시설은 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었고, 환경은 조용하고 안전했습니다. 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요. 경치도 좋고 전망도 탁월했으며, 조식 종류도 다양해서 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 창문을 열면 바다와 기차가 한눈에 들어왔고, 바닷바람을 맞으며 구름의 움직임과 밀물 썰물을 감상하는 것은 정말 더할 나위 없이 평화롭고 행복한 경험이었습니다.

This hotel has THE BEST possible staff ever! These people are really helpful-my flight was at 4AM and they let me stay at the waiting lounge until midnight. I’m super satisfied! The only bad thing is that they don’t have a coffee machine for the guests during the meals (open buffets) and they add 40% tax and service to the prices at their restaurants 🙈

정말 아름다운 호텔이에요. 특히 야경이 정말 아름다웠어요. 29층 스카이 브리지에서 석양을 감상하는 건 정말 드문 경험이었어요. 조식은 풍성하고 주로 인도식이지만 종류도 다양해서 언제든 원하는 메뉴를 고를 수 있어요. 조식당은 바다를 바라보고 있어 정말 로맨틱했어요. 게다가 웨이터의 응대도 정말 친절하고, 응대도 빠르고, 손님을 신처럼 대해주셨어요. 하지만 그래도 조금은 불만이 있네요. 3인실을 예약하고 침대 2개를 지정했는데, 침대 2개가 1.8m 크기의 큰 침대에서 분리되어 있었어요. 어떻게 하면 편안하게 잘 수 있을까요? 이런 3인실에는 최소 1.2m 이상의 침대가 하나 있어야 하는데 말이죠.

I recently stayed at the Colombo Court Hotel, and while it offers good value and excellent rooms, the hospitality felt a bit rigid for a tourist. First, the bright spots: The room itself was fantastic. It was large, impeccably clean, and featured great-quality sheets with plenty of excellent pillows. The bathroom was stocked with plush towels and quality toiletries. Since I arrived fighting a cold, the great selection of coffee and teas in the room was an absolute lifesaver. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I arrived at noon after an all-night flight. Even though it's the low season and the hotel felt completely empty, the front desk rigidly enforced the 2:00 PM check-in time. They didn't even offer an early check-in for a fee. Instead, I was told I could wait out in the heat by the pool for two hours. There was also a strange billing issue at check-in. The front desk asked me for a $43 payment, even though I had already prepaid in full. I had to firmly show them my paperwork showing the booking platform's virtual credit card payment before they backed off. They didn't bring it up again, but it felt a bit like a shakedown attempt. Finally, my booking confirmation explicitly stated checkout was between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Yet, at 11:30 AM, staff knocked on my door telling me checkout was actually at 11:00 AM. Even after showing the front desk my confirmation, they insisted their rule was 11:00 AM. The staff was always friendly and polite, but it felt like they were serving their rulebook rather than their guests. The property is very clean but has much more of a business-traveler vibe than a welcoming tourist destination. I have another reservation here for my return leg, but I’ll be canceling it to stay somewhere else.

내 호텔 숙박은 훌륭했습니다. 체크인은 원활했고 직원들은 제가 방문하는 동안 친절하고 세심했습니다. 나는 매일 체육관을 이용했습니다. 현대적인 장비를 갖추고 있었습니다. 수영장은 훌륭했고 물의 전망이 훌륭했습니다. 내 방은 넓었고 물의 아름다운 전망을 제공했습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑 및 식사 장소 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 콜롬보에 방문할 때 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

위치가 훌륭하고, 전반적으로 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 거의 모든 직원이 세심하게 배려해 줍니다. 모든 레스토랑에서 훌륭한 음식과 서비스를 제공했습니다. 바와 라이브 밴드 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 인피니티 풀은 정말 최고였습니다. 꼭 가서 휴식을 취해야 합니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 겁니다.

We stayed at this hotel for our first two nights in Sri Lanka. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and gave us great service. Room service was devine and we were hooked on the locally made kottu . Dinner and breakfast the next day was also very good with a variety of foods to choose.

El servicio maravilloso. Pensaba dejar la maleta , porque era muy pronto para hacer el checking , y al final me dieron la habitación.,super temprano . Todo muy limpio y la habitación amplia y acogedora . .y toda la gente muy servicial y amable .volveré sin duda .

전반적으로 훌륭한 위치에 있는 좋은 4성급 호텔입니다. 바쁜 크리스마스 기간 동안 3박을 했습니다. 훌륭한 뷔페식 아침 식사와 옥상 전망이 좋았습니다. 공용 구역은 깨끗할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 엘리베이터는 지문과 긁힌 자국이 가득해서 깨끗이 닦아야 합니다. 직원들은 훌륭한 서비스로 하이라이트였습니다.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel environment was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I especially loved the garden area, the swimming pool, and the stunning beach views. Waking up to the ocean view from my room was an amazing experience. Even the washroom was well-maintained and offered a great view, which made the stay feel even more special. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and paid attention to every detail to ensure my comfort. Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10. Everything—from the location and facilities to the service and atmosphere—was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.
