"From our early arrival to our late departure everything about the Perla Beach was fabulous. We stayed for 9 nights in a poolside studio room. It was a very good size with a small but sufficient kitchen area, shower room, dining area and a very large, comfortable double bed. There was a good sized terrace overlooking the pool with table and chairs. The room was spotless, the lovely cleaning ladies came in daily to change towels (if required), make the bed, removed trash and mopped throughout. The bed was changed every 3 days. The lovely guy in reception was always very helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble for him, lovely customer service which was very much appreciated. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. Lots of sun beds available and lots of shade if required, the gardens are kept neat and tidy too. The location of the Perla Beach is perfect, 2 minute stroll to the beautiful beach and loads of lovely restaurants close by. Plenty of shops and little supermarkets within walking distance. No noise from the main road either. The bus stops are also close by which is very handy of you want to go to Chnia town (well worth visiting) I have no hesitation in recommending the Perla Beach and will hopefully be back next year"

"Chania Hotel은 좋은 크기의 객실과 발코니가 있는 현대적인 호텔입니다. 객실은 매우 편안했고 매우 아름다운 샤워 시설과 침대도 좋았습니다. 안타깝게도 호텔은 제가 머물기 전에 요청했던 더 높은 객실과 조기 체크인 요청을 들어줄 수 없어서 계단 바로 맞은편 1층에 머물게 되었습니다. 낮 동안 밖에서 공사가 계속되어 사진처럼 전망이 좋지 않았습니다. 계단도 음향이 좋지 않고 사람들의 목소리가 꽤 크게 들려서 계단 전체에 메아리가 울립니다. 다시 한 번 더 높은 객실을 요청했는데 기꺼이 방을 옮겨주겠다고 했지만 불행히도 이에 대해 답신이 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만 뜨거운 음식이 많지는 않았지만 직원들은 매우 효율적이고 친절했습니다. 구시가지 맞은편에 있어서 위치가 좋았고 주변에 맛있는 음식점이 몇 군데 있었습니다."

"Our holiday was just perfect. It was our first holiday in over 25 years without our children and other surpassed all expectations. From check in, it was obvious that the Aloe is special. We were greeted by an excellent member of reception staff with a slight American accent - sorry, I didn't catch her name. But she was so friendly and happy to help. Harry was also brilliant and Simon who speedily took our cases to our rooms after we'd drunk our arrival prosecco. The hotel has a prime position across the road from the sea and surrounded by a few great tavernas. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. The only improvement would be to improve the larger towels. Some days they were large sbd fluffy and other days they were thin and tiny. Breakfast was great and tables cleared quickly.. Lots to choose from. A 2nd coffee machine would be a good idea as there was often a queue. The staff though are what makes this hotel. All were friendly and chatty. Kleo, Asterios, Jeanne, Fabian and Abbey in the restaurant were all so lovely. Angelina behind the bar who makes fantastic cocktails. All were just great. They all work so hard - sorry if I left anyone out. Plus the little touches... we asked for 2 extra chairs on our balcony so we could enjoy a glass of wine before going out for dinner. They appeared within minutes. To the wine glasses provided amd even a bottle of prosecvo for my birthday and a strawberry tart complete with candle and Bucks fizz for breakfast on my birthday too. We will be back one day I'm sure. Meanwhile, I will recommend your hotel to my customers looking at Crete in the travel business I own."

"2주간의 체류에서 막 돌아왔습니다. 아파트는 때때로 건너기가 매우 어려운 매우 바쁜 도로에 있습니다. 해변과 수영장이 있는 메인 호텔이 이 도로 반대편에 위치해 있어서 피할 수 없었습니다. 노인이나 어린 자녀가 있는 사람들이 여기에 머무르는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 우리 아파트는 운 좋게 재산 뒤쪽에 있었지만 여전히 도로 소음을들을 수 있었습니다. 주방 공간은 매우 기본적이었습니다. 주전자와 토스터가 없는 두 개의 링 호브였기 때문에 아침 식사(우리가 요리하는 유일한 식사)를 요리하는 것은 매우 제한적이었습니다. 아파트 자체는 침실이 하나 있고 매우 좋은 크기이며 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 청소부는 일요일을 제외하고 매일 들어오고 수건과 침구는 정기적으로 교체되었습니다. 욕실에는 샤워 부스가 있어서 바닥이 젖지 않아 큰 장점이었습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 우리의 체류를 즐겼지만 위치와 도로 소음으로 인해 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다."

"The reception staff person was pleasant and efficient. The elevator was much appreciated. The room was fine and had a small balcony overlooking the pool. The wet room/ bathroom combo made using the toilet and sink a slippery mess. The air conditioning did not work so the room was hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast was overcrowded, chaotic and food was poor. And, the room was overpriced."

"저희는 커플로 7박 동안 이곳에 묵었습니다. 레스토랑 아래층에 있는 스튜디오 객실이었는데, 객실에서 바로 수영장으로 나갈 수 있었습니다. 도착했을 때 리셉션 직원분이 객실까지 안내해 주셨고, 저녁 시간이라 5분 거리에 레스토랑이 있다고 알려주셨습니다. 무료 와인 한 병과 생수 두 병도 제공되었습니다. 욕실에는 샤워젤, 샴푸, 로션이 구비되어 있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 청소도 꼼꼼하게 해주셨습니다. 매일 새 수건과 휴지, 쓰레기통, 침대 정리 등이 제공되었습니다. 다만 아침에 토스트를 해 먹을 수 있도록 토스터가 있었으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 커피 머신이 물을 끓이지 못해서 전기 주전자로 뜨거운 물을 보충해야 했습니다 (하지만 이건 제가 잘못 사용한 것일 수도 있습니다!). 무료 주차장이 있어서 렌터카를 매일 편하게 주차할 수 있었습니다. 일주일 내내 조용하고 편안한 분위기였습니다. 다른 투숙객분들도 모두 예의 바르셔서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 숙박세라는 것이 있는데, 저희가 9월에 갔을 때는 1박당 10유로였고 도착 시 선불로 내야 했습니다."

"We stayed at the Hilton Chania Old Town in the first week of its opening (June '26) and I was expecting to be asked for feedback by the Hilton organisation, but as no request was received, I'll put a review on here. It is on the coast road and handy for the old town and harbour. Some of the hotel facilities weren't open yet such as the Spa and top floor bar, and the staff were not up to speed with how to take orders and serve food, but that improved over the week. We only ate breakfast and the food was very good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and there seemed to be almost too many of them, perhaps deliberate overkill for the first week? We wouldn't have chosen this hotel if we'd have known it was new build but Jet2 had faked up photos (artists impressions) of the rooms and kept quiet the state of construction until the last minute. The hotel is quite luxurious although the surroundings are 'low rent' as the hotel seems to be spearheading the expansion into the area, replacing derelict buildings, jetties etc. I'll omit any issues that seem to have been teething troubles as these should be fixed by now. The major problem was that our double bed collapsed in the middle of the night, we weren't hurt but that was a possibility had we been old or lardy. The bed looked swish, but as we saw it was constructed using sheets of particleboard resting on a piece of 2 by 4 timber which was butt jointed with some self tapping screws. An incompetent DIY'er could do better. We reported it to reception and it had been repaired when we returned, but there was no apology or explanation. The little plunge pool on the bacony was clear initially but after a couple of days the water became cloudy (we hadn't used it) and despite reporting it it didn't improve and there was no update on it. The W.C. door was glass and although frosted the occupant was clearly visible from the main room. The shower wall and door was similarly transparent and the occupant clearly visible from the main room. The hi-tech lights/ air con/ curtains etc control system was over complicated and some items had a life of their own. The control panel was mounted below the towel rail, so not as accessible as I would have wished. Inside the toilet pan was illuminated and it squirted water which provided no end of amusement. Storage space was very restricted, with for example, no drawers for socks etc, so we had to use our suitcases for clothing. All in all we enjoyed our week at the Hilton, but I don't think we'll return."

"The hotel is in front of the beach so close that at night you can hear the sound of the waves. It has a private beach with the possibility of renting umbrellas and deck chairs. Clean, with all the comforts. Each room has a private terrace overlooking the sea. The sea in front is not the best but it is fine if you want to spend a day of rest perhaps upon arrival. It does not have breakfast or lunch or dinner but it has everything in the room (kettle, plate, toaster, pots, plates, etc.). To use as a base for exploring the island. Private parking Not very easy to find at the beginning. When you arrive at the restaurant "sonio" look up and you will see the sign."
