NNorman GutierrezThe day and time that I checked in at this unit mesmerized me how cozy, clean and with good scent the unit is. For my 3 days and 2 nights stay I had a good night sleep because the ambience is so homey. Not only that the place is near to every shops and malls. What strikes me was the interiors of the unit and the amenities as well. I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends abroad🥰

건물 내에 한국 음식점이 꽤 많았고, 스타벅스도 있었고, 한국 상점(강남상회?)도 있었어요.
다만, 검색대 통과의 기준이 높아서 미리 알아보고 가시는 것을 추천 드립니다!

프런트 스탭도 친절하고 영어도 타갈로그어도 할 수 없습니다만 제 번역 앱을 사용해 알기 쉽게 설명해 주었습니다.
잡아 택시도 프런트에 말하면 불러줍니다.
방의 냉장고에는 무료 음료, 콜라, 제로 콜라, 스프라이트, 과일 주스가 있었고 물도있었습니다.
방의 청소시에 보충되고 있어 모두 마실 수 없었습니다.
숙박자 이외의 수영장 이용은 2400페소로 할 수 있는 것 같습니다.

오카다 프리미엄 스위트 예약했고 방은 엄청 크고 넓었으나 뷰도 그닥 공항과 가까운편이고 *** 호텔임에도 불구하고 픽업 요청하니 십만원 교통비가 발생한다고… 참 어이없었습니다.
아! 분수쑈는 볼만했어요 생각보다 좋았습니다.그래도
방이 아무리 좋아도 다시는 안갈꺼같아요.

방에 전자레인지, 주전자, 세탁기, 건조기, 냉장고가 있어서 매우 편리했습니다!
난 건조기 사용법이 잘 몰라서
프론트에 전화하는 것도 사용법이 잘 몰라서 설명이 있는 게시판이 있으면 도움이 될 것 같아요.
최소한 5 명으로 편의 시설이 필요합니다.
칫솔 2개, 샴푸, 바디 비누만 있었습니다.
목욕 타월은 ５ つ 였지만 손 타월은 １ つ 뿐이었습니다.
일찍 체크인했기 때문에 우연히 없었을 수도 있지만 인원수가 있으면 도움이 될 것이라고 생각했습니다.
수영장은 넓고 아름다웠지만 풀사이드 바로 옆에 쉴 곳이 있으면 좋을 것 같아요!
체육관도 있고 공항에서 쇼핑몰도 비교적 가깝고 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리감에 있었습니다!

리리뷰어Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

EEruel LietWe recently stayed at Azure Urban Resort - Santorini Unit 424, and it truly provided the best accommodation. The heightened security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
