**Absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel – we’re already planning our return!** I’m almost reluctant to sing its praises too loudly in case we can’t get a reservation next time, but I simply cannot recommend The Ocean highly enough. This place is an absolute standout. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The team is warm, highly attentive, and genuinely approachable – every single member made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, with a wonderful selection to suit every taste and waistline. What really elevated it was the full table service – a lovely, touch that made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The hotel restaurant is an absolute must. After scouting every other option in the area, we ended up eating there both nights of our stay because it was, without question, the best find around. The menu offers a fantastic selection, everything is cooked fresh to order, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The portions are generous yet perfectly judged – so much so that we sadly couldn’t squeeze in a dessert, though the menu looked every bit as tempting as the mains. The hotel itself has been decorated with real taste and care throughout. Our room was stunning – fresh, modern, and incredibly welcoming, while still feeling cosy and homely. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual tired, tacky seafront offerings; the team has clearly poured heart and soul into creating somewhere that feels both stylish and genuinely comforting. Overall, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smiling from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. A Perfect Day at The Bedingfeld Arms! What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting. While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully. Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We initially booked a few separate room stays through a third-party booking platform, and there was some confusion with the bookings. However, the hotel team handled everything very quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff were particularly lovely — very friendly, welcoming and polite, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was a good size and clean and tidy, so our family of four had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We were also given a room with a great view of the pitch, which we really enjoyed. Parking was very convenient too, which was a big plus for us. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

A very spacious hotel with a lot going on. Decent size bar and restaurant, and was very busy when I visited. I had a single room up in the garret and, whilst no air con, this was clearly stated when booking and I didn't mind. The room was very clean and, whilst sparsely decorated, was absolutely fine. The bed was really comfy and the linen crisp. It has some pretty whacky decor and lots of reproduction features, not least the very thin fake chesterfields in the bar, they were so narrow I couldn't move my elbow appropriately to take a drink. But lots of people there clearly loved it. And I think I did too. Heard many people talking about how they'd stayed several times. Highly recommended.

Service is perfect! They replied to our request immediately and the staff are attentive and friendly. One of the besf Holiday Inns we’d stayed.

Good points are the cleaningness and the amenities such as the jacuzzi. Staying in September weekday was quiet. Bad points the strong smell in the apartment that seems to have humidity problems. The sofa was uncomfortable if someone plans to sleep there. Surroundings outside the complex are beautiful, there's a path on the top car park. Parking was very limited on the top.

결혼식 전날 친구들을 만나기 위해 Dukes Head 호텔-Kings Lynn에 머물렀습니다. 호텔 자체는 시내 중심에 잘 위치하고 있으며 외부와 로비 주변의 좋은 상태를 처음 볼 때 볼 수 있습니다. 반면에 우리 방은 좋지 않았습니다. 샤워기가 새고 바닥이 청소되지 않았습니다. 최악의 상황은 엘리베이터 옆에 배치되어 있었고 밤새 TV를 전면 볼륨으로 켜는 것처럼 소음이 우스꽝 스러웠습니다. 나는 이것을 리셉션에 주목했고 문제에 대한 사과나 인정이 동기화되는 것처럼 보이지 않았습니다. 나는이 호텔에 머무르는 것을 전혀 추천하지 않을 것입니다.

Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits. Staff on reception were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Overall stay was good.

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful, maybe caught her on a bad day but as she was rude unhelpful and unwelcoming over our 3 day stay, we felt she let the whole hotel down. The rest of the staff were amazing! Helpful, cheerful, happy to go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room. Had it not been for the lady on the front desk, I would have given a 5 star rating, but she really needs some retraining.  The rest of the staff, keep up the great work!

여름 방은 별도의 입구가 있는 본관에 연결된 작고 아늑한 단위입니다. 도심까지는 도보로 약 30분이 소요됩니다. 우리는 아파트로 돌아가기 위해 저녁 식사 후 조용한 거리를 걷지 않는 것을 선호했습니다. 주차 옵션이 많고 오후 5시 이후부터 다음날까지 3~4파운드의 평평한 요금입니다.
