스파 시설을 갖춘 콜롬비아 안티오키아 호텔

La chambre est trop petite et le lit trop petit pour deux personnes. L’eau de la douche est pas chaude souvent il faut attendre trop longtemps. Impossible de mettre sa valise quelques part. Pas confortable dutout. Bonne situation géographique car bcp de resto à proximité. Petite piscine sur le toit chaude. Belle vue. Mais ne vaut pas son prix.

環境位置不錯，酒店乾淨，前台的英文很不錯，早餐也比較豐盛。唯獨問題就是酒店沒有每天給水.Todos bien esta hotel pero no agua para mi cada dia.

Lugar con buena relación calidad precio si pescas una buena oferta.

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

이번에는 메데인 꽃 축제를 따라 잡았고 완전히 감동했습니다! 메데인은 낭만적이며 메데인의 정신은 중국에서 배워야합니다! 호텔은 스페인 정원과 같으며 객실은 특히 편안하고 넓으며 목욕 물은 특히 크고 매일 매우 편안하며 호텔 택시도 매우 편리합니다! 호텔 직원은 매일 메들린 모자를 쓰고 작은 실크 스카프를 끼고 있습니다! 이번 메데인 꽃 축제는 모든 산업에 대한 메데인의 존중을 보았습니다! 메데인을 아주 좋아합니다!

NH는 활기찬 고급 지역인 Provincia 교외에 매우 잘 위치해 있습니다. 우리는 비즈니스를 위해 여기에 있었고 밤에 많은 바와 레스토랑으로 지역을 안전하게 걸어 고객을 만날 수있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔은 현대적이고 객실은 편안하지만 5 성급 표준에 맞지 않거나 국제 표준이 의미하는 바에 맞지 않습니다.

내 예약이 여행으로 100% 지불되었을 때 그들은 나에게 VAT를 부과했으며 DIAN(콜롬비아 세무 당국)에 따라 외국인의 경우 이 세금이 부과되어서는 안 됩니다. 호텔은 웹사이트에 이에 대한 불만 사항이 여러 개 있기 때문에 이를 알고 있었지만 여전히 부적절하고 불법적인 경제적 이익을 얻은 손님들을 놀라게 했습니다... 프론트 데스크 매니저는 매우 나빴습니다... 이 모든 것을 알면서 이 지불을 요구했습니다. 호텔의 부실한 관리로 인해 발생하는 불편함 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다.

사랑스러운 프론트 데스트 직원. 도보 거리에 레스토랑이있는 위치가 꽤 좋습니다. 객실은 꽤 시끄럽지만 Wi-Fi와 마찬가지로 에어컨은 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는별로 좋지 않았습니다. 우리는 첫날 이후에 포함 된 아침 식사를 먹으러 가지 않았고 남편을 알았다면 충격을받을 것입니다!

La chambre est spacieuse et assez jolie. Malheureusement le spa etait en maintenance et je n'ai pu accéder a une salle de reunion... Le petit déjeuner est assez complet

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.
