'마닐라 여행 중 하룻밤 묵었는데, 솔직히 더 오래 머물고 싶었어요. 아파트는 깨끗하고 편안했으며 사진과 똑같았습니다.
에어컨도 완벽하게 작동했고 (마닐라에서는 정말 중요한 부분이죠 😅), 건물 내 편의시설도 훌륭했어요. 수영장, 헬스장 등 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어서 정말 편리했습니다.
호스트분도 연락이 잘 되었고 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 과정이 순조로웠습니다. 전혀 불만스러운 점이 없었어요.
다음에 마닐라에 오게 되면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요. 강력 추천합니다!'

오카다 프리미엄 스위트 예약했고 방은 엄청 크고 넓었으나 뷰도 그닥 공항과 가까운편이고 *** 호텔임에도 불구하고 픽업 요청하니 십만원 교통비가 발생한다고… 참 어이없었습니다.
아! 분수쑈는 볼만했어요 생각보다 좋았습니다.그래도
방이 아무리 좋아도 다시는 안갈꺼같아요.

NNorman GutierrezThe day and time that I checked in at this unit mesmerized me how cozy, clean and with good scent the unit is. For my 3 days and 2 nights stay I had a good night sleep because the ambience is so homey. Not only that the place is near to every shops and malls. What strikes me was the interiors of the unit and the amenities as well. I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends abroad🥰

리리뷰어안타깝게도 예약 후 예약이 불가능하다는 통보를 받아 이곳에 묵을 수 없었습니다. 같은 호스트가 멀지 않은 다른 숙소로 안내해 줬지만, 자정에 도착해서야 도착했고, 여행으로 지쳐 있었기에 거절할 수가 없었습니다. 제가 묵었던 숙소는 예약 당시와 달랐지만, 호스트는 최선을 다해 저를 배려해 주려고 노력했고, 다음 날 방을 업그레이드해 주었으며, 비행기가 밤 11시라 체크아웃 시간을 늦춰주기까지 했습니다. 처음에는 잘 되지 않았지만, 결국에는 잘 되었습니다. 사진은 업그레이드된 방입니다.

리리뷰어This place is very beautiful. Facing Manila bay with stunning Sunset. The Balcony Facing Okada ****** and there is garden view. The swimming pool Direct Facing manila bay. When it's Sunset time. Its all Red in the sky. Its a resort Type. There are many restaurants and Bars in okada ******. Which is 2mins Walk from the place.
I really enjoy staying here and will definitely come back again.

EEruel LietWe recently stayed at Azure Urban Resort - Santorini Unit 424, and it truly provided the best accommodation. The heightened security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We absolutely loved the place and would highly recommend it to others seeking a positive and enjoyable hotel experience.

리리뷰어Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
