수영장 시설을 갖춘 칠레 타라파카 주 호텔

Great hotel with a view on plaza and clock tower. Cool design and beautiful pool with sea birds resting near the water. Amazing breakfast with huge variety of food. 100℅ recommended!

El hotel es simplemente magnífico, la ubicación no está mal porque Iquique es pequeño, así que puedes moverte a todos lados sin problema. Los miembros de la recepción son muy amables y siempre estan prestos a colaborar, las personas de aseo siempre sonríen, el desayuno es muy bueno y la comida del restaurante, asi como de servicio a la habitación también es muy buena. La única razón por la que no le pongo la calificación maxima es debido a un incidente en el restaurante a la hora del almuerzo. Había invitado a unos amigos a almorzar en el restaurante del hotel, eramos la única mesa y mas alla de que la comida tardó demasiado a la hora de pagar la mesera exigía su propina. No sabía cuánto exactamente debía darle pero me ví presionado porque siendo extranjero no sabía las costumbres en Chile. Yo personalmente no estaba contento con su servicio, vuelvo y repito todas absolutamente todas la personas que trabajan en el hotel son dignas de resaltar excepto por esta señora, no esta contento con su servicio por la forma de brindar atención. Le pregunté cuánto debía darle y después de hacer un cálculo me dijo que mas o menos 7.000 pesos, entonces le dí un billete de 10.000 pesos una vez pagada la cuenta y me dijo que no tenia cambio, entonces le dije que me dé lo que tenga (le hubiera dado todo pero en serio no me gustó su actitud) entonces me dijo que no pague nada y me devolvió el billete de una manera muy arrogante. Pasado ese incidente no volví a comer más en el restaurante del hotel durante la semana que me hospedé en este edificio. A parte de ese incidente todo correcto, un hotel muy amables la altura y si vuelvo a Iquique volveré ahí sin dudarlo.

숙박 경험에 매우 만족하며 26 일 칠레에서 최고의 서비스를 제공한다고 할 수 있습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 호텔 QR 코드에 나열 된 레스토랑에서 객실 카드를 사용할 수 있다고 말했으며 식사 요금은 회원 카드 포인트 (물론 Trip.com 카드가 아닙니다)로 계산할 수 있습니다. 연습은 매우 편리합니다. 스테이크를 먹은 후에는 식당에 서명 할 필요가 없으며 돌아서서 떠날 수 있습니다. 서로의 신뢰는 가득합니다! 호텔의 무료 아침 식사는 매우 풍부합니다! 모서리 유리창이있는 가장 높은 층에 방을 주었고 바다 전망이 막힘이 없었습니다! 너무 만족해서 하루 더 머물렀다

Personal del hotel muy acogedor, estacionamiento siempre disponible para el pasajero, gimnasio para realizar deporte, conexión a lugares para comer y recrearse, habitaciones cómodas. Sugerencias: mejorar oferta del restaurant y desayuno.

This hotel was perfect for our first visit to Iquique, the staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our limited Spanish. The room had a great view and was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were always friendly. The restaurant and bar on the top floor was fantastic and I can’t commend them highly enough, we thoroughly enjoyed their recommendations. The views and sunsets were just amazing.

해변에서 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 매우 훌륭하고 강력히 추천하는 페루 레스토랑이 근처에 있습니다. 프론트에 계신 아저씨가 굉장히 의욕이 넘치셔서 저희가 유령도시에 가자고 7인승 차량을 의욕적으로 주문해 주셨어요 전체적으로 인상도 좋고 가격도 좋았습니다.
