아름다운 호텔, 경기 침체에 정중하고 유쾌한 사람들, 모든 것을 도왔습니다. 감사합니다! 훌륭한 위치, 모든 것이 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 인상을 망친 작은 마이너스 - 첫날에는 발용 수건을 두지 않았고 둘째 날에는 발용 수건과 두 개의 큰 수건을 두지 않았습니다. А так все здорово, рекомендую!

호텔은 광장 바로 옆에 있어 모든 것이 편리하게 이동할 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 아침 식사는 풍성했습니다. 근처에 식당과 쇼핑할 곳이 많고, 특히 다양한 종류의 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 거리 쪽 객실은 소음이 있을 수 있으므로 피하는 것이 좋습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다.

The hotel has a great location near the republic square, the service is great, shops and stores are a walking distance. All city attraction are 10-15min from the hotel. The staff is great, i asked for a late checkout it was so easy, they were very welcoming.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

постоянно тут останавливаемся в командировках, все всегда на высшем уровне ) Персонал очень отзывчивый, я должна была заехать вечером в отель, но моей рейс задержали на 12 часов , и получилось что смогу заехать только на следующий день , позвонили в отель , они смогли подвинуть дату брони

Очень хорошая гостиница в самом центре Еревана, пешком можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей и ресторанов. Рядом куча магазинов и касс обмена валюты. Огромная удобная кровать. Отличные завтраки с хорошим выбором блюд. Не понравились лишь некоторые моменты: гостиница не выдает одноразовые тапочки, тапочками придется обеспечивать себя самостоятельно; также гостиница не обеспечивает набором для чистки зубов, щетку и пасту нужно либо брать с собой, либо в ближайшем магазине. Ещё хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак начинался не в 7:30, а в 7:00, потому что у местных турагентств есть экскурсии, которые начинаются очень рано, и поэтому в таких случаях надо позавтракать чуть пораньше. В последний день пребывания откуда-то появился неприятный запах канализации. Возможно, это было связано с тем, что в соседнем номере в этот день кто-то заселился. Было слышно через стену, как этот сосед громко разговаривал. Однозначно рекомендую эту гостиницу.

Хороший отель в центре Еревана, номера стандарт не большие , обычные но уютные ) отличный  wi fi на всей территории, большой открытый бассейн , сауна и отличный, большой тренажерный зал. Завтраки обильные , выбор большо , кофе вкусный ) Есть небольшие нюансы по сервису и персоналу, но обещали  исправится) Отель, после небольшого косяка сделал мне комплимент в баре а так же разрешил остаться в номере до 19:00 , за что огромное спасибо 🙏 Менеджеры и руководство отеля очень внимательные и отзывчивые.

Здорово! До этого останавливались в другом отеле, но нам в Авиатрансе не понравилось и мы решили поменять отель. И не прогадали! Цена чуть выше, но персонал - выше всяких похвал! Пару раз спросили, все ли хорошо у нас в номере? Завтрак хороший. Ребенок проспал завтрак и нам разрешили взять еду с собой в номер. В номере прекрасные халаты и косметика. Всего достаточно. Вода, 2 капсулы кофе, чай. До ближайшего обменника в магазине sas с хорошим курсом всего 300 метров. В кафе варят шикарный армянский кофе. Пожалуй, мы с удовольствием вернемся в этот отель еще раз, если будем в Ереване.

호텔은 공화국 광장(Republic Square)과 베르니사주(Vernissage)에서 도보로 3분 거리에 있어 훌륭한 위치를 차지하고 있습니다. 숙면을 위한 편안한 침대와 베개. 뉘앙스: 건설 현장의 전망, 아침 식사는 매우 빈약합니다(예를 들어 삶은 계란만 있고 다른 계란은 없습니다). 방에는 천장에서 물이 떨어지는 느낌이 끊임없이 들었습니다(물방울 소리가 계속 들렸습니다).

이 호텔은 새 호텔이지만 도심에 위치하지 않았습니다. 도심까지 차로 15분, 도보로 45분 거리이지만 지하철역까지는 도보로 5분이 걸립니다. 방은 깨끗하고 매우 깨끗했습니다. 하우스키핑에 대해 칭찬합니다! 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 침대는 편안했고 제공된 편의 시설은 매우 감사했습니다. 저는 아침 식사나 식사가 없는 스탠다드룸을 예약했기 때문에 음식에 대해서는 언급할 수 없습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔에서의 경험은 4성급입니다. 이렇게 저렴한 가격에 제공되는 서비스와 숙박 시설의 수준에 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 저는 이 호텔을 친구와 가족에게 추천할 것이고 앞으로도 다시 머물기를 바랍니다.
