영국 더럼 소재 4성급 호텔

호텔은 더럼과 뉴캐슬의 중간 지점인 체스터 르 스트리트의 가장자리에 있습니다. 이 호텔은 600년 전에 지어진 작은 성으로, 왕자나 공주가 된 듯한 느낌을 주는 멋진 기능실이 있습니다. 성 주변에는 녹지가 많고, 문 앞에 체스터 르 스트리트 골프장이 있습니다. 성 안의 객실은 매우 좋지만, 성 밖에 있는 객실도 있는데, 노령층에게 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 레스토랑에서는 훌륭한 식사를 제공하고, 와인 리스트도 다양합니다.

A lovely traditional country house hotel. The public rooms were just what you expected, old world charm, the food excellent but the best asset  was the friendly and helpful staff. Unable to comment on bedrooms as we were in an accessible room which wasn’t great, good parking though. Needs attention to basic customer requirements, overall a great few days

전반적으로 좋고 조용하고 깔끔하며 아침 식사가 맛있고 바가 좋고 간식과 와인이 매우 좋으며 객실에는 작은 샤워가없는 매우 큰 샤워가 있지만 물은 훌륭합니다. 우리는 가족 여행입니다. 나는 멋진 사진을 찍었고 프론트 데스크의 여성도 매우 열성적이었습니다 ~

호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 세련되었고 레스토랑과 바도 마찬가지였습니다. 전혀 불만이 없었습니다. 침대는 너무 편안했고 나는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다 😊

The rooms were very nice and the staff very accommodating. They had great breakfast options and the food and coffee were excellent. I highly recommend Cbh Hardwick Hall Hotel if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to get away. The grounds are beautiful too. 

We were put in a very small room on the 3rd floor. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor. The lift that goes to the 3rd floor was marked out of order. We are both in our late 70s and had to carry our bags along a corridor and up about 40 stairs. No member of staff offered to help. As we were going to check out we noticed a member of staff using the lift to the 3rd floor.

우리는 우리의 체류를 정말로 즐겼습니다. 위치는 이상적이며 부지는 아름답고 조용했습니다! 직원들은 매우 친절하고 환영하며 전문적이었습니다! 유일한 단점은 우리 방에는 우리가 사용할 수있는 플러그 소켓이 하나뿐이라는 것입니다. ..... 요즘은 충분하지 않습니다. 기본 요구 사항 ..... 불행하게도 매우 가난합니다. 에어컨이 환영 받았을 것이기 때문에 여름 월에이 호텔을 피할 것입니다. 다른 작은 자극ant 중 하나인 우리 욕실에는 싱크대 위에 유리 선반이 있어 싱크대를 향해 심하게 기울어져 있어 물건이 계속 떨어지지 않도록 매우 조심해야 했습니다. 우리 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다 (오믈렛 제외). 서비스 직원은 매우 환영했습니다 .... 어느 날부터 좋은 시작!

Attended a birthday celebration. Staff went above and beyond. In addition, it is a lovely venue in beautiful location and surroundings. 30 minute walk into a lively town or a 5 minute car trip. Would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway or meet up with family/friends. Staff were amazing.

Lovely little stay. It’s my favourite place to stay. The staff are so lovely.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, polite and when above and beyond for us the breakfast was excellent to really enjoy our stay we will be staying there again in the near future
