The hotel room is provided to the Guest upon presentation of the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a passport of a foreign citizen with a valid migration card/ visa, as well as filling out and signing the Guest's registration card. Citizens of foreign countries should first check the possibility of accommodation with the hotel staff. Children will need an original birth certificate before the age of 14. The hotel administration reserves the right to determine the possibility of a pet staying in a hotel room, as well as to refuse accommodation without explanation, including by prior reservation. It is forbidden to stay in the hotel with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health.
