내 호텔 숙박은 훌륭했습니다. 체크인은 원활했고 직원들은 제가 방문하는 동안 친절하고 세심했습니다. 나는 매일 체육관을 이용했습니다. 현대적인 장비를 갖추고 있었습니다. 수영장은 훌륭했고 물의 전망이 훌륭했습니다. 내 방은 넓었고 물의 아름다운 전망을 제공했습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑 및 식사 장소 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 콜롬보에 방문할 때 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

I recently stayed at the Colombo Court Hotel, and while it offers good value and excellent rooms, the hospitality felt a bit rigid for a tourist. First, the bright spots: The room itself was fantastic. It was large, impeccably clean, and featured great-quality sheets with plenty of excellent pillows. The bathroom was stocked with plush towels and quality toiletries. Since I arrived fighting a cold, the great selection of coffee and teas in the room was an absolute lifesaver. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I arrived at noon after an all-night flight. Even though it's the low season and the hotel felt completely empty, the front desk rigidly enforced the 2:00 PM check-in time. They didn't even offer an early check-in for a fee. Instead, I was told I could wait out in the heat by the pool for two hours. There was also a strange billing issue at check-in. The front desk asked me for a $43 payment, even though I had already prepaid in full. I had to firmly show them my paperwork showing the booking platform's virtual credit card payment before they backed off. They didn't bring it up again, but it felt a bit like a shakedown attempt. Finally, my booking confirmation explicitly stated checkout was between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Yet, at 11:30 AM, staff knocked on my door telling me checkout was actually at 11:00 AM. Even after showing the front desk my confirmation, they insisted their rule was 11:00 AM. The staff was always friendly and polite, but it felt like they were serving their rulebook rather than their guests. The property is very clean but has much more of a business-traveler vibe than a welcoming tourist destination. I have another reservation here for my return leg, but I’ll be canceling it to stay somewhere else.

훌륭한 위치, 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 싱크대, 전자레인지, 물론 가족형 객실 내부에 냉장고도 갖춰져 있으며, 레스토랑과 인근 해변까지 도보로 이동할 수 있습니다. KFC부터 매우 고급스러운 게 요리와 현지 레스토랑까지 선택하기 쉬우며, 현지 식당 상점이 바로 주변에 있습니다.

El servicio maravilloso. Pensaba dejar la maleta , porque era muy pronto para hacer el checking , y al final me dieron la habitación.,super temprano . Todo muy limpio y la habitación amplia y acogedora . .y toda la gente muy servicial y amable .volveré sin duda .

I recently stayed at Anarva Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with beautiful decor that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, especially the spa and pool area, were top-notch, providing the perfect place to unwind. The hotel’s location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. I also have to mention the dining experience—delicious food with a great variety of local and international options. Every meal was a treat! Overall, Anarva Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

整體還可以吧，在首都，價格算是便宜的了，以為這個價格住的不會太好，整體感覺還可以，就是一次性用品感覺有點粗糙，還好自己都帶齊了，衞生間略昏暗，熱水還是很充足的。樓頂有個無邊泳池可以看夜景🌃。周邊有運動場，很熱鬧，門口大路拐角有個很大的水果攤，很坑！千萬不要去

이 호텔은 조용한 골목길에 위치해 있으면서도 시내 중심가와 가깝습니다. 또한 중간 규모의 호텔로, 엘리베이터를 항상 기다리는 것이 문제가 될 만큼 크지는 않습니다! 시설이 좋고 식사를 위해 호텔을 떠날 필요가 없습니다. 가격도 훌륭하고 가격 대비 훌륭합니다. 직원들은 예외적이고 항상 도움이 됩니다. 하이라이트.... 매일 밤 최상층 바에서 보는 멋진 일몰이었습니다!! 10점 만점에 10점으로 평가하고 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

매우 늦게 도착했지만 여전히 환영받았습니다. D 저와 제 막내를 위해 무알콜 신선 주스를 제공했습니다. 늦은 시간에도 매우 친절하게 대응해 주신 조식은 뷔페식이었습니다. 기타 서유럽 요리와 스리랑카 전통 요리가 제공되었고, 그래도 무엇이든 주문할 수 있었습니다. 제 딸은 서양식 계란을 토스트에 얹어 튀긴 것을 원했고, 바로 앞에서 깼습니다. 객실에서 보이는 전망은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 바위에 부딪히는 바닷소리가 들렸습니다. 다만 더 오래 머물 수 있었으면 좋았을 뿐입니다. 정말 좋은 사람들이 있는 곳이었고 서비스는 예외적이었습니다. 당신. 시내 중심에 위치한 편안하고 유서 깊은 호텔로, 명소까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 체홉과 영국 여왕이 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 직원이 체홉의 스위트룸까지 무료로 안내해 드립니다. 가구는 앤틱하고, 편안한 정형외과용 매트리스도 있습니다. 모든 것이 설명과 일치합니다. 단점: 한동안 리노베이션이 되지 않았고, 보일러 물이 데워지거나 찬물로 샤워할 때까지 기다려야 하며, 인터넷이 불안정하고, 러시아어 TV 채널이 없고, 창문이 꽉 닫혀 있어 답답하고, 바깥 풍경이 매우 형편없습니다. 변기솔이 없고, 때로는 물로만 변기를 내리기 어려울 때가 있습니다. 이틀 동안 머무는 동안 모기 한 마리만 날아다녔습니다.

All the staff were very kind. The view from rhe room was also amazing. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
