경기 전날 호텔 가격이 매우 비쌉니다. 미리 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.
호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 앨버트 독이 바로 앞에 있고, 대형 버스 정류장도 바로 옆에 있습니다. 경기 전후에 안필드로 직행하는 926번과 927번 버스가 있어서 오가기가 매우 편리합니다. 바로 이 이유 때문에 앞으로 이 호텔을 꼭 예약할 것입니다. 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 냄새나 시설에 문제가 있으면 방 변경 요청을 하면 응대해 줍니다. 경기 당일 방이 꽉 차서 방을 업그레이드하지 않고 바에서 음료 두 잔을 주었습니다. 유일한 단점은 침대 머리판의 가죽 냄새가 약간 강하다는 것입니다. 아마도 머리가 침대 머리판에 비벼지는 냄새 때문일 것입니다. 모든 방에서 마찬가지입니다. 머리를 거꾸로 하고 자야 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 냄새를 제거할 수 있다면 더 좋을 것입니다.

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC.
Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful.
Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

앨버트 독과 모든 레스토랑이 가깝고, 비틀즈 스토리와 픽업 장소(Hop on Hop off 투어 버스)도 가까워서 위치가 좋습니다.
객실 크기는 좋으며 선창을 볼 수 있는 넓은 창문이 있습니다.

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Fantastic location and the room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom had ambient lighting which was nice until you need to put make up on. It lacked lighting and a mirror for getting ready.
When we arrived at 3 we were told the room wasn’t ready. We, along with several other families had to wait half an hour. It would have been a good idea to offer drinks while we waited.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

Nice decor, clean and good sized rooms. I stayed on the top floor. Great view from room and sky bar :-)
I will definitely return if in Liverpool for business or leisure with family (interconnecting rooms available).

직원들은 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 아파트는 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고 침대도 매우 편안했습니다. 리버풀 1번가 중심에 위치해 있어 필요한 모든 것이 바로 문 앞에 있어 위치가 완벽했습니다. 훌륭한 레스토랑(The Cosy Club)이 바로 옆에 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 리버풀에 다시 방문하면 꼭 다시 묵을 것입니다.

우리는 여동생의 생일을 축하하기 위해 여기에 왔습니다. 저는 장애가 있어서 접근 가능한 객실을 요청했습니다. 글쎄요, 제가 할 수 있는 말은 와우!! 방이 매우 크고, 슬립 매트가 있는 풀 습식 욕실, 샴푸 컨디셔너와 샤워 젤이 든 수건이 충분히 있었고(저렴한 것은 아니었습니다), 냉장고, 전자레인지, 싱크대, 커피 머신, 주전자가 모두 우리 방에 있었지만 옷장처럼 보이는 곳에 교묘하게 숨겨져 있었습니다.
직원들은 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 여동생에게 생일 축하를 전하는 카드와 초콜릿을 테이블에 놓고 도착했습니다. 월요일부터 목요일까지 리셉션에서 1시간 동안 무료 경품이나 청량 음료를 제공합니다. 호텔은 깨끗했고 엘리베이터는 항상 작동했고, 모든 바와 상점에 충분히 가까웠지만 방에서 쉬는 동안 소음은 들리지 않았습니다. 저는 이 호텔을 강력히 추천하고 싶습니다. 솔직히 말해서 리버풀 자체가 정말 사랑스러운 도시입니다!!!
앞으로 이 호텔에 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.

I’m so glad we booked here! The front desk service was super friendly and they even had a free wine and cheese night! The room was spacious and clean. It’s an easy walk into the city center. You have to pay extra for parking but they reduce it with a voucher

JJay-PeeMy Two-Night Stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool: Central City Experience
Just wrapped up a fantastic two-night stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool and wanted to share my thoughts! At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience.
The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep!
I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city.
What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking.
The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place.
Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank.
**Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

*The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked,
*The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018.
*tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms.
*There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it.
I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3.
Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us
The upsides were-
*Staff were pleasant,
*breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for,
*hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe.
* . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

리리뷰어When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC.
I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did.
Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there.
I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this
