전반적인 호텔은 평균적이고 상대적으로 오래되었습니다. 항구가 보이는 방을 예약했습니다. 방이 작고 짐을 보관하기가 어려웠습니다. 최상층에 있는 레스토랑은 음식이 평범하지만 전망이 꽤 좋습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서 식사할 때 식사비가 객실 요금에 청구되는 것이 매우 이상했습니다. 호텔은 심야에 우리 신용카드로 116유로의 식사비를 사전 승인했습니다. 씨트립에서는 체크인할 때 신용카드 한도가 부족해서 걱정했다고 하더군요. 정말 할말이 없네요. 1박에 수백유로가 드는 방에 묵었는데 사실 호텔에서도 걱정을 하더라구요. 116유로의 식사비를 감당할 수 없었습니다. 그냥 폼페이로 가면 호텔 앞에서 택시를 불러서 폼페이에서 2시간 정도 기다리면 되는데 요금은 100유로. 폼페이를 방문할 때는 문앞에서 투어 가이드를 고용하는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 이곳의 투어 가이드는 매우 전문적이며 한 번에 150유로의 비용이 들므로 그만한 가치가 있습니다.

We had a 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s at the end of our 14-day Italy trip and it turned out to be one of our favorite hotels of the trip. I booked 2 rooms through Hyatt as a Hyatt Globalist and although globalist benefits are not included at Small Luxury Hotels, we were upgraded to a corner suite which may be one of the best rooms in the hotel as it has a private terrace (in addition to the small balcony). The second room was adjoining so it was like having a large 2-bedroom apartment for our stay. I know some negative reviews complained about rooms being old but both of these rooms were newly remodeled and were elegant and spacious. The staff here is amazing starting at check in with Martina who was just lovely and showed us to our room after checking us in. All of the 6th floor lounge and terrace restaurant employees are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your meals and drinks are satisfactory. Antonio explained their James Bond themed cocktails and always took great care of us. We did not eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site but enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and the views cannot be beat. It is true that you are not on the center of Naples but the service here and the views make up for that and it is a short taxi to the city center. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Giovanni, the owner and Chief Experience Officer our first morning. I sometimes have general managers introduce themselves particularly at Hyatt branded properties, but Giovanni went further by checking on us the next day and when he saw us at dinner he sent over complimentary meatballs and drinks. Overall, a great way to end our trip.

The service in the hotel was quite poor. The night we arrived the bar and restaurant were both closed, this was very disappointing as we had planned to stay in the hotel that evening as we had been travelling for the day. It turned out that the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay and there was no food available until 19:00 each day, meaning that when we wanted to avail of the pool and terrace we had to leave to get lunch. The terrace had chairs and couches but no sun loungers. There was a middle aged man in a suit working there each evening, I believe his name was Antonio. He was very unpleasant. Our room was only cleaned after our first night. The following day our bins were emptied but the room was not cleaned. We received a turn down service on only one night and for some reason our dirty towels were refolded rather than replaced (we knew this as one of them had a tear in it). Our sheets were not changed even though there is a notice in the room saying that they would be changed after our third night. Also the hairdryer in the room was extremely poor. Breakfast served in the morning offered pastries, yoghurt, fruit, ham, cheese and a small hot food offering. There were additional items such as fried/poached eggs that you could order for an extra charge. The rooftop terrace was a sun trap with a large pool and towels available.

Già dalla prenotazione abbiamo avuto problemi perché si rifiutavano di rispondere alle domande che facevamo al tel e hanno preteso che chiedessimo da whatsapp, perché lí rispondevano con messaggi preimpostati Poi una volta arrivati, la stanza non era pronta , ho chiesto un caffè nell’attesa e mi hanno detto di comprarlo al loro bar che era all esterno, ci hanno dato un’ altra stanza per fare più in fretta, senza accompagnarci ci hanno detto che era all esterno presso un edificio da raggiungere o a piedi o con l’auto, ma poi dopo che ci siamo sistemati ci hanno telefonato e ce l’hanno tolta perché c’erano i palloncini a cuoricini che erano per un’altra coppia Per questi motivi siamo arrivati nella nella Spa con un po’ di ritardo e alla fine mentre eravamo nella sauna ci hanno cacciati in malo modo dicendo che dovevamo andarcene di fretta. Poi per farsi perdonare hanno mandato prima una operatrice a scusarsi e poi in camera hanno portato dei rusticini rinsecchiti e duri Inoltre l’areatore del bagno in stanza non funzionava e saliva dalle tubature una puzza di fogna terribile Ci hanno ridato i documenti ma poi ce li hanno richiesti perché avevano dimenticato di registrarli ! Gestione pessima, ma i camerieri dell’area ristorazione e della pulizia camere erano gentilissimi.

Tutto perfetto soprattutto la colazione ottima davvero complimenti
