I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Very good customer service. Staff were very supportive and accommodating towards my nephew who has Down’s syndrome and couldn’t wear closed shoes because of his surgery. They said it was ok for him to go to the rooftop bar even without dress code

지난번에 직원들도 친절하고 서비스가 너무 좋고 체크아웃을 늦게해도 원래 룸 가격의 절반만 받고 해줘서 넘 좋아서 다시 예약하고 왔는데 공항서 호텔택시부터 시작해서 체크아읏까지 이번엔 직원들이 친절하지도 서비스도 제대로 안해줘서 아쉬웠습니다

My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness. Thank you to the entire team for making my short stay in Mumbai both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again. I’ve been in other high rated hotels in this area of Mumbai and they weren’t as nice. My room was very clean, no stains. I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options. No complaints.
