很友好的一家hotel。 整潔衞生有序。每一位店員都笑臉相迎回答問題。入住和離開非常方便。早餐很不錯，比其他連鎖的要精緻。小點心很美味。

정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 아늑했으며, 아름답게 가꾸어진 정원으로 통하는 문이 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 불평할 것이 하나도 없었습니다. 다음에도 또 묵고 싶습니다.

Amazing location close to centre and staff all very welcoming. The room was modern and cosy, large TV and coffee and tea/biscuits left out. Great that they provided body wash. No fridge in the room so don’t take anything you need to keep cold.

酒店環境非常好，在花園裡還能看到湖和山。很喜歡酒店的客廳，傳統的英式風格，坐在裏面欣賞窗外的美景。房間大小也OK，唯一美中不足的是洗手池是老式的水龍頭，冷熱水分開的。另外早餐很一般，咖啡不是機器做的，端上來一壺純咖啡和一小瓶牛奶🥛

Grest place to relax and enjoy the location, the spa is excellent and so relaxing.
The food we had was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed and very comfortable.
The only complaint I have is that you are charged £12 to park your car per night, that’s okay if you are just using the spa but I don’t agree with it when you are staying at the hotel and spending money there, I found this very disappointing.

기차역 바로 옆에 있고 호텔 앞에 테스코 익스프레스가 있어서 너무 편리했습니다.
너무 사랑스럽고 무료 차 / 커피뿐만 아니라 핫 초콜릿과 작은 스낵도 있습니다.
체크인 시간보다 조금 일찍 체크인 할 수 있었기 때문에 리셉션 물건의 유연성에 정말 감사했습니다.
아래층 바의 음식도 사랑스러웠습니다. 우리는 밖에 나갈 필요가 없었습니다. 우리는 음식을 선택할 수 있는 바가 있었습니다.
우리가 Barrow에 오면 우리는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다!

에든버러가 상상했던 것만큼 재미가 없었기 때문에 처음으로 좋은 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. 그래서 하루 동안 칼레에 머물 렀습니다. 나는 그런 집 같은 호텔을 만날 것이라고 기대하지 않았습니다. 유럽에 온 4 인 가족이라면 2 개의 방을 예약하지 않으면 방이 작을 때 상상할 수 없습니다. 여기에서 스위트를 예약해야합니다. 집과 마찬가지로 주방에는 모든 것이 있습니다! 그날 밤 재료를 사러 갔다!

AAlanPBooked in for 1 night to have a rest in some luxurious surroundings after a lot of travelling around the country visiting friends. Hunday Manor is a beautiful old house in a fantastic spot on the side of a hill with a great view. The hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are well looked after. The quality of the food for both an evening meal and the cooked-to-order breakfast was excellent. Perhaps the only facility I would add is a few overnight EV charge points in the car park.
The service however was rather comical, starting with check-in. After confirming my name, 1 night stay, and printing out the reservation sheet, somehow the chap on reception muddled up my solo reservation with a couple arriving on the same day who were staying for a couple of weeks and gave me their room. After settling in for a much needed afternoon nap in the very comfortable bed and 'locking' the door on the inside, the rather startled couple walked in having been given a card for the same room. From that point on I never really managed to relax. I offered to move room when I went down for dinner later on, but the chap declined and mumbled something odd about the length of stay and seemed to point at the paperwork suggesting I had signed it making it my mistake! Sigh.
Things didn't get a lot better in the restaurant. Myself and another solo traveller were given tables at the back (by the same chap), seemingly to keep us out the way of the couples who arrived later and were seated at the windows. When either of us asked questions about the menu there was lack of understanding about the dishes.. I was then asked around half a dozen times by multiple staff if everything was ok. Meanwhile I could hear one of the couples quitely chatting about their room, no doubt the room I was in. Upon trying to put the bill on my room, the same chap from earlier left me at the bar with a card machine asking whether I wanted to add a tip.
At breakfast the next morning it continued. When I arrived the first breakfast room was full of tables needing clearing so I was given a table in the same area where I had dinner. This time given a table at the window but right in front of the only other guest, a lady already eating her breakfast. My table wasn't set so inexplicably the waiter clumsily took a second place-setting from her table while she was midway through eating! After dusting a few crumbs from one of the plates I enjoyed my breakfast. Towards the end of eating the staff were discussing how to rearrange the room for an event later in the day and started moving things around. After hearing the same couple from dinner asking to be told when their room was made available, cleaners were hanging around at the bottom of the stairs when I returned to the room. Nothing like a bit of a hurry up to finish breakfast and get out of your room to make you feel like a valued guest.
Upon check-out an apology and a chat but by then the damage was done. No offer to comp a drink (or dinne)r after making a mess of things either. It's a lovely hotel that could offer a real 5-star experience, but the service ended up more like an episode of Fawlty Towers and needs a bit of a rethink.
Next stop China.

리리뷰어Rum Doodle, well it was our first time at The Lakes and it certainly won't be our last! The location was just right with being part way between Windermere town and Bowness and was walkable to both. There were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as lake Windermere itself.
We found Rum Doodle with ease and was greeted at the door with a smile and friendly man (the owner but didn't catch his name). We were bought a fresh glass of apple and orange juice to our room which was refreshing after a long drive to Windermere. Our room was comfy, not too big or too small, a wardrobe, seating in the bay window, hairdryer, hot drink making facilities, wine glasses with cork screw and bottle opener. Very modern, clean and well presented bathroom with soft and fluffy towels, and a really nice shower. The bed was very comfortable and welcomed after a busy day exploring the surrounding area.
Breakfast was really good with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast, and then a choice of breakfast which were great too.
We had a pleasant and informative chat at breakfast with the lady that works there who gave us the heads up on some driving routes to try and avoid which was really useful.
After a day out exploring we went back to Rum Doodle to a cleaned room and freshly made bed with the tea and coffee replenished, so we were able to just drop and the bed with a nice cuppa and biscuit. Then out for a walk, some lovely food and a couple of drinks.
We couldn't recommend The Lakes and Rum Doodle enough! Well worth every penny

리리뷰어£200 for a basic room for one night was a bit on the pricey side for me, however it was nice all the same. A few of the photos of the basic room are misleading. The photos show a four post double bed which is not the case. We found out later this is actually an executive room despite it being labeled basic.
We found out that the hotel location is accessible by bus from Oxenholme train station (despite being told the opposite) and has a great view of beautiful fields. Food in the hotel is good but expensive... My eyes nearly popped out their sockets when I saw the £8.00 charge just for the tiniest amount of table bread. I'd say this was probably the reason the restaurant was empty despite being told we need to book a table due to its popularity. Swimming pool and steam room are average for the price.
Staff are friendly and changed our room to a double bed room free of charge after mistakenly putting us in a twin bedroom.

Rrockylee1. 호텔 위치가 매우 좋으며 유람선 터미널까지 도보로 10 분 이내에 근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있으며 숙박 및 숙박이 매우 편리합니다. 방은 넓고 거실이 있습니다. 예상치 못한 일이지만 거실의 측면은 침대 옆에 있으며 거리 옆에 있습니다. 아침과 저녁에 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 특히 영국의 속도는 일반적으로 더 빠르므로주의하십시오. 아침 식사는 미리 준비된 빵, 요구르트, 시리얼, 우유 등입니다. 일부는 냉장고에, 일부는 사물함에 있습니다. 너무 많이 기대하지 마십시오.
2. 차로 오실 경우 프런트 데스크에 주차 카드가 필요합니다. 하루에 £ 3, 무제한 주차, 주차 할 수있는 여러 장소가 있습니다. 실제로 매우 편리합니다. 나갈 때 먼저 주차장으로 가서 운전할 수 있고, 돌아올 때 열쇠와 주차 카드를 프론트 데스크에 놓을 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어우와!! 정말 놀라운 호텔입니다. 정전 한가운데에 도착했고 정중하고 친절하고 전문적인 직원이 상황을 알리고 무료 니블로 불 옆 자리를 제공했습니다. 우리는 전원이 복원될 때까지 상황을 최신 상태로 유지했습니다. 혼란을 고려하여 직원들은 침착하게 유지되었고 모든 음식은 신속하게 배달되었고 맛있었습니다. 객실은 매우 세련되게 꾸며져 있으며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 흠이 없었습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고 객실은 얼어붙은 밤에 따뜻했습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 좋았고 우리는 모든 직원이 잘 돌 보았습니다. 우리는 그것이 우리가 머물렀던 가장 멋진 호텔 중 하나이며 누구에게나 The Melbreak를 100% 추천할 것이라고 말해야 합니다. 잘했어 모두들 걱정했어

익익명 사용자Greeted with a lukewarm warm reception upon arrival. No assistance offered to take the luggage to the room which was up three flights of stairs that got narrower towards the top. The breakfast server huffed and was visibly annoyed and upset when I dared to ask for a second coffee! I suggest that they invest in a coffee machine instead of serving single cup sized cafetières. The family room was a good size but had fairly low ceiling beams which were pointed out by 15 signs which made the room look more like a building site than a bedroom. No refrigerator in the room and the safe did not work. The location is around 6 miles from Keswick. Nice swimming pool but access via the door to the changing rooms does not work all of the time.

익익명 사용자Great hotel with a decent location in the middle of the Lake District. You can walk/ cycle to Ambleside which is 5 miles away. Low fells are easy to hike for great views of the area around.
The hotel is more like a private house with rooms. We got a small suite with bedroom, bathroom and living room. We could just about see the lake from the living room.
The bathroom only has a bath and no shower head which was a difficulty for washing hair. Except for that it was very well organised.
Breakfast was at a nearby pub - The Good Sport. It was a limited selection on the menu: full English, breakfast rolls, toast or porridge. You also got a 10% for dinner in the pub too.

我住的4號房，實際比圖片好看一些，稍微新一點，原本以為又是圖片上那種30年前那種傢俱，但實際可能就10年輕那種田園風，房間也挺大，大箱子也能展開，
服務：早上可以點餐，includ還算豐富
設施：住一樓，衹有幾步梯子需要提行李箱
缺點，一樓一定要拉窗簾，不然偶爾路過能看到房間裏，一到晚上22點後會有一股**氣味，有點受不了，房間門好像鎖不了，我也沒什麼貴重物品，也沒去問，就這樣住了3天，整體還是性價比不錯，畢竟這是在英國度假區最火的夏天，就不要有什麼大的期待，
