영국 서리 소재 4성급 호텔

개트윅 북부 터미널에서 도보로 2분 거리에 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 체크인하고 처음엔 방을 배정받았는데, 들어가 보니 청소가 전혀 안 되어 있었고, 바닥에는 수건이, 침대는 정리되지 않은 채, 테이블에는 병뚜껑이 열려 있었습니다. 다시 리셉션으로 갔더니 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 친절하게도 방을 업그레이드해 주었으며 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송하다고 말했습니다. 배정받은 새 방은 제가 예약했던 방과 매우 비슷했습니다. 어떤 업그레이드인지는 잘 모르겠지만, 적어도 이번에는 깨끗했습니다. 가격은 꽤 비싼 편이지만, 청결도는 부족하지만 위치가 그 단점을 커버합니다. 다음에는 돈을 아껴 길 건너편에 있는 프리미어 인에 묵을 것 같습니다.

우리는 상당히 현지에 살고 있지만 딸과 그녀의 친구 프롬이 호텔의 와인 농장에 있었기 때문에 여기에 머물기로 결정했습니다. 우리는 소녀 프롬을 조금 더 특별하게 만들고 싶었습니다. 우리는 매우 도움이되는 친절한 직원이 우리의 체류를 완벽하게 만들기 위해 계속해서 나아갔습니다. 방의 냉장고 팬에 차가운 물이 있고 날씨가 더웠습니다. 우리가 우리 방의 메뉴에서 주문한 음식은 훌륭했고 친구들은 바 지역에서 식사를했는데 매우 좋았습니다. 나는 추천하고 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

บรรยากาศดีวิวรอบข้างสวยงาม (เพียงแต่เสียดายฉันไปในตอนกลางคืนและฝนตก) การจัดการในโรงแรมด้านออแกร์ไนน์ดูหรู เหมาะสมกับราคาห้องพักและการบริการดีพนักงานต้อนรับน่ารัก ถ้าได้ไปในช่วงหน้าร้อนคงสวยหน้าดู ฉันจะรอถึงฤดูร้อนแล้วจะไปพักใหม่อีกรอบ

This is a very nice and clean hotel close to the town centre and ideal for shopping. The breakfast was very nice and my family had a relaxing time at this facility.

이 호텔은 매우 훌륭하고 절묘합니다. 그러나 중국인에게 적응된 방은 조심스럽게 들어간다. 장애인실이기 때문입니다. 중국인이 결정할 수 있는 것은 당연합니다. 다른 모든 것은 완벽합니다. 서비스는 매우 따뜻합니다. 한숨을 쉬다.

I had a L shaped single room. At first appearance, it seemed very small though nicely decorated. The room seemed to grow and was  plenty big enough for one person. Equipped with coffee/tea  making facilities, even biscuits. All toiletries in the bathroom.  The staff were great! Helpful and polite….overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The location is perfect. Short walk to the city centre .

送孩子去Charterhouse夏令營，在這裏住一晚，很安靜的鎮子，開車從希思羅機場過來四十多分鐘。房間裝飾得很古典，滿滿的皇室風，浴室比較現代化。飛機晚點還花了兩個小時排隊出關，抵達的時候已經過了最晚入住時間，還好提前電話酒店説明情況，兩個工作人員Samara和Danielle一直等着我們，還給我們升級到查理二世豪華間，入住體驗特別棒！七月的英國早上亮天很早，非常涼爽，晚上蓋厚被子尚感覺有些涼，根本不需要空調。早餐很豐盛。

Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.
