The apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport. The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room. Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus. Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us. Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building. It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

평가 : 2/5 불행히도 호텔의 기대는 현실보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 자리를 잡고 첫 번째 방의 문을 열었을 때 청소가 되지 않은 것을 보았습니다. 호흡기에서 그들은 또 다른 열쇠를 주고 ”이곳은 개선된 방입니다.”라고 말했지만 저는 그 차이를 전혀 눈치채지 못했습니다. 키 카드도 작동하지 않았습니다. 나는 결국 무거운 가방을 들고 바닥을 앞뒤로 세 번 뛰어올랐다. 방에 있는 치아 키트조차 찾지 못했습니다. 아침에 그들은 그것을 가져오겠다고 약속했지만 결국 그들은 브러시와 파스타를 위해 가게로 보냈습니다. 노동자의 말을 계속 들어보세요. 누군가가 무언가를 먹고, 가구를 옮기고, 걷습니다. 쉬고 휴식을 취하는 것은 불가능합니다. 내가 오랫동안 거기에 없었던 것이 좋습니다. 나는 더 이상 돌아 오지 않을 것이며 추천하지 않습니다. We stayed there 5 nights, took deluxe room with balcony which is really big and comfortable Good location just 300m from public beach. Only problem was because they don't accept cash for 200€ deposit. Just can do that by card so two weeks already passed and we didn't get back deposit.. Breakfast is expensive for what they offer so we decided to have it outside.. Except that all other things are for recommendation

Pagamos por um quarto prestige, mas deixou muito a desejar, para alem da simpatia do rececionista disseram-nos desde a nossa chegada que tinhamos reservado uma das melhores suites e que tem noites que a reserva é mais mil euros (enfim)ou seja pensamos que tudo seria impecável, tudo se passou bem ate de madrugada depois dos fogos de artificio de fim de ano que por sinal tinha uma boa visao , fomos comemorar o nosso noivado no jacuzzi ao qual nao funcionava e fazia muito ruído quando a agua era despejada no final. Deixamos passar um dia , nao gostamos de incomodar e dias ruins todos têm,e no dia seguinte repetiu-se, mas sò apenas no dia a seguir podiam resolver o problema e compreendemos essa parte , porém a agua do chuveiro estava fria, em dias de Dezembro é complicado tomar banho de agua fria e em todos os dias a água nunca ficou regular o que tornou a estadia desagradável… o problema do jacuzzi foi resolvido no terceiro dia e compreendemos, eles tentaram o seu melhor, um novo quarto e os pequenos almoços incluidos e agradecemos por isso,a questao da água foi um dos pontos negativos e o pequeno almoço servido no quarto tinha algumas coisas em falta que constava no menu (sem custo adicional) que deveriam avisar, mas enfim. Com tudo, a cama é muito confortavel, a localização é excelente, os funcionários sao muito simpáticos e a vista é muito bonita! A decoração podia ser melhor e os equipamentos também. A limpeza tambem podia ser melhorada, tem marcas de pingos na tampa da sanita que nao deviam existir e as cagadas das gaivotas no terraço que em nenhum dos dias foi limpo🫠. Mas acredito que foi apenas uma fase má que pode acontecer em qualquer lado, nao deixem de visitar, é apenas uma avaliação, talvez de uma pessoa um pouco mais exigente e que trabalha com publico exigente! 😅

Ein sehr süßes, kreativ gestaltetes Haus mit Pool im grünen Garten. Absolut großartiger Service und sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite im OG, die absolut großzügig geschnitten war und einen riesigen Balkon hatte. Vom Bett aus konnte man bis zum Meer schauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig an der Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche kann man noch arbeiten- Gläser, Teller, Besteck und ein Korkenzieher sowie Geschirrhandtuch wären toll. Auch ein Bademantel für den Pool wäre schön. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben, da es weniger touristisch ist. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

호텔은 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 편안하고 평화로웠습니다. 옥상 수영장은 환상적이었고 수건도 제공되었습니다. 베스나는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 친절하고 차분했으며 필요한 모든 것을 설명해 주었습니다. 하지만 야스민과의 경험은 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 그녀는 목소리를 높이고 전문적이지 않았습니다. 엘리베이터는 느렸고 객실 키 카드가 자주 작동하지 않았습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 베스나와 옥상 수영장 덕분에 즐거운 숙박을 즐길 수 있었습니다.

방도 나쁘지 않고 서비스도 좋고 가격도 저렴합니다

We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.

아주좋고 아주만족합니다

이 호텔은 제가 프랑스를 여행하는 동안 머물렀던 가장 현대적이고, 최신이며, 가장 크고, 가장 시설이 잘 갖춰진 호텔입니다. 방의 발코니는 넓지만 방음이 매우 좋습니다. 파리 호텔은 일반적으로 방음이 좋지 않지만 이곳은 좋습니다. 요리를 할 수 있는 넓은 주방은 물론 전기 빨래 건조대와 다림질 시설도 마련되어 있습니다. 바다와 매우 가까워 칸에서 즐거운 하루를 보낼 수 있습니다.
