에어컨도 완벽하게 작동했고 (마닐라에서는 정말 중요한 부분이죠 😅), 건물 내 편의시설도 훌륭했어요. 수영장, 헬스장 등 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어서 정말 편리했습니다.
호스트분도 연락이 잘 되었고 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 과정이 순조로웠습니다. 전혀 불만스러운 점이 없었어요.
다음에 마닐라에 오게 되면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요. 강력 추천합니다!'
KKaren Mercader QuinoWe had a wonderful 4 days 3 nights stay at E’s Bliss Utopia Beach View and it was everything we expected + more.
*The place*: Super cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The “Beach View” part is legit - waking up to the Azure sand beach + pool view every morning was so relaxing. Unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a short stay.
*The host*: Special shoutout to the unit in charge. They were so attentive to our needs from check-in to check-out. Quick replies, helped us with our requests, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. That kind of service makes a big difference..
Overall, highly recommend E’s Bliss Utopia if you want a cozy, aesthetic unit with a responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!

We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided.
The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival.
While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

리리뷰어Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
