It is available to rent from 3 bedrooms up to 6 bedrooms and is fully staffed with private Chef, Butler and Housekeeper 6 days weekly at no extra charge. Pricing depends on amount of bedrooms required/number of guests in party. In off peak periods the minimum rate is £1200 per night (throughout 2026) for the use of 3 x bedrooms/up to 6 guests. There is then an additional £110 per person per night for additional guests requiring more bedrooms. The villa can accommodate 12 guests as the Media room converts into a sixth bedroom (with Twin beds only) and has AC, ceiling fan, wardrobes and an en suite shower/wc. The fifth bedroom is located to the West of the property (other end of the living deck) and is not suitable for children/teenagers under 14 yrs when travelling in a family group unless sharing with another older teenager or adult. Likewise, the Media room or sixth bedroom although nearer to the other bedrooms, is a little distance away and is suitable for adults or older teenagers.
