This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

Excellent location and only about 3 minutes walk away from the Old town area. This hotel is very new and the rooms are spacious (for Europe standards) and very clean/modern. They have a nice bar area downstairs and the breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Its right on the waterfront so you get some great views of Split. There is also underground parking at a reasonable price per night.

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

하룻밤 더 묵고 방을 바꿔도 여전히 좋았습니다. 호텔의 위치는 매우 좋지만 바다 부두에서 몇 킬로미터 떨어져있어 여기에서는 Uber를 부를 수 없습니다. , 렌털은 호텔에서만 호출 할 수 있지만 호텔에는 아침 식사와 저녁 식사가 포함 된 객실이 있으며 요리가 매우 풍부합니다. 바다에서 돌아올 때 식사에 대해 걱정할 필요가 없습니다.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options.

Stunning hotel at the door of the ancient Split. Delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect to rest after a day of discovery. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a immense bathroom. We really recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very nice, pools rooms are fantastic, has a great view. Altough gym was not good they have only smith machine no other equipments, its hardly called a gym and the hotel restaurant is overpriced so we ate another restaurant in the solin which is nice. Other than that hotel was super nice, stuff is very kind and welcoming. we have a pleasant stay.

Wonderful experience in Hvar and @ the Moeesy, B&G. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive, responsive. Location (IMO) is perfect. Outside of town ( so quiet and relaxing) but easily walkable multiple times a day for lunch/dinner or other activities. A real treat to stay here while on Hvar. And do yourself a favor and go to Stari Grad…

是克羅地亞之行最喜歡的酒店 havr本來人也不多。這個度假村又遠離主城區，非常非常安靜。是真的是個獨家休閑的。有全世界最頂級的跑步機的健身房，平時很難體驗到純木製機械的跑步機的感受。 酒店的spa也很不錯，也是他們特色，有聲音療法，馬殺雞的手法有很多是專業的康復理療的，雖然是女生按，但酸爽程度真的嗷嗷叫。 酒店早餐也不錯，可以自己點，也有自助。 酒店侘寂風格，設計很前衞，米色窗簾打底，條紋窗紗做為主要呈現。真的超越國內的室內設計幾個level了。

새해 연휴 동안 호텔에 묵었습니다. 12월 30일부터 2025년 1월 2일까지였는데, 그 때문에 방 청소가 정말 엉망이었던 것 같습니다. 사진에서 바닥, 테이블, 서랍에 커피 얼룩, 쓰레기가 군데군데 보입니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 매우 ”낡았고”, 뭔가 고장 난 게 확연히 보이며, 수도꼭지도 거의 작동하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 5성급이라고 할 수는 없지만요! 1월 1일 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 샴페인까지 곁들여져서 더욱 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 스파도 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 예의도 바르셨습니다.
