Really good! Loved it

Excellent hospitality, excellent food, excellent service. It has been a wonderful experience and great fun. Family wedding at it’s best.

The property is very good but the rooms require some renovations. The food at the restaurants is very good and reasonably priced. But in-room dining options are limited and over priced. And also I opted for a ghar ka swaad meal from in-room dining menu and it turned out to be a dabba (tiffin) made by some local vendor that was unhygienic and disgusting in taste something I never expected from a hotel like Radisson. And as a stay in guest I was required to pay my meal bills straight away be it at any of the in house restaurants or in-room dining even though I requested that I would like to pay for them during checkout. So this is also unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a guest. So apart from these 2 issues I had a very pleasant stay.

Best stay experience ever had. Staff was really cooperative and helpful everytime we need, very cosy and comfortable and clean room room service and housekeeping department were really active all the time. Real five star catagory experience 👍

The food was great and the waiter Anikat was fantastic 👌, great place. You feel welcome the moment you arrive. The waiter Anikat asked what you prefer and suggested a meal and asked if it should be spicy or not. I like spicy food and the spiciness was absolutely perfect,

The hotel had a fantastic ambience, with a cozy atmosphere and stylish decor. The food was delicious, with a talented chef preparing mouthwatering dishes. And let's not forget the amazing pool and gym facilities, perfect for relaxation and staying active. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The attention to detail and the friendly service really stood out. Sumitha and team were incredibly helpful and made me feel so welcome. I just had to tell you about Lydia, Let me tell you, her smile could light up the whole room! Not only that, but her warm and welcoming nature made me feel like I was part of the family. I really appreciated her genuine care and attention. She's an absolute gem and deserves all the love, respect, and appreciation in the world! Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Very bad hotel. Staff not so professional. Restaurant food good but pricey. Felt unsafe. Bad location. No view just construction sight. Previously had reviewed this hotel but not surprised my review was taken off. Hotel staff too ***y and quiet often instead of being professional stare at guest and children. Front desk needs more training.

Priyanka is very helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. Goma food is very very good with an excellent Ambience with amazing food quality and a helpful and friendly staff......,............................. Please visit for sure. Must try
