장점 : 호텔은 매우 새롭고 아침 식사는 좋으며 침구는 괜찮습니다. 왕국 센터 맞은 편에 길 건너편에 왕국 센터 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 쇼핑몰은 고급 브랜드, 매우 오래된 쇼핑몰이며 맛있는 것은 없습니다. 우리는 실제로 쇼핑몰에서 맥도날드를 먹기로 결정했습니다. Uber는 2km 떨어진 Najd 마을을 가지고 있습니다. 공항에서 택시로 약 70 분 거리에 택시를 타는 것이 편리합니다. 단점은 더블 베드룸이 작고 일본 호텔 객실과 비슷하다는 것입니다. 외출 할 때 택시를 타야하며 국립 박물관과 고대 도시에서 멀지 않은 약 10km입니다. 킹스 센터를 제외하고는 근처에 쇼핑을 할 것이 없으며 KAFD 근처에 살면서 다양한 명소 시장 공항에 더 가까워지는 느낌이 듭니다.

Let’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

포시즌스 호텔 리야드는 그 위상으로 유명하지만 불행히도 여러 측면에서 욕망을 남겼습니다. 다행히 객실 직원은 전문성과 완벽한 서비스를 보상할 수 있었습니다. 그러나 서비스의 다른 측면은 부적절했습니다. 수영장에서 우리는 Four Seasons라는 호텔에서 기대할 수있는 표준이 아닌 수건을 가져 와서 준비 할 직원이 없다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 이 점들이 설립의 명성을 유지하기 위해 빠르게 개선되는 것이 중요합니다.

사우디 아라비아 여행에서 머물렀던 호텔 중에서이 호텔은 전반적으로 비용 효율적입니다. 호텔 서비스 직원의 태도는 꽤 좋았습니다. 사우디 아라비아는 주변 외국인을 많이 고용하여 서비스를 제공한다고 생각합니다. 호텔에서는 직원들이 걸레를 들고 난간과 바닥을 조금 닦는 것을 보았습니다.
