리리뷰어Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

리리뷰어This was one of many hotels we looked at but after so many positive reviews about the hotel and the staff it was a no brainer to book and we weren’t disappointed. The staff go out of their way to help you always with a friendly smile. The hotel is clean and adults only makes it a bonus. It’s a 10 second walk from the beach front. The beach is a cove never over crowded and the water is crystal clear and shallow for a long way. Plenty of little shops and places to eat out in this little village. Breakfast in the hotel was good, tasty. Not spoilt for choice but plenty for whatever your tastes. Pool area is great always get a bed. But we mostly went to the beach. There’s a car hire place nearby and a trip to Chania Old Town is an absolute must do. Would come back here again for sure and to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it.

리리뷰어Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt.
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut.
Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht.
Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

LLéo WThis hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

AAmy방은 넓고 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 매우 편안했습니다. 모든 것이 새롭게 느껴졌고 서비스는 정말 5 성급이었습니다. 우리는 실내 수영장이 실제로 거대한 자쿠지라는 것을 알게되어 기뻤습니다. 우리는 지난 밤에 그곳에서 한 시간을 보냈습니다. 침대는 정말 편안하고 장소는 조용합니다. 주차를 위한 발렛 서비스가 있으며 도착 시 웰컴 드링크와 스낵을 받았습니다. VIP 환영 선물로 무료 와인 한 병과 과일 그릇에 다시 한 번 감사드립니다. 우리는 정말로 즐겼고 언젠가 Chania를 다시 방문하면이 호텔로 돌아올 것입니다.

NNat 李凤临The spa - hamam, sauna and indoor pool (1m deep though?!) is the hotel’s best feature. There is no beach access though, so I went to Nea Hora and Golden beach.
Rooms - too small, lack of storage space, complex buttons and unnecessarily complicated console. It was quiet even though I was given a 2nd floor room. The overall signage in the hotel is confusing too.
Beds and pillows - huge and comfy. Food - excellent. Massage decent. Toiletries good.
Only frontal views are of the sea, but cost 10x more! Otherwise - trash can views!😤
A la carte breakfast - too slow, you eat less, always a misunderstanding… and after you order they take away the menu…
Rooftop pool - a scam! Sunbeds always occcupied and need to be booked to see the sunset 🙄 there is another rooftop on 7th floor but after 10min you want to leave, because there are no showers, a pool, toilet or a bar…
Staff is young, fakely polite, too slow and not very responsive - obviously trained for certain types of guests (culturally unexperienced). So even to get a locker in the spa you had to wait to be explained how to unlock it (and pass a test?!), even though there are two people at the reception desk.
My coffee capsules, sweetener, and teas were not replaced the following morning during the housekeeping visit and a used glass was not washed. The balcony pool is tiny and got a lot of fluff from the street, plus I didn’t feel comfortable using it with it being visible from the street and building right across the street.
I was also called at 21:30 (I was asleep?!) to check whether I was satisfied with a complimentary 30min massage (due to the poor room view)… 🤷🏼♀️
I understand that it is a new hotel and they are trying their best but I also paid 800+€ for two nights and was frustrated during 50% of my stay… 😒
I attended a high school for tourism and hospitality, worked as a masseuse, also and worked in 5-* hotels Chania 30 years ago, but stayed in a multitude of 4-5 star hotels worldwide since. Especially in Asia where the service is top notch. Therefore, all of this is not acceptable for such a high price.
Yes, the welcome drink is nice, and so is the complimentary massage, but you should do better, Hilton!

AAnastasia123나는 하룻밤 동안 엄마와 함께 여기에 머물렀고 우리 둘 다 매우 감동했습니다. 가격대비 훌륭했고 방은 실제로 내 기대를 초과했습니다. 사진보다 실제 생활에서 훨씬 좋아 보였습니다. 우리는 창에서 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있었고 위치는 완벽했습니다. 조용하지만 해변까지 도보로 단 2분 거리에 있습니다. Chania행 버스 정류장도 마찬가지입니다.
직원들은 매우 친절하고 정중하며 도움이 되어 매우 환영받는 느낌을 받았습니다. 방은 욕실과 마찬가지로 흠이 없었고 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있었습니다. 그것은 우리가 시간을 보내는 것을 정말로 즐겼던 부엌과 넓은 발코니가 완비된 작은 아파트처럼 느껴졌습니다.
우리는 그것을 너무 좋아해서 체류를 연장하고 싶었지만 불행히도 방은 이미 우리 날짜를 위해 완전히 예약되었습니다. 전반적으로 멋진 경험과 내가 확실히 추천 할 곳입니다.

AAnastasia123We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water.
The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive.
The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care.
This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

GGuodaxiazhijian이 호텔은 4성급 평가를 받을 만합니다. 2층에 있는 로비와 레스토랑은 둘 다 매우 아름답고, 우아한 장식과 넓은 공간을 갖추고 있습니다. 방은 좋았어요. 22제곱미터가 기본적으로 적합합니다. 침구와 이불 커버는 매우 편안합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 맛있고, 선택의 폭이 넓고 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 각 사람에게 끓인 물이 담긴 찻주전자와 홍차를 위한 찻잔 세트가 제공됩니다. 테이블에 차와 커피가 제공됩니다. 식탁에는 식탁보가 두 겹으로 덮여 있었고, 식탁보는 바삭하게 다려져 있었습니다. 이런 서비스는 5성급 호텔에서나 제공되어야 하지만, 코카콜라 호텔에서도 이런 서비스를 제공한다는 점이 놀랍습니다. 이른 도착과 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 보관해 주는 서비스도 매우 친절했습니다. 프런트 데스크 서비스는 매우 세심하고 열정적이며, 상담 질문에 인내심 있게 답변해줍니다. 위치가 아주 좋고, 하니아의 고대 건물 문이 바로 앞에 있습니다(이 건물은 지붕을 새로 덮고 있고 관광 중심지가 될 수도 있습니다). 구시가지까지는 불과 200~300m 떨어져 있어 매우 편리합니다. 이틀간 머물렀는데 가격 대비 만족스러웠어요.
개선이 필요한 유일한 점은 종이 타월이 세면대 아래에 놓여 있어서 주의 깊게 찾지 않으면 찾을 수 없다는 것입니다. 그냥 방 안의 테이블에 올려놓는 것이 좋습니다. 그림 11을 참조하세요.
