필리핀 센트럴 루존 소재 5성급 호텔

저희는 이 호텔을 정말 사랑합니다! 객실은 깨끗하고 위치도 훌륭하며, 무엇보다 서비스가 최고였습니다. 특히 클럽 라운지의 M' Eileen, Joe, Harold, Jae 님께 특별히 감사드립니다. 저희가 머무는 동안 정말 잘 챙겨주셨어요.

다양한 서비스를 제공하는 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 특히 7층 루프탑 수영장이 정말 멋있었고, 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 상냥해서 좋았습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 배정받은 객실이 바로 거리와 맞닿아 있어 밤새 자동차 소리는 물론, 근처 고속도로 소음까지 들려서 매우 불쾌했습니다. 방음이 제대로 되어 있지 않은 것 같았습니다. 그것만 빼면 모든 것이 훌륭해서 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶습니다. 다만, 길가에서 떨어진 객실을 요청하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

클락에서의 완벽한 숙박이었습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 편의시설도 풍부했습니다. 다만 놀이터는 예약이 필요합니다. 전반적으로 클락 힐튼에 다시 묵을 생각입니다. 클락 최고의 호텔입니다! 넓은 객실, 깨끗한 수영장, 맛있는 조식, 훌륭한 서비스까지!

Great location, super nice Ranch. Service in the restaurant requires improvement. No salads available. Delivered salmon steak without mashed potatoes fried chicken without potatoes, etc. Small things, but for a location like this, it is surprising that this happens. However, we come again.

클락에 여행가면 가족들이랑 항상 머무는 호텔입니다, ***와 수영장 조식도 매우 훌륭합나다 다음번 여행네도 이용할 것입니다.

가격대비 가치가 없습니다. 조식은 실망스러웠고, 레스토랑은 그저 그랬습니다. ******은 대부분 비어 있습니다. 다음에는 다른 곳에 머물기 위해 조금 더 지불할 것입니다.

Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases. On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security.

Amazing place and good staff and friendly. I highly recommend to go there and visit❤️❤️
