 24시간 주차 대행 직원이 있어요 호텔은 비교적 새 건물이고 객실은 유럽에서 비교적 넓습니다 욕실은 3부분으로 분리되어 설계되어 있습니다. 슬리퍼와 세면도구는 각자 가져가는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 치약이나 칫솔도 없고, 수건도 형편없고, 2인이 한 세트씩만 주셨고, 주전자도 있었고, 그리고 아래층 바는 시끄러웠다.

좋은 위치와 깨끗함

호텔은 마을에 좋은 위치에 있으며 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 매우 작고 밀실 공포증이 느껴져 표준 방을 추천하지 않습니다. 우리는 거기에 도착한 날 업그레이드하려고했지만 불행히도 예약이 꽉 찼습니다. 여행 가방 2 개가있는 커플에게는 방이 없었고 매우 제한적이었습니다. 걸이 공간이 있어서 여행 가방을 바닥에 열어두고 그 위에 올라야 했습니다. 에어컨에서 곰팡이가 자라고 방을 끔찍한 냄새가 나게 만들었습니다. 우리는 또한 3일에 한 번만 교체되는 두 개의 수건만 제공되었습니다. 모든 것에 한 개의 수건을 사용하지 않도록 손수건을 얻는 것이 좋았을 것입니다. 수영장 수건은 3일에 한 번만 교체되는 경우도 마찬가지입니다. 나는 호텔이 전반적인 새로 고침, 그림 등과 수영장을 더 자주 청소하는 혜택을 누릴 것이라고 생각합니다. 비록 물은 맑았지만 측면 주변에 녹색 곰팡이가 쌓여 있고 흰색 수영장 라운저가 있습니다. 나는 우리 방이 4 성급이라고 말하지는 않지만 사용할 수있는 더 큰 방을 기반으로했을 수 있습니다.

Très bon emplacement, et les équipements sont modernes et agréables. C’est un très bel établissement qui possède beaucoup d’atouts. En revanche, j’ai été assez déçue par le service client. 24 heures après mon arrivée, on m’a demandé de changer de chambre en raison d’une erreur de leur part. Je n’ai pourtant fait aucune plainte et j’ai accepté de faire le changement malgré le désagrément. En revanche, lorsque j’ai demandé à pouvoir quitter ma chambre seulement une heure après l’heure prévue du check-out, cela m’a été refusé, alors même que j’avais proposé de payer un supplément pour cette heure supplémentaire. J’ai trouvé cela assez dommage compte tenu de la situation. Autre point regrettable : l’accueil de l’hôtel était quasiment constamment vide. Pendant tout mon séjour, je n’ai vu personne à la réception, qu’environ trois fois. Il n’y avait donc pratiquement aucun service client disponible, ce qui est dommage pour un si bel hôtel. Un établissement avec une très bonne localisation et de beaux équipements, mais dont le service et l’accueil gagneraient vraiment à être améliorés.

우리는 독일로 돌아가기 전에 2박 동안 May Hotel에 머물렀고 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박을 했습니다. 직원들은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절하고 환영했으며 일찍 체크인할 수 있게 되어 정말 감사했습니다. 우리는 하프 보드 옵션을 예약했고 아침과 저녁 모두 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 선택을 제공했으며 저녁 식사는 충분한 선택으로 맛있었습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 침대는 매우 편안하여 숙면을 취했습니다. 호텔에는 기본적인 운동을 위한 충분한 장비가 있는 체육관도 있습니다. 이것은 우리가 머무는 동안 좋은 보너스였습니다. 객실과 시설은 약간 구식 느낌이 들며 일부 개조 공사로 인해 이점을 얻을 수 있지만 호텔 자체는 편안합니다. 해변에 직접 접근 할 수 없기 때문에 위치도 가장 편리하지 않습니다. 해변에 가려면 몇 분 정도 걸어야합니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 서비스, 편안한 객실, 괜찮은 음식 및 유용한 편의 시설을 갖춘 가격 대비 좋은 가치입니다. 약간의 현대화와 더 편리한 해변 위치로 인해 더 나은 숙박이 될 것입니다.

The hotel is very conveniently located 30 meters from the sea and has its own sunbeds. I had a room on the 1st floor (other rooms are different, I recommend to negotiate the 1st floor when you book). It was an almost perfect spacious apartment for 1-2 people. ”Almost” only because the kitchen is really basic, you cannot really cook anything more complex than a sausage. On the other hand, why would you cook even a sausage, if there are so many nice places with excellent food around? The bed, bathroom, furniture and everything else are all in excellent condition. Large terrace with a view on the yard and even on a bit of the see. The best part are Maria and Veronika, who keep it all in order and clean and kindly help you out with all your problems. Just do not be shy to ask. I had a very late flight home, so they let me land in another extra room until evening. Truly appreciate warm personal attitude which is impossible in bigger fancy resorts. 해변을 따라 역사적인 구시가지 Chania와 Venetian Harbour까지 짧은 산책만 하면 완벽한 위치에 있는 절대적으로 멋진 곳입니다. 다른 방향으로 가면 수많은 바 상점과 레스토랑이 있는 항구와 Nea Chora 해변까지 더 짧은 산책이 가능합니다. 숙소는 정말 고요한 위치에 있는 해안가에 바로 위치해 있습니다. 아름다운 수영장과 당신이 서 있는 모든 곳에서 놀라운 바다 전망을 볼 수 있습니다. 직원들은 환상적이었고 체크인 준비를 하기 위해 숙박 전에 WhatsApp에서 저에게 연락했습니다. 내 방이 일찍 준비되었습니다. 정말 환상적이었습니다. 나는 바다 바로 앞에 온수 욕조가 있는 스위트룸을 갖게 되어 매우 운이 좋았습니다. 아름답게 장식되고 신선하고 깨끗하며 발코니에서의 전망은 믿을 수 없었습니다. 나는 모든 손님에게 아침 식사가 포함되어 있다고 믿습니다. 다양한 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식 음료와 패스트리로 사랑스러웠습니다. 유일한 비판은 내가 더 이상 머물지 않았다는 것입니다. 나는 심장 박동으로 돌아올 것이다!
