Hotel was really nice and clean in a supreme location with plenty or restaurants & bars in the area. Service was ok you just need to book in room cleaning.

가격 대비 가치! 앨버트 독과 모든 레스토랑이 가깝고, 비틀즈 스토리와 픽업 장소(Hop on Hop off 투어 버스)도 가까워서 위치가 좋습니다. 객실 크기는 좋으며 선창을 볼 수 있는 넓은 창문이 있습니다.

호텔의 위치가 정말 좋아요! 프런트 데스크 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 유일하게 안타까운 점은 변기의 메인 수세 시스템이 고장나서 막혔다는 것입니다. 야간 접수 직원인 루크도 문제를 해결하려고 시도했지만 해결할 수 없었습니다. 옷을 갈아입을 공간이 없어서 저희 셋(남편, 친구, 저)이 스위트룸의 욕실을 공유해야 했는데 매우 불편했습니다. 루크는 Trip.com을 통해 보상으로 객실 요금의 20%를 환불하겠다고 약속했지만 아직 아무런 통지도 받지 못했습니다. 그들이 약속을 이행하기를 바랍니다.

The rope walks hotel is a lovely comfortable hotel the receptionists are all very nice and helpful, the hotel is on a club street so there is noise till early hours but I didn’t think it was much of an issue, you also have to give a 50£ deposit that you get back which is understandable but something to be aware off- however I would stay again and recommend

Clean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

Lovely clean hotel with plenty of shops nearby. Staff very friendly, room roomy and bed comfortable. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very happy with hotel , service good ,breakfast excellent, only little request is that the bar provide bottled tonic and fruit ,makes a difference, would always recommend a stay

시설: 전체적인 장식 스타일과 구조는 학생 아파트와 매우 유사하며, 방, 복도, 심지어 프론트 데스크와 엘리베이터까지 영국에서 공부할 때로 돌아간 것 같습니다. 시설은 매우 완벽하고 아파트 스타일의 호텔입니다. 호텔은 주방에서 요리에 사용할 수 있는 모든 것을 고려하지만 식사를 요리할 시간이 없어서 아쉽습니다. 방에는 실용적인 작은 디자인이 많고 구조가 합리적입니다. 침대는 매우 크며 Ctrip 인터페이스에는 1.35-1.5m 침대가 표시되지만 실제 체크인 크기는 2m 침대입니다. 청결도: 매우 깨끗하지만 매일 청소하지는 않습니다. 환경: 위치가 훌륭합니다. 리버풀 주요 명소의 90%까지 도보로 이동할 수 있습니다. 명소의 70~80%가 도보로 10분 이내 거리에 있습니다(주요 쇼핑 지역 포함). 교통이 편리하고 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 많은 기차역과 공항에서 호텔까지 직행 버스가 있습니다. 근처에 완벽한 시설이 있고 슈퍼마켓도 매우 가깝습니다. 그리고 호텔이 대로변에 있지 않아 시끄러움을 피하고, 맞은편 건물이 정부나 어떤 회사의 업무공간이라 굉장히 높아 보입니다. 서비스: 셀프 서비스를 제공하는 동시에 호텔 직원도 매우 열정적입니다. 호텔에서는 QR 코드를 스캔하여 식사 주문, 비틀즈 투어 예약 등 다양한 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다. 11시 이후에 프런트 데스크에 메시지를 추가하세요. 이불은 거의 즉시 응답하여 내 집까지 배달되었습니다.

Another fantastic stay At Leonardo Liverpool. Brilliant location fab rooms and staff are always so helpful and friendly. Also reduced parking at the Kings Dock just get Reception to stamp your ticket. Will be back for sure.
