위치가 정말 편리했어요. 공항에서 택시 호출 앱을 이용하면 쉽게 올 수 있더라고요. 객실에는 필요한 물건들이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 무엇보다 청결하고 깔끔해서 정말 만족스러웠어요. 여행할 때는 안전, 편리함, 편안함, 그리고 청결함이 가장 중요하잖아요. 제가 쇼핑하는 사진 몇 장 올려볼게요.

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

The staff were nice and very accommodating. I haven’t tried their meals but I heard that it was great. The hotel contact was a little bit responsive. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not for you. You can hear planes taking off. But their rooftop was spot on. The facilities were a little bit off like the sink and faucets but tolerable. Plus points on the cats downstairs to greet you.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
