코쿤 스위트(Cocoon Suites)

Cocoon suites have been an absolute pleasure for us to staying at :) The location is incredible and our suite was above all expectations. So clean and comfortable, with everything needed for the most relaxing gateaway. The feeling of our jacuzzi being like in a real cave was one of the biggest highlights! The breakfast was lovely and privately served at our balcony overlooking this incredible view of the ocean and the volcano! Thank's for the warm welcome and to all the stuff for being so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a luxurious unique experience, that will remain unforgettable - this is definetely the place to be!

We stayed at Cocoon suites for 4 nights for our Honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and approachable, carried our luggage up and down the steps for us on arrival and departure which we found very impressive! We don’t remember any names but the lady on reception was always willing to help with anything and arranged buggy hire for us, and the gentleman working during the day stood out to us for the duration of our trip, he was friendly and keen to ensure we were looked after. Breakfast was amazing, cannot fault the food at all. There were a couple of mix ups with the tablet in the room which was used to place breakfast orders and drink orders, but this seemed to be a new paperless system so understandable everyone is still getting to grips with it. The room itself was amazing, cleaned daily, fresh towels and a comfy bed. Checkout is 12noon and our pickup time for our flight was 6pm so we had a long afternoon of waiting, the reception were happy to keep hold of our luggage however we were left sitting on the terrace area by reception for a couple of hours before being offered the balcony area of an empty room to wait in. We did ask to use the toilet and were told there was an empty room if we wanted to use the toilet there, but when we asked if there was anywhere we could freshen up and change our clothes we were only offered the office/reception area with the door closed which seemed very odd to us. Having stayed in previous places with a late flight, we have always been offered an empty room for an hour to freshen up so were a little surprised this didn’t happen considering we had paid thousands for the holiday. It was a slight let down to the end of the honeymoon. Nonetheless would recommend this hotel if visiting the area, the main walkway to Fira/Oia is easily accessed.

Fantastic location, terrific property. Spectacular view of the caldera, Skaros rock, sunset. Short walk to great restaurants in Imerovigli and Fira. Breakfast served directly on your private deck. The only downside is the same as for everywhere on the island - tap water all comes from the same overstretched desalination plant. So you won't have the most memorable showers of your vacation.

Cocoon Suites is a great hotel. It is well-located and offers a beautiful view on the sea. The design of the room is lovely and cosy and the fact that it is cave-style makes it really special and unique. It immediately makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend it!

This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. I really cannot find a single fault with Cocoon Suites. The view is stunning, the rooms are beautifully kept and perfectly clean, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast was delightful every day. Bed is comfy and you get a small fridge in room with mini bar. There are towels provided, face cloths as well as hand wash and lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer is provided as well as dressing gowns, slippers and blankets. If you want a bit of luxury this is absolutely the perfect place. We cannot wait to go back!

What an amazing place to stay, we spent a week here and loved it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they were able to cater for Gluten Free and Vegan food. Help was offered to book tours and transfers. The room was clean and an amazing location. It was everything we had expected.

Cocoon Cave Suites was absolutely incredible in every single way. The service was like nothing else, the rooms were spectacular and the views breathtaking. Staying here was the highlight of my whole trip and I would highly recommend. I look forward to visiting again soon :)

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Cocoon for our honeymoon. We stayed in the Grand Cave Suite as we wanted a larger outside area and kitchen. Kitchen had a fridge/freezer and kettle but no other equipment - although I’m sure this would have been provided if requested. We were intending to do our own lunches but breakfast was so sufficient we didn’t need to eat again until the evening when we went out. In hindsight may have opted for the room with tunnel pool and no kitchen. That said, the surrounding pools in other complexes were so cold people weren’t using them so we were glad of the plunge pool/jacuzzi which was positioned perfectly with views across the bay. The staff were amazing. Couldn’t fault them. There are some steep steps to get up/down to Cocoon and our bags were carried for us. We also had a catamaran cruise as park of our package which was arranged - amazing and highly recommend. They also organised quad hire and made restaurant recommendations and reservations. We did use TA to source places to eat and that worked well. We were glad of a slow paced holiday but there are things to do if you want to but can appreciate why people island hop. The position of Cocoon is great as within a small village but walking distance to Fira (take sensible, good grip shoes as some steep cobbled areas). The towns are very busy so we appreciated being that further bit out. We were also really lucky on our last night to see the annual firework display - held in sept but official date only released 10 days before! The fireworks mimicked the eruption of the volcano (directly opposite) and were spectacular. Pros: Beautiful, clean, great location, all amenities Fab breakfast Cons: None of Cocoon but Santorini is expensive There is a smell of sulphur (you do get used to it) the island is surprisingly littered outside of the touristy areas

Wonderful and well being place, quiet, the staff are lovely and very kind. The rooms are cleans all the time and for my opinion they have the most beutiful view in Santorini, the price is worth for celebrating special events.
