Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

처음에는 멋진 전망과 조용한 위치 덕분에 스위트룸에서 지내는 것이 즐거웠습니다. 오이아 성 바로 옆에 있다는 점도 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔 측에서 항구까지 70유로, 공항까지 60유로라는 비싼 교통편을 제공했습니다. 온라인에서 훨씬 저렴한 교통편을 찾을 수 있었는데, 편도 20유로 정도 저렴했습니다. 비싼 교통편 때문에 다른 투숙객들과 택시를 함께 타야 했지만, 온라인으로 개인 차량을 예약할 수 있었습니다. 결정적으로 가장 화가 났던 것은 4박 동안 아침 식사를 요청한 시간에 한 번도 제공받지 못했다는 점입니다. 8시에 아침 식사를 요청했는데, 비행기 시간이 촉박하고 체크아웃 시간이 8시 50분이라는 것을 알고 있었음에도 불구하고 8시 30분에야 제공되었습니다. 더욱 화가 났던 것은 아침 식사가 늦었다고 항의하자, 다른 투숙객들은 일찍 체크아웃하고 아침 식사를 일찍 요청했다는 등의 변명을 늘어놓았다는 것입니다. 이유도 설명하지 않고 다른 투숙객들을 우선시했다는 것을 보여주는 것이었습니다. 그들은 서비스를 제공하거나 사과하기도 전에 핑계를 대고 논쟁만 벌였습니다. 이런 곳을 고객 서비스라고 부르기도 민망할 정도입니다. 최소한 첫 번째 기회에 사과하고 보상이라도 해줘야 했는데, 그런 모습은 전혀 찾아볼 수 없었습니다. 더 심각한 건, 하룻밤에 500유로가 넘는 돈을 지불했다는 사실입니다! 그러니 이 숙소를 예약하기 전에 다시 한번 생각해 보세요.

아름다운 Mardanza Suites에 대해 할 말이 너무 많습니다. 첫째, 전망은 SPECTACULAR입니다. 나는 우리가 발코니에서 분화구의 그런 전망을 위해이 장소를 훔쳤다고 느꼈습니다. 위치는 Imerovigli의 중심부에 있습니다. 불만은 없습니다. 피라까지 도보로 25분, 대중 버스를 타거나 차로 오실 수 있습니다. 산책은 경치가 좋지만 여름 더위는 잔인할 수 있습니다. 스위트룸에 도착하기 전에 몇 걸음이 걸리므로 수하물을 고려하십시오. 그러나 Veronica는 우리가 도착했을 때 포터가 25kg의 수하물을 내려주는 것을 도와줄 수 있도록 친절하게 준비했습니다. 사전에 문자를 보내면 추가 포터 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 체크인은 빠르고 간단했습니다. 베로니카는 당신을 개인적으로 만나 집 규칙을 통과합니다. 우리는 분화구 전망을 즐기기 위해 몇 번 빌라로 음식을 가져 왔습니다. 일몰이 정말 장관입니다. 그리고 Sakros Rock에서 도보로 단 10분 거리에 있습니다. 장소는 이아처럼 붐비지 않으며 똑같이 멋진 전망을 볼 수 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 전기가 계속해서 우리에게 떨어졌다는 것입니다. 전기가 3 번 걸려 넘어졌고, 한 번은 6 시간 동안 밤새도록 ... 고맙게도, 방은 AC없이 어떻게 든 시원하게 유지되었습니다. 발코니가 있어서 벌레는 피할 수 없습니다. 그러나 그들은 너무 많은 문제를 제기하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로, 우리는 여전히 장소를 추천합니다 :)

We had the best experience at the hotel and absolute felt spoilt with the room amenities, breakfast and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing to fault - but be aware that the top location and views of this property come at the cost of walking multiple stairs through Oias busiest part of town.

This hotel is special. So great. I strongly recommend the room with exclusive balcony. It was so nice, the view is splendid, you can see panorama view only with your company. The breakfast at the room is also great. Staffs are so kind, facility is perfect.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

호텔은 아름답고 특히 풍경이 아름답고 집은 지중해 스타일입니다. 호텔 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. WhatsApp으로 고객 서비스에 연락하면 신속하게 응답합니다. 또 다른 매우 중요한 점은 Holy Island의 많은 호텔이 위치에 따라 객실 유형이 다르기 때문에 공항에서 내린 후 호텔에 연락해야 하며 그렇지 않으면 위치를 찾기가 어려울 수 있다는 것입니다. 아침 식사는 매일 9시쯤 배달을 시켜주는데, 다 안 익으면 냉장고에 넣어두세요. 그렇지 않으면 개미가 많이 나올 것 같아요(개인 경험). 꽤 좋아.

Terra Blanca Suite Hotel에서의 정말 특별한 경험입니다! 우리는 수영장과 바다의 즐거움에 푹 빠져 정말 놀라운 한 주를 보냈습니다. 호스트의 따뜻한 환영과 변함없는 가용성은 우리 숙박에 특별한 감동을 더해주었습니다. 그리고 수영장에서 보이는 이 숨막히는 경치, 편안한 데크 의자와 파라솔 아래에서 휴식을 취하는 진정한 요청에 대해 이야기해 봅시다. 또한 단 100m 거리에 우리의 공급 요구에 맞는 까르푸가 있습니다! 아침의 하이라이트는 다양하고 맛있는 선택이 가능한 아침 식사였습니다. 다만, 작은 단점은 꼭 필요하기 때문에, 제형에 커피가 없다는 점은 아주 사소한 단점이었습니다. 우리는 캡슐과 바디 밀크가 없다는 것과 같은 몇 가지 세부 사항을 언급했지만 실제로는 그것은 단지 사소한 일입니다. 스위트룸은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 꾸며져 있으며 부인할 수 없는 품질을 자랑합니다. 이번 여행은 완벽했고 이제 우리가 정말로 원하는 것은 또 다른 휴가를 위해 다시 돌아오거나 이 매혹적인 장소를 절대 떠나지 않는 것뿐입니다!
