선 리비에라 호텔(Sun Riviera Hotel)

I just spent a little over a week in Cannes for a business trip and my stay at Sun Riviera Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located just about a block away from the Croisette, the beautiful beachside harbor full of luxury restaurants and beaches. The rooms are beautiful and well kept, with beautiful classic French architecture and decor. They have a nice, modern and large elevator, always a big plus especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. You can eat a wonderful breakfast buffet, daily, and they serve a large assortment of eggs, breads, cheeses, yogurts, etc. I for one thought their croissants and pain au chocolat were simply amazing. Finally, the staff was very professional and extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sun Riviera Hotel if you're visiting the French Riviera.

We stayed at this hotel many many times over 20years and recommend it to business colleagues and friends. Although we are regular clients there is not a chance of an upgrade. Although the upselling was strong! We knew that the room was small but for a 10 day stay and regular clients it was disappointing. The bathroom shower was very tight to use. Underneath the bed was dirty. We noticed that the protector sheet on the bed was very soiled on the second day and we requested that it be changed. We assumed it was done. A week later we checked to find that it was still very dirty. You have to pay for a beach towel. A bit mean when the cost to stay there is high. All that was offered as an apology was a €20 charge for beach towels. Great location.

I have stayed at Sun Riviera 3 times, and love it’s quaint French feel. The staff are friendly, especially Louis on reception, and the rooms are clean & comfortable. My only complaint it that breakfast is rather meagre, and there’s no fresh coffee, only a machine. Great value-for-money though!

Amazing! Stayed here for a week during our visit to Cannes and we absolutely loved it! The staff were great and the hotel itself was extremely clean with lovely spacious, well equipped rooms. It was in a great location - walking distance to the old town Cannes, the train station and the beach. I would 100% stay here again when I come back to Cannes.

The Sun-Riviera Hotel is comfortable and attractive, with a very welcoming staff; beautiful, clean and spacious rooms, and a lovely breakfast terrace. The bathrooms are large and well configured and the beds are comfortable.

Pros- nice room with an classical/old style. Well located. Garage parking. Receptionist Anastasia is very helpful and professional. Cons- most of the 4* hotels in which I stayed in France, had a better cost/ performance After 10pm there is no service at the hotel. There is a guard who is busy playing with a computer, and is totally useless. This never happened to me in 4* hotels.

I only stayed for a night, but it was a great service, location and rooms with gardenview very quiet and comfortable size. modern bathrooms, clean and good air conditions. would defintely recommend staying there and go myself there again for longer as well.

There was no Internet at all. Always promising that will be working on the next day. Horrible breakfast. Quality and quantity of the products was not what you expect from an hotel of this price. Bad Organization and lack of staff.

If you are oblidge to attend a show, there is little choice in Canne. The hotel is ok, but the managaement is poor and personell is definetively not professional. In my case the reception has been mabe by a very nice guy, but it was more a space cadett that a receptionist.
