We had a great time, the facilities and service are excellent. We were disappointed with the food, both the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool. There is no free drink, the water is sold at a price 13 times higher than in nearby supermarkets. Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it.

위치가 매우 좋고, 조식도 맛있고, 객실의 커피도 맛있고, 박물관과 비즈니스 센터도 매우 가깝고, 근처 레스토랑도 좋고, 버스정류장도 매우 가깝고, 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 궁전으로 가십시오.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Alors l’hôtel très bien, seul hic la réservation, j’ai réservé avec trip avec jacuzzi privé, et arrivé sur place à l’hôtel il avait pas de réservation avec jacuzzi mais chambre basique uniquement. J’ai vu la réservation a l’hôtel donc l’erreur viens de trip. Il m’ont remboursé que 293 euros alors que les chambres sans jacuzzi était au moins de 500 euros de moins.. Vraiment déçu, je ne pense pas re réservé sur trip. Mais l’hôtel était formidable!!

Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner. Amazing, would definitely recommend to others! Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. The bus costs only 7.8€ from Héraklion city. Loved every single second of my stay!

Eξαιρετικά φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Ο εξοπλισμός του ξενοδοχείου είναι εντελώς νέος. Το κεντρικό εστιατόριο έχει μια πολύ όμορφη βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα που προσφέρει πλούσιο μπουφέ, πολύ καλό πρωινό και δείπνο. Πολύ όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα και στο νησί της Σπιναλόγκας. Σύγχρονη διακόσμηση, πολύ αποθηκευτικός χώρος, πολύ άνετα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!

절대적으로 일반 리조트, 특별한 것은 전혀 없습니다. 음식은 평평하고 음료는 매우 열악합니다. 올 인클루시브 알 카트 레스토랑에 가더라도 뷔페와 같은 음식과 돈을 위해 특별한 식사를 얻을 수 있습니다. 작고 붐비는 수영장과 해변에서 서비스가 없습니다. 일반적으로 5점 만점에 3점이지만 여전히 완전히 비쌉니다.

슈퍼 무적. 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 저녁 8시에 우리 배. 레이트 체크아웃을 해주세요. 즉, 반나절 동안은 거의 무료입니다.

비용 효율적이지만 음식은 짠맛이 있으며 종종 피곤합니다. 도시에서 멀리 떨어져있어 레저 휴가 가족에게 적합합니다.

Stay was good but I indicated 2A2C and this was not provided and we had to pay additional for 2 children and the price to pay at the hotel counter was at open rate and not at the child rate indicated in your email confirmation.

호텔 시설은 매우 좋고 새롭습니다. 수영은 하이라이트이며 일몰은 특히 아름답습니다. 수영장 옆 리클라이너는 아침에 착석해야 하며, 리클라이너에서 제공하는 수건과 시트 커버는 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 레스토랑은 낭만적이고 음식은 맛있습니다. 호텔 서비스 직원은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하지만 기술이 부족한 것 같습니다. 질문에 제 시간에 답변을 할 수 없으며 인내가 필요합니다. 전반적으로 매우 추천하는 호텔

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

방은 넓고 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 매우 편안했습니다. 모든 것이 새롭게 느껴졌고 서비스는 정말 5 성급이었습니다. 우리는 실내 수영장이 실제로 거대한 자쿠지라는 것을 알게되어 기뻤습니다. 우리는 지난 밤에 그곳에서 한 시간을 보냈습니다. 침대는 정말 편안하고 장소는 조용합니다. 주차를 위한 발렛 서비스가 있으며 도착 시 웰컴 드링크와 스낵을 받았습니다. VIP 환영 선물로 무료 와인 한 병과 과일 그릇에 다시 한 번 감사드립니다. 우리는 정말로 즐겼고 언젠가 Chania를 다시 방문하면이 호텔로 돌아올 것입니다.

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

Very good locations. Right on the harbour. Not easy for people with disability due to narrow staircases. Room is clean and spacious. Good working air condition. Very important for the hot weather. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is in a restaurant round the corner but the food choices are very limited.

유럽에서는  매우 비용 효율적인 이름에 걸맞는 호텔입니다. 은 역사의 무겁지 만 객실 크기가 크고 항목 구성이 완벽하고 품질이 좋으며 서비스가 따뜻하고 사려 깊으며 아침 식사가 풍부하고 재료의 품질이 높습니다.

위치는 매우 좋으며 다양한 관광 명소와 박물관과 가깝습니다. 다양한 서비스 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 복도에는 장애인 경사로가있어 승객에게 편리합니다. 따뜻한 서비스. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다.

Un bellissimo hotel nel cuore di Heraklion.. il personale giovane dinamico efficiente , dalla reception ai servizi di colazione e ristorante al roof, sono a dir poco 10 e lode … Alla reception (una ragazza bionda con gli occhi azzurri di cui non ricordo il nome) molto gentile e cordiale e professionale sulla gestione della città , i ragazzi alla colazione attenti alle esigenze e alle richieste (incredibile ricordavano alla perfezione nei giorni successivi alla prima richiesta ), i ragazzi dell ristorante all’ultimo piano bravi e i cuochi e chef eccezionali .. Se ritorno a Candia, sarà l’unico hire che prenderò in considerazione! Grazie ragazzi a voi tutti Beppe (Giuseppe) A beautiful hotel in the heart of Heraklion .. the young dynamic efficient staff, from the reception to the breakfast services and the restaurant on the roof, are nothing short of top marks … At the reception (a blonde girl with blue eyes whose name I don't remember) very kind and cordial and professional on the management of the city, the guys at breakfast attentive to needs and requests (incredible they remembered perfectly in the days following the first request I made) , the guys from the top floor restaurant and the exceptional cooks and chefs .. If I ever return to Heraklion, it will be the only hotel I will consider! Thanks guys to you all Beppe (Giuseppe)
