Amazing place with great spa, lovely grounds and magnificent golf course. Big characterful old house, but not pretentious, and very comfortable. Not a place for mod cons like air conditioning, but the better for it!

다음날 아침 버밍엄 비즈니스 파크에서 열리는 회의에 참석해야 했기 때문에 머물기 위해 왔습니다. This venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history. Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further. Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation. Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality. The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

Must take uber to the hotel from Stratford upon Avon train station. But a good short walk to the Main Street. Everything else was up to scratch. Parking isn’t free, it’s £12/night.

One night theatre stay in this hotel which we have known for over sixty years. Excellent location for the town by foot (over the tramway bridge) only 10 minutes or so Friendly, helpful staff; useful car park at the hotel and discount for hotel residents. Very comfortable bed; good shower. Hotel could be described as old fashioned and a bit tired but that’s part of the charm. Would stay again with a deal!!

The location was great - right in the middle of Stratford and ideal for a theatre visit. The room was small and pretty basic, but it was clean with comfy beds so fine for overnight. The communication from staff was great - no onsite parking but a clear explanation of where the nearest car park was (very close) and how to get the best price. Very helpful staff. Didn't use the bar area so can't comment on food or drink, but it was welcoming and there was a pleasant outside area. Tea / coffee and kettle provided. Clean if small shower room. Overall really good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

Superb day and evening at the Arden Hotel. I was reviewing at the RSC for my instagram and Tik Tok @theteawithkelvin . I received an upgrade to a superior room . I had a superb three course pre/ theatre dinner in their restaurant. Where they also had different wine promotions on .  The Breakfast in the morning, was a superb choice as well as the traditional cooked breakfast. It was also Waiter service , as well as a buffet continental. I would recommend The Arden Hotel if you are planning a visit too Stratford Upon Avon .

Very enjoyable night on Half Board. Food was good with set menu, but a choice. Pool area a bit dated, but everything was clean. Bathroom needed the shower head changed, it was halfway down the wall. Bedroom extremely clean and towels and bedding immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Until I got up to get some food and came back to find the table cleared and a man not my husband about to sit down. We had full mugs of tea on the table and oj. Gone. Nevermind, it was funny !! Would return again though if in the area !
