"전형적인 올인클루시브 리조트입니다. 수영장은 너무 차갑고, 음식은 평범하며, 해변(리조트에서 해변이 보이지 않고 멀리 바다만 보임)이나 시내(차니아까지 차로 30분 거리)에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 뷔페는 가족 단위 손님을 위해 마련된 경우가 많아 감자튀김, 미니 피자, 그리고 특별할 것 없는 평범한 현지 음식들로 구성되어 있습니다. 수영장에서 제공되는 간식은 형편없었습니다(마른 소시지 빵과 케이크 정도였고, 수박이 그나마 제일 나았습니다). 같은 가격이면 시내나 근처 레스토랑에서 더 좋은 방을 예약하고 훨씬 맛있는 음식을 즐길 수 있습니다. 방은 깨끗했지만, 저희가 묵었던 방은 마치 지하실 같았습니다. 리조트에서 제공하는 사진이 실제보다 훨씬 좋아 보였는데, 1층의 기본 '가든' 룸은 어둡고 칙칙했습니다. 방 자체는 깨끗하고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 샤워기 수압도 좋았습니다. 이 리조트는 추천하지 않습니다."

"흠잡을 데 없는 서비스와 시설이었습니다. 늦게 도착해서 가장 저렴한 방을 예약했는데, 프런트 데스크에 조용한 방을 원한다고 말씀드리니 무료로 업그레이드해 주셨습니다. 잠을 잘 자기 위해 레드 와인을 사 왔는데 다 마시지 못해서 바에 있는 잔을 빌려 다른 사람들과 나눠 마셨습니다. 바 직원분은 근무 중에는 술을 마실 수 없다고 하셨지만, 견과류 모듬을 가져다 주셨습니다. 이야기를 나누던 중 제 와인이 좀 달다는 것을 아시고 드라이 와인을 추천해 주셨습니다. 경비원분은 정말 신사적이셨는데, 제 짐을 먼저 들어주시고 엘리베이터를 먼저 타고 내리도록 배려해 주셨습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원분은 제가 너무 일찍 출발해서 아침 식사 시간에 레스토랑에 도착하지 못했기 때문에 아침 도시락을 준비해 주겠다고 미리 알려주셨습니다. 도시락에는 샌드위치 두 개(하나는 택시 기사님께 드렸습니다), 물 한 병(이것도 기사님께 드렸습니다), 음료수, 사과 하나, 견과류 바가 들어 있었는데, 영양가 있는 완벽한 식사였습니다. 객실에는 커피 머신과 티백뿐만 아니라 일회용 슬리퍼, 심지어 샤오미 체중계까지 갖춰져 있었습니다! 더욱 고급스러운 것은 리본으로 예쁘게 포장된 작은 디저트였습니다. 고급스러우면서도 아늑한 분위기라 강력 추천합니다."

Because I arrived at the hotel quite late, I found a cake and champagne in my room when I returned the next day after going out. It was wonderful! 👍"

"First, the good ! This Hotel is in a fantastic location, literally steps away from the beach and a wide choice of really good restaurants. Rooms cleaned every day, No issues getting a sunbed. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a place I would return too and I would definitely recommend . Now the downside! Running out of drinks in the pool bar for days on end ( coke / ciders / corona ) Might not be everyone’s issue list but for me, a 5 star hotel shouldn’t run out of simple things for 5 days. The only other issue for me that we seemed to be getting charged for drinks we wasn’t even having and one of the days we wasn’t even at the hotel as we went on a day trip ! I questioned this and asked for a copy of my bill Reluctantly after 3 days I got a copy !! Charges eventually removed. I agree mistakes can happen, but 5 times ? To sum up A wonderful relaxing holiday that at some parts of the day seemed like a library round the pool. Great if that’s what you want, like we did. But just keep an eye on your room charges !"

The vibe here is pure relaxation and enjoyment which is cultivated by Natalie and Kostas, who go out of their way to ensure their guests have a wonderful time. They are always on hand to offer advice on places to eat and visit. We were so impressed with the high standards of cleanliness around the pool area. Kostas maintains and cleans the pools daily. "We have scored this hotel a 3 out of 5 based on a blend of expectation, value for money and our experience. We stayed here as a couple for a week early July not long after the hotel’s opening. First things first, this is not what I would call a “Resort” hotel as the name suggests, there are very limited “Resort” facilities. As an example there are extremely limited sun beds around a small outdoor pool on the roof terrace where access to sun and a sunshade was pretty much impossible given the approach to sun bed reserving other guests were taking!! I can imagine when full or busy the roof area could feel even smaller. I would suggest a proactive approach by staff to managing the pool area would help. I would not consider this a great hotel for a family holiday unless simply serving as a base for days out at the beach etc. Whilst other reviews have mentioned a private beach area, this was certainly not the message we were directly given when we asked via Messenger before we arrived and was definitely not promoted as an available feature during our stay. There are no other hotel-organised entertainment options - in simple terms the hotel is mis-named as a ‘resort’. Think more a couples hotel or typical nicely appointed Hilton property with some relaxation areas. We didn’t try the spa. As expected there are a few teething issues:- the great ‘a La carte’ breakfast offering was somewhat haphazard in terms of length of service and consistency of being offered the various pastries, cold cuts and cheeses available although all food was great quality and very plentiful. Service from all staff, although new, was exceptional, friendly, courteous and aimed to please. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner but enjoyed fantastic cocktails, sushi and snacks at the rooftop terrace. Given its proximity to the old town, we got the impression that dinner time in the restaurant was ‘quiet’ without the vibrancy of the Chania port and old town and having done a quick comparison on our costs for eating & drinking out generously every lunch and dinner in various places compared to the all-inclusive option, I would not consider the all inclusive great value for money for the average couple. Other small niggles included a lack of drawer/shelf space for storing clothes and a general lack of promotion of the services available or communication 0n things like the in-room technology and beach areas etc. and squeaky beds! Having said all that, the location is phenomenal within 10 minutes easy walk of the Port and Old Town; short airport transfer from Chania; the property is beautifully appointed as are the rooms with large beds and great shower; the balcony plunge pool is more gimmick than usable, but a nice add on; staff are super-nice and all food and drink was excellent. In summary, a few early niggles, some difference to initial expectation, fantastic location, nothing to be truly disappointed by other than the lack of sun beds & beach beds and my"

There are lots of bars and restaurants also 5 to 10 minutes walk away, the hotels on the beach allow you to eat there which is a lovely place to watch the sunset. There are buses into chania old town every 5 minutes, the bus stop is outside the apartments. Chania is a beautiful nostalgic place to visit and has an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars. We hired a car from a hire car company which was next door to the apartments this was brilliant too we went up into the hills and it was so beautiful and peaceful the roads were very quiet. All in all I give this place a 5 star"
