We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & ***aged to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

Very good service. Polite and helpful staff. Location is on the highway connected to Raipur and Naga Raipur. Restaurant downstairs serves good food and one of fav restaurants in Raipur.

Higher indian class, car parking possible for free, large room, hot water

Treating customers in a polite and humble way. Room facilities are good. Breakfast is ok. But the hotel still has scope for improvement. Specifically, the hot water in the bathroom is not hot. Need to improve the taste of some foods.
