We stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room. Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.

I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

It was a lovely stay throughout. We had a lovely view of the waterfront from our room. The staff were friendly and kind. The rooms and facilities were great, it was nice and clean. it was close to the city centre and station.

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

리버풀 래디슨 레드 호텔에 두 번째 투숙이었는데, 이번에는 처음부터 최악의 경험이었어요 👎🏻 아이 한 명과 큰 여행 가방 세 개를 가지고 있어서 이탈리아인 리셉션 직원이 5층의 가장 안쪽 방을 배정해 줬는데, 그 방으로 가려면 비상문을 네 개나 통과해야 했어요. 가방을 끌고 가느라 정말 힘들었죠… 화가 나서 아래층으로 내려가 리셉션 직원에게 방을 바꿔달라고 했는데, 영어를 잘 못하는 척하면서 적당한 방이 없다고만 하면서 한 시간 넘게 시간을 허비하게 했어요. 결국 4층의 가장 안쪽 방을 얻긴 했지만, 비상문 하나만 통과하면 되는 방이었어요. 아이조차도 리셉션 직원이 모르는 척하는 걸 눈치챘을 정도였죠. 정말 안 좋은 경험이었어요.

Perfect location close to Liverpool via the bus stop outside. Friendly staff and good facilities. Use if the David Lloyd club was brilliant.

위치도 좋고 방도 아주 넓었어요. 헬스장도 있고요. 하지만 체크인해 준 여직원의 서비스는 별로였어요. 아무런 설명도 없이 그냥 체크인만 하더라고요. 나중에 카페에 앉아 있는데 다른 여직원이 체크인하는 커플에게 헬스장, 세탁실, 근처 테스코 등에 대해 설명하는 걸 봤어요. 첫날 저녁 6시쯤 방이 여전히 추워서 프런트에 전화했어요. 그런데 하필이면 아까 체크인해 준 여직원이 전화를 받았어요. 에어컨 켜는 법만 애매하게 알려주고, 이미 몇 시간 동안 26도로 맞춰놓고 잤는데도 여전히 춥다고 했더니, 그 여직원은 아무런 도움도 주지 않았어요. 두 번 더 전화했는데도 소용이 없었어요. 새벽 1시쯤 너무 추워서 잠에서 깨서 다시 프런트에 전화했더니 이번에는 남자 직원이 전화를 받았어요. 아까 직원이 아무런 도움도 안 줬다고 하니까, 와서 에어컨을 확인해 주겠다고 바로 하더라고요. 그가 올라와서 에어컨이 난방 모드가 아니라 냉방 모드로 되어 있는 것을 알아차리고 다시 설정해 주었습니다. 정말 고마웠습니다. 휴대폰으로 확인해 보니 그날 밤 기온이 4도까지 떨어졌는데, 찬 공기와 비 때문이었습니다. 아까 다른 직원이 게을러서 6시간 반 동안 꽁꽁 얼어붙는 추위에 시달렸습니다. 정말 불쾌했습니다. 서비스 직원으로서 너무 비전문적이고 부적절한 태도였습니다.

저는 혼자 여행하는 사람으로서 빛, 소음, 온도에 민감한 편이라 편안함이 무엇보다 중요합니다. 호프 스트리트 호텔 G02호에서 보낸 이틀은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 손으로 여는 열쇠, 넓은 공간, 나무 바닥은 아늑하고 편안한 분위기를 만들어주었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 크리스마스 조명으로 아름답게 빛나는 호프 스트리트가 내려다보이는 독립형 욕조였습니다. 욕조에 몸을 담그고 사람들이 지나가는 모습을 보는 것이 너무 좋아서 스파 예약까지 취소할 정도였습니다. 중심가에 위치해 있어 시끄러울까 걱정했지만, 전혀 걱정하지 않고 푹 잘 잤습니다. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 팁: • 욕실 조명이 은은해서 휴대용 티라이트를 몇 개 가져가면 더욱 아늑한 분위기를 연출할 수 있습니다. • 베개는 고급스럽지만 다소 부드러운 편입니다. 좀 더 단단한 베개를 선호한다면 작은 메모리폼 베개를 챙겨가는 것이 좋습니다. • 밤에는 약간 쌀쌀해질 수 있으니 난방을 26도로 맞춰 놓으면 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있습니다.

새로 오픈해서 갔습니다. 모든 면이 새롭습니다. 방이 꽤 크고 깨끗합니다. 리버풀 대학교 바로 맞은편에 있습니다. 리버풀까지 버스를 탈 경우에는 University Station을 선택하세요. 기차, 가장 가까운 것은 라임스트리트. 안필드 스타디움에서 비가 안오면 경기 관람 후 걸어서 돌아갈 수 있음 (택시 타는데 시간이 오래 걸리기 때문)) 호텔 조식은 서양식 조식이 꽤 풍성해요~ 작은 관광객도 있어요 프런트 데스크의 지도
