We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

Hotel was great. Location was great. Breakfast was great. However, one complaint. I forgot my charger in the room. I contacted the hotel to see if it was possible to ship it to me. They said they’d look and get back to me. I never heard from the again, even after I sent a follow-up message regarding the issue. Not a big loss but frustrating they couldn’t communicate.

This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on. The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

체크아웃할 때 숙박비에 1유로를 자동으로 추가하는데, 가난하고 굶주리는 아이들을 돕는다는 자선 프로그램이라고 합니다. 돈에 대한 것은 아니지만, 사람들이 우리가 이 돈을 기부하고 호텔이 모든 크레딧을 가져가는 것을 당연하게 여기는 것을 싫어합니다. 키프로스의 일반 레스토랑에서 식사할 때처럼 큰 금액은 아니고, 보통 5~10유로를 팁으로 줍니다. 하지만 동의하기도 전에 청구서에 이 금액을 추가한다는 사실이 화가 났습니다. 5성급 호텔에 비해 서비스가 나쁘고, 품질과 서비스 태도가 형편없습니다. 4계절 동안 머물기 위해 100~150달러만 더 추가했어야 했습니다. 호텔 리셉션 태도가 최악입니다!

Pure relaxation by the Mediterranean!_ My stay at Crowne Plaza Limassol was absolutely delightful. The hotel boasts a stunning beachfront that made every sunrise feel magical, and the ambiance was perfect for unwinding. What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality—every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness, making us feel right at home. They take cleaning very seriously. Staff is polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful sea view balconies.

Perfect location: very central and easy to walk to. there is a big LIDL in a walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, it felt like I was staying in a family run business. Breakfast was decent, the coffee machine was good. The rooms was nice and cozy. The furniture was a bit dated, but the fridge and the AC unit were working fine. The only con was that there was no kettle in the room. Overall, a good value for money option if you need to be staying in central Limassol.

A very clean and nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is not many parking spaces.

The room was very big (deluxe suite) and very clean ,a great welcoming gesture with fruits and mini sandwiches, polite and helpful staff , abit far from the old city but 20 min drive you can get there , breakfast was good and freshy , private beach and nice indoor pool.one thing that we didn't like is that they first gave us the wrong room type and said it's what trip.com send them and only after second check they said that it's their mistake
