We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

From the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! 可能不巧，趕了個印度的長假，來到這個Rishikest 披頭士曾經到過的洗滌心靈的地方，堵車堵到讓我懷疑人生，混亂程度已經到了頂配的級別。另外，可能我們對於五星級的酒店的期待和這裏的水準有很大的落差，這樣的酒店在國內可能衹是略微好過民宿和政府招待所，窗簾基本擋不住光，什麼時候天亮什麼時候不得不起床，唯一讓人高興的是酒店的工作人員非常的友好，自助餐雖然沒有任何葷食，但品種還算多樣，千萬不要選擇假期裏面來，不但價格貴也不能欣賞恆河的寧靜。
