The hotel was beautiful with good breakfast and wonderful staff and 1522 bar on the second floor. Although the general maintenance and cleanliness needs to be looked at.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

The hotel is nice, the front desk very helpful, the only thing i didnt like was location, i expected something else but i got their half day tour and it was great, very nice and patient driver. Tv didnt work, internet was for two devices only and room a bit small but safe with locker to leave stuff in the room and very clean.

It was a one day short stay because of a transit flight. This hotel T24 suites well because of the location which is about 10mins drive to the international airport. The room is spacious with the basic amenities and room is equipped with smart TV , easily accessible to YouTube. The hotel as a nice rooftop bar which serves good food & variety of drinks. The ambience was beautiful and the customer service provided by Prathamesh & Shreya at the rooftop bar is commendable and definitely the rest of the staff have done a great job too and make my visit a pleasant one . For future transit I'll choose this hotel again .

Thank goodness for this hotel  Was clean and comfortable specially the areas we wanted to visit everything near by  Lovely staff and breakfast was amazing  They made freshly masala dosa and your choice of omelette  Lovely selection of food, we enjoyed our breakfast.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

리셉션 직원의 대응이 좋고, 체크인 시간보다 일찍 입어 주셨어요. 샤워의 수압이 좋고 방이 매우 깨끗합니다. 공항까지 우버를 이용했습니다 만, 약 20 분과 가까운 편리한 위치에 있다고 생각합니다. 전반적으로 코스 파는 잘 다시 사용하고 싶습니다.

To be honest, It was kind of hard to find the hotel but I was glad that I could find this hotel. It’s located nearby with the Airport. So for those who always book early flight, you can stay in this hotel. Everything is so vintage in this hotel and so peaceful. Worth every penny.
