시설: 편리한 간이 주방이 있고 욕실은 넓으며 목욕 비누와 샴푸 병이 매우 귀엽습니다. 청결도: 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 침대가 매우 편안합니다. 환경: 호텔 주변에 레스토랑, 슈퍼마켓, 바가 있으며 역과 매우 가깝습니다. 서비스: 서비스 직원은 열정적입니다.

경기 전날 호텔 가격이 매우 비쌉니다. 미리 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 앨버트 독이 바로 앞에 있고, 대형 버스 정류장도 바로 옆에 있습니다. 경기 전후에 안필드로 직행하는 926번과 927번 버스가 있어서 오가기가 매우 편리합니다. 바로 이 이유 때문에 앞으로 이 호텔을 꼭 예약할 것입니다. 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 냄새나 시설에 문제가 있으면 방 변경 요청을 하면 응대해 줍니다. 경기 당일 방이 꽉 차서 방을 업그레이드하지 않고 바에서 음료 두 잔을 주었습니다. 유일한 단점은 침대 머리판의 가죽 냄새가 약간 강하다는 것입니다. 아마도 머리가 침대 머리판에 비벼지는 냄새 때문일 것입니다. 모든 방에서 마찬가지입니다. 머리를 거꾸로 하고 자야 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 냄새를 제거할 수 있다면 더 좋을 것입니다.

인테리어도 멋지고 객실도 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 저는 최상층에 묵었는데, 객실과 스카이 바에서 보이는 전망이 정말 훌륭했습니다 :-) 리버풀에 출장이나 가족 여행으로 다시 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요 (연결 객실도 있습니다).

An absolutely amazing hotel, beautifully decorated. Bed was big and very comfortable. You can definitely see where the £30M renovation 4 years ago was spent. Staff where super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, I didn't rate my evening meal but that's just down to personal taste. Would definitely go again. Loved it/

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

아파트는 매우 좋았습니다. 더 깨끗할 수 있었지만 우리가 거기에있는 내내 방에 습한 냄새가 났지만 좋지 않았습니다. 창문을 열어 두는 것도 도움이되지 않았고 시설도 좋았고 필요한 모든 것이있었습니다. 확실히 사치품은 아니지만 좋습니다.

Clean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

What a great apprentment and location. If you are visiting Liverpool this is the place to stay. Slap bang in the city centre with everything at your doorstep. Will stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here as it was spot on in every aspect bar one which is it would be amazing if they had Air conditioning as it got very hot in the apprentment. However there was a portable fan which helped.

An trip to Liverpool should always involve a stay at the Pullman. My husband and I have booked multiple times and it has been the best place to stay. It is where he proposed to me. Having a hotel on the docks gives you access to a very easy stroll around the docks and also a quick 10 minute walk into Liverpool One.

Leonardo Hotels carry a brand name and I have stayed at Leonardo previously and hence I chose to book again but this time the room carpet was a complete mess. Full of brown stains near the area connecting the toilet. The room had a tiny balcony which was a let down as well. Location was good but cleanliness was pathetic. I even shot a video of the unhygienic carpet. After a long day and staying just for a night didn't hage the energy to ask for another room. Wouldn't recommend Leonardo anymore.
