Selected Suite에서의 숙박은 단순히 완벽했습니다! 위치는 훌륭하고 방 자체는 믿을 수 없으며 모든 것이 새롭고 멋진 디자인과 놀라운 편안함입니다. 공간이 넓고 아름다운 테라스, 거대한 샤워 시설, 현대적인 디테일이 있으며 한증막은 긴 하루를 보낸 후 큰 보너스였습니다. 솔직히 장식이 너무 인상적이어서 여기서 행복하게 살 수 있었습니다. 매일 모든 것이 흠이 없었습니다. 솔직히 내가 머물렀던 가장 깨끗한 장소 중 하나입니다. 너무 편안해서 떠나고 싶지 않았습니다. 팀은 심지어 내 파트너를 위해 멋진 생일 서프라이즈를 준비하여 우리의 체류를 더욱 특별하게 만들었습니다. 주차는 매우 쉬웠고 리셉션은 항상 이용 가능하며 항상 도움이 되었으며 청소 여성은 환상적이고 웃고 친절하며 훌륭한 일을 하고 있습니다. 절대적으로 사랑스럽고 그녀의 친절과 따뜻함으로 우리의 체류를 잊을 수 없게 만든 Ayu에게 매우 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 나는이 장소를 100% 추천합니다! 나는 돌아올 때까지 기다릴 수 없습니다. 솔직히 모든 것을 개선할 수 있는 것은 하나도 찾을 수 없었습니다. 정말 완벽했습니다.

This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

해변을 따라 역사적인 구시가지 Chania와 Venetian Harbour까지 짧은 산책만 하면 완벽한 위치에 있는 절대적으로 멋진 곳입니다. 다른 방향으로 가면 수많은 바 상점과 레스토랑이 있는 항구와 Nea Chora 해변까지 더 짧은 산책이 가능합니다. 숙소는 정말 고요한 위치에 있는 해안가에 바로 위치해 있습니다. 아름다운 수영장과 당신이 서 있는 모든 곳에서 놀라운 바다 전망을 볼 수 있습니다. 직원들은 환상적이었고 체크인 준비를 하기 위해 숙박 전에 WhatsApp에서 저에게 연락했습니다. 내 방이 일찍 준비되었습니다. 정말 환상적이었습니다. 나는 바다 바로 앞에 온수 욕조가 있는 스위트룸을 갖게 되어 매우 운이 좋았습니다. 아름답게 장식되고 신선하고 깨끗하며 발코니에서의 전망은 믿을 수 없었습니다. 나는 모든 손님에게 아침 식사가 포함되어 있다고 믿습니다. 다양한 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식 음료와 패스트리로 사랑스러웠습니다. 유일한 비판은 내가 더 이상 머물지 않았다는 것입니다. 나는 심장 박동으로 돌아올 것이다!

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach. Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too. Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good. Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤 A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu… Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar… Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk. My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street. I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️ I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒 I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price. Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

나는 하룻밤 동안 엄마와 함께 여기에 머물렀고 우리 둘 다 매우 감동했습니다. 가격대비 훌륭했고 방은 실제로 내 기대를 초과했습니다. 사진보다 실제 생활에서 훨씬 좋아 보였습니다. 우리는 창에서 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있었고 위치는 완벽했습니다. 조용하지만 해변까지 도보로 단 2분 거리에 있습니다. Chania행 버스 정류장도 마찬가지입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 정중하며 도움이 되어 매우 환영받는 느낌을 받았습니다. 방은 욕실과 마찬가지로 흠이 없었고 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있었습니다. 그것은 우리가 시간을 보내는 것을 정말로 즐겼던 부엌과 넓은 발코니가 완비된 작은 아파트처럼 느껴졌습니다. 우리는 그것을 너무 좋아해서 체류를 연장하고 싶었지만 불행히도 방은 이미 우리 날짜를 위해 완전히 예약되었습니다. 전반적으로 멋진 경험과 내가 확실히 추천 할 곳입니다.

We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water. The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive. The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care. This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

酒店很好，環境優美，有自己的沙灘，沙灘上躺着聽海，還有服務員給水，真是愜意。服務也不錯，看我們是四人入住，給了一張加床，還在榻榻米上鋪了被子，很是周到。
