우리의 특별한 기념일을 축하하기에 얼마나 아름다운 호텔입니까! 직원들은 매우 세심했습니다(바의 Linden에게 특별히 감사드립니다). 건설적인 피드백 만 방에 손님 정보, 레스토랑 / 바 시간 등이 있으면 유용 할 것입니다. 직원은 질문을 받았을 때 매우 도움이되었지만 손에 넣을 정보를 갖는 것이 좋을 것입니다. 놀라운 설정과 행복한 추억이 만들어졌습니다 🥰

다음날 아침 버밍엄 비즈니스 파크에서 열리는 회의에 참석해야 했기 때문에 머물기 위해 왔습니다. B&B는 Coleshill의 가장자리에 있었습니다. 괜찮은 숙박이었고 거의 괜찮았습니다. 나는 다시 거기에 머무르는 것을 반대하지 않을 것이지만 나를 다시 유혹하는 특별한 것도 없습니다. 플러스: 내가 도착했을 때 나를 기다리고 있는 James ware가 열쇠와 방을 보여주었습니다. 그는 또한 다음날 아침에 내 주문을 받았습니다. 방은 적당한 크기였습니다. 방에 조명이 많이 있습니다. 침대는 괜찮 았습니다. 구내 주차 공간이 있습니다. 식당으로 걸어 내려갈 때 아침 식사가 준비되었습니다. 마이너스: 거의 £148에서 이것은 확실히 돈을 위해 좋은 가치가 없었습니다. 시설은 적절했지만 약간 기본적이었습니다(차/커피/주전자/비스킷 및 헤어드라이어). 헤어/바디세척용 병이 하나 있었고 욕실에 작은 비누가 있었습니다. 욕실은 한 사람에게 적당한 크기입니다. 전시하는 동안 물은 약간 다양했지만 작동할 수 있습니다. 또한 내 방은 좁고 가파른 계단이 있는 2층에 있었습니다. 아주 가볍게 여행하면서 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 큰 수하물이나 거동이 제한이 있는 사람에게는 까다로울 것입니다.

이 장소는 숨을 들이마시거나 스트랫포드 어폰 에본으로 걸어 건축물을 즐기고 역사를 볼 수 있는 아름답고 조용한 위치였습니다. 우리가 그곳에서 더 많은 시간을 보낼 수 있기를 바랍니다. 그리고 우리는 확실히 돌아와서 더 탐험할 계획입니다. 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 넓은 숙박 시설. 객실 내와 호텔의 부속품은 훌륭했습니다. 린넨과 수건은 훌륭한 품질이었습니다. 서비스는 전체적으로 훌륭했고 모든 직원은 매우 정중하고 도움이되었습니다.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

Lovely hotel, great location, plenty of parking. Room and bed in particular were of a high standard.Very impressive sounds, breakfast was extensive and of a good quality, especially the coffee, staff were helpful and engaged in maximising customer service

Excellent location park your car and just enjoy Stratford on Avon. Lovely food friendly staff, our room (18) had great decor and was very clean Special mention to Mia on Receiption excellent Customer Service. See you soon Swans Nest.

The location was great - right in the middle of Stratford and ideal for a theatre visit. The room was small and pretty basic, but it was clean with comfy beds so fine for overnight. The communication from staff was great - no onsite parking but a clear explanation of where the nearest car park was (very close) and how to get the best price. Very helpful staff. Didn't use the bar area so can't comment on food or drink, but it was welcoming and there was a pleasant outside area. Tea / coffee and kettle provided. Clean if small shower room. Overall really good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

Superb day and evening at the Arden Hotel. I was reviewing at the RSC for my instagram and Tik Tok @theteawithkelvin . I received an upgrade to a superior room . I had a superb three course pre/ theatre dinner in their restaurant. Where they also had different wine promotions on .  The Breakfast in the morning, was a superb choice as well as the traditional cooked breakfast. It was also Waiter service , as well as a buffet continental. I would recommend The Arden Hotel if you are planning a visit too Stratford Upon Avon .

Very enjoyable night on Half Board. Food was good with set menu, but a choice. Pool area a bit dated, but everything was clean. Bathroom needed the shower head changed, it was halfway down the wall. Bedroom extremely clean and towels and bedding immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Until I got up to get some food and came back to find the table cleared and a man not my husband about to sit down. We had full mugs of tea on the table and oj. Gone. Nevermind, it was funny !! Would return again though if in the area !
